Abstract

一种配置于进气道唇口的发电机。其特有技术特征在于:发电机配置于吸气式叶轮机械的进气唇口处。并且,定子绕线组配置于进气唇口的外侧。作为电机转子的永磁体配置动叶轮上,作为一种优化,动叶轮本身就是由磁性体制造而成;电机的定子绕线组配置于进气唇口上,主要应用于航空发动机或废气涡轮增压器的启动和发电,达到节能减少排碳的效果。

一种配置于进气唇口的电机
技术领域:
本专利涉及一种电机,由由定子线圈和转子永磁体构成。本电机特别适用于高速旋转的叶轮机械。
背景技术:
现役发电机,一般配置于进气口前,也有配置于离心涡轮机后的。配置于进气口前的,需要增长电机轴或是单独增加轴、轴承和联轴器,并且增加了进气阻力;配置于离心涡轮后的,由于工作时发热及环境温度较高的原因,一般需要配置冷却通道,整体的加工工作量要大。
发明内容:
一种配置于进气道唇口的电机。其特有技术特征在于:发电机配置于吸气式叶轮机械的进气唇口处。并且,定子绕线组配置于进气唇口的外侧。
作为电机转子的永磁体配置动叶轮上,作为一种优化,动叶轮本身就是由磁性物体制造而成;电机的定子绕线组配置于进气唇口上。
有益效果:
不需要单独设置轴。由于转子就配置于进气的动叶上,或者动叶本身就是永磁体,与叶轮机械共用同一根轴即可,不改变原来设计的轴向长度,故而也就不存在单独设置轴、联轴器、轴承以及轴承润滑等一系列随之而来的工程问题。系统的结构可以简化,成本降低,结构更加紧凑。
不需要考虑散热。相对于配置于涡轮后的发电机,二者同样不改变轴的轴向长度特性,不需要做支撑。但配置于进气唇口的发电机,且不产生额外的气动阻力,由于位于迎风面,周围环境的温度是发动机最低的,吸入大量的冷空气起到了强化冷却作用,电机的温度上升是非常有限的,根本不需要再进行冷却,主要应用于航空发动机或废气涡轮增压器的启动和发电,达到节能减少排碳的效果。

如图1,本专利所述电机用于航空发动机的进气唇口,定子绕线组配置于进气唇口的内侧的头罩内,作为电机转子的磁体配置动叶轮上。作为一种优化,主要应用于航空发动机或废气涡轮增压器的启动和发电。
