and the display module 64 is configured to display the target page after the operation information of the client device on the target page is received, where the operation corresponding to the operation information is performed on the target page.
Displaying the target page after the operation corresponding to the operation information is executed on the target page, wherein the displaying step comprises the following steps: displaying a page obtained by highlighting the display content in the target page, wherein the highlighting indicates that a user can perform corresponding operations on the target page through keys on the target page, the operations can be but are not limited to screen clicking and line drawing, and the keys include but are not limited to: the system comprises a painting brush key, a play pause key, a confirm key and a clear key, wherein page information displayed on the same screen can be in a text form, or can also be in a video form, and is used for signing own name by a user.
It should be noted that the data sharing apparatus shown in fig. 6 is used for executing the data sharing method shown in fig. 2 to 4, and therefore, the related explanation pages in the data sharing method are applicable to the data sharing apparatus, and are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a nonvolatile storage medium, which comprises a stored program, wherein when the program runs, the device where the nonvolatile storage medium is located is controlled to execute the following data sharing method:
the method comprises the steps that voice communication is established between an agent platform and client equipment, wherein the agent platform can be a network side server or a system or equipment;
the method comprises the steps that a seat platform sends a page link for on-screen display to client equipment in the process of carrying out voice communication with the client equipment;
the method comprises the steps that after a seat platform detects that a client device triggers a page link, a target page for on-screen display is sent to the client device to be displayed, the triggering operation can be a clicking operation, and when the seat platform detects that the client device clicks the page link, a user is confirmed to open the link, and the target page is sent to the client device;
and after receiving the operation information of the client equipment on the target page, the agent platform displays the target page after executing the operation corresponding to the operation information on the target page.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart of a request process of performing on-screen display between an agent platform and a client device, as shown in fig. 7, after a calling target user is determined, the agent platform initiates an on-screen request to the client device of the target user, a server receives the on-screen request and then determines a source of the request, if the server determines that the request is from the agent platform, the agent platform sends a link to the client device of the target user in a form of a short message, the link is a link of an on-screen page, after the client device of the target user receives the short message, the target user clicks the link to open the on-screen page, and the agent platform displays the on-screen page and waits for the target user, and after the target user opens the on-screen page, the agent platform and the client device start on-screen; and if the server judges that the request is from the client equipment, the client equipment directly starts to be in the same screen with the seat platform.
Fig. 8 is page information displayed by the agent platform when the agent platform and the client device perform the on-screen display, as shown in fig. 8, the left side of the page displays user information including information such as network access time, certificate type, package name, etc., the upper middle of the page displays a user portrait corresponding to the user, and the lower middle displays a dialog information, the agent can select different dialog information according to the communication condition with the user, the right side of the page is bi-directional on-screen and displayed on the agent platform and the client device at the same time, the page shown in fig. 9 is a page displayed on the client device, the page includes two areas, a first area and a second area, wherein the first area is used for displaying service information and is located at a position above a target page, the service information can be service information described in text form as in fig. 8-9, the service information may also be described in a video form as in fig. 11 to 12, and the text may be dynamically configured in the background and may be in any form; the second area is used for inputting and displaying signature information, and is located at a position below the target page, the signature information can only be confirmed and stored in the client device, and the terminal device where the agent is located cannot store the signature information, as shown in fig. 10, when the agent platform detects that the operation of storing the signature information originates from the agent platform, a prompt "the agent cannot store the signature" is prompted, wherein the second area further includes key information below, and the key information includes but is not limited to: the system comprises a painting brush key, a play pause key, a confirm key and a clear key, wherein the painting brush key is used for highlighting characters and marking the characters by drawing lines, and can also be used for signing, the play pause key is used for clicking the play pause key to play and pause the video when the business information is displayed in a video form, the confirm key is used for confirming the signature information signed by a user, and the clear key is used for clearing the signature information signed by the user.

Claims (10)

1. A method of data sharing, comprising:
establishing voice communication with a client device;
in the process of carrying out the voice communication with the client equipment, sending a page link for on-screen display to the client equipment;
after the triggering operation of the client device on the page link is detected, sending a target page for on-screen display to the client device for display;
and after receiving the operation information of the client device on the target page, displaying the target page after the operation corresponding to the operation information is executed on the target page.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein establishing voice communication with a client device comprises:
acquiring user portrait information of each user in a preset database;
determining target user portrait information matched with the target service type from the user portrait information of each user, and determining a client identifier corresponding to the target user portrait information;
and initiating a voice call to the client equipment corresponding to the client identification so as to establish a voice communication process with the client equipment.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein before sending the target page for on-screen display to the client device for display, the method further comprises:
determining a target service type;
and determining service information corresponding to the target service type, and adding the service information to the target page.
4. The method of claim 3,
displaying the target page after the operation corresponding to the operation information is executed on the target page, including: receiving signature information corresponding to the service information and input in the target page by a user, and displaying the signature information;
after the target page after the operation corresponding to the operation information is executed on the target page is displayed, the method further includes: establishing a first association relation between the service information and the signature information, and storing the signature information and the service information with the established first association relation; or, establishing a second association relationship between the target service type and the signature information, and storing the signature information and the target service type, in which the second association relationship is established.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the target page comprises: the system comprises a first area and a second area, wherein the first area is used for displaying the service information; the second area is used for inputting and displaying the signature information.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein displaying the target page after the operation corresponding to the operation information is performed on the target page comprises: and displaying the page obtained after the display content in the target page is highlighted.
7. A method of data sharing, comprising:
establishing voice communication with the seat platform;
receiving a page link which is sent by the seat platform and used for on-screen display in the process of carrying out the voice communication with the seat platform;
after the page link is triggered, receiving and displaying a target page which is sent by the agent platform and used for on-screen display;
and after the operation information is carried out on the target page, the target page after the operation corresponding to the operation information is carried out on the target page is sent to the seat platform for displaying.
8. An apparatus for data sharing, comprising:
a communication module for establishing voice communication with a client device;
a sending module, configured to send a page link for on-screen display to the client device in the process of performing the voice communication with the client device; after the triggering operation of the client device on the page link is detected, sending a target page for on-screen display to the client device for display;
and the display module is used for displaying a target page after the operation information of the client device on the target page is received and the operation corresponding to the operation information is executed on the target page.
9. An apparatus for data sharing, comprising:
the memory is used for storing page information and program instructions displayed on the same screen;
the processor is connected with the memory and used for calling the program instructions stored in the memory and executing the following steps on the page information displayed on the same screen: establishing voice communication with a client device; in the process of carrying out the voice communication with the client equipment, sending a page link for on-screen display to the client equipment; after the triggering operation of the client device on the page link is detected, sending a target page for on-screen display to the client device for display; after receiving the operation information of the client device on the target page, displaying the target page after the operation corresponding to the operation information is executed on the target page;
and the display is connected with the processor and used for displaying the user portrait and the target page.
10. A non-volatile storage medium, comprising a stored program, wherein when the program runs, a device in which the non-volatile storage medium is located is controlled to perform the method of data sharing according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
