A fermentation separation device for preparing pepper products is characterized by comprising a fermentation box (1) and a separation box (9); a cover plate (10) is arranged at the top of the fermentation box (1), a first threaded hole (8) is formed in the wall of the fermentation box (1), and the first threaded hole (8) penetrates through the upper end face and the lower end face of the wall of the fermentation box (1); a first screw (3) is arranged in the first threaded hole (8) in a matching manner, and the top of the first screw (3) is movably connected with the cover plate (10); the separation box (9) is positioned inside the fermentation box (1), a separation plate (13) is arranged at the bottom of the separation box (9), and the separation plate (13) is separated from the bottom of the separation box (9); a through hole (12) is formed in the top of the separation box (9), and a third bearing (16) is arranged in the through hole (12); a second screw rod (7) is arranged in the third bearing (16), a through hole is formed in the cover plate (10), an internal thread is arranged in the through hole, the top end of the second screw rod (7) penetrates through the through hole, and the external thread on the second screw rod (7) is matched with the internal thread; the second screw (7) is hollow inside to form an inner hollow pipe, internal threads are arranged in the inner hollow pipe, a third screw (11) is arranged in the inner hollow pipe in a matched mode, and the bottom end of the third screw (11) is rotatably connected with the separating plate (13); an adjusting component is arranged between the top of the third screw rod (11) and the top of the second screw rod (7); and a liquid discharge pipe (4) is arranged on the fermentation box (1).
2. A fermenting and separating device for the preparation of pepper products as in claim 1, wherein the drain pipe (4) is provided with a switch (5).

A fermentative separation device for the preparation of a capsicum product according to claim 1, wherein the adjustment assembly comprises a first knob (2) provided on top of the third screw (11) and a second knob (6) provided on top of the second screw (7); and a locking assembly (17) is arranged between the first knob (2) and the second knob (6).
4. A fermented separating device for the preparation of pepper products as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the locking assembly (17) is a latch.
5. A fermented separating device for preparing pepper products as claimed in claim 1, wherein the movable connection is formed by fixedly arranging a first bearing (14) on the cover plate (10), and the top end of the first screw (3) is inserted into the first bearing (14).
6. A fermented pepper product preparation separating device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotating connection is formed by fixing a second bearing (15) on the separating plate (13), and the bottom end of the third screw (11) is inserted into the second bearing (15).

A fermentation separation device for preparing pepper products as claimed in claim 1, wherein the separation box (9) is provided with a sealing opening at the top center, a sealing plate (18) is arranged in the sealing opening in a matching way, and a handle (19) is arranged at the top of the sealing plate (18).
8. A fermentative separation device for the preparation of a capsicum product according to claim 7, wherein the sealing port is in threaded connection with the sealing plate (18).
9. A method for preparing a fermented pepper product by separating liquid through fermentation by using the apparatus of any one of claims 1-8, comprising the steps of:
s1: collecting fresh peppers, cleaning, and mixing the fresh peppers with the pickled materials by chopping or not chopping;
s2: the pepper mixed with the curing material is placed into a separation box (9), and a first screw (3) is adjusted to enable a cover plate (10) to cover the fermentation box (1); adjusting the separation plate (13) so that the separation box (9) is closed; then adjusting the separation box (9) to ensure that the bottom of the separation box (9) is tightly attached to the bottom of the fermentation box (1); sealing and fermenting, and separating liquid after fermenting for a certain time;
s3: and (3) remaining the separated liquid in the fermentation box (1) or discharging the liquid through a liquid discharge pipe (4), concentrating the liquid, and returning the concentrated liquid to the step S1 for preparing the pickling materials or directly mixing the pickling materials with fresh pepper.
