Abstract
The invention provides a mixing bottle, which comprises a bottle body with openings at two ends, wherein one end of the bottle body is a sealing end, and the other end of the bottle body is a packaging end; the packaging end is used for connecting a packaging piece to seal a bottle body, and the sealing end is plugged with a sealing piece which can slide relative to the bottle body. The mixing bottle provided by the invention can realize quantitative sample adding of the liquid sample through the arrangement of the sealing piece which can slide relative to the bottle body, so that the labor cost is saved, and the inspection process is simplified. The invention also provides a sample mixing device comprising the mixing bottle.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of blood sample detection, in particular to a mixing bottle for containing buffer solution and a sample mixing device for mixing the buffer solution and a blood sample.
Background
Traditional blood specimen mixes appearance device can not realize the ration application of sample, when the application of sample, need use other devices to assist the ration, and the operation is complicated, and is with high costs, and the sample easily pollutes simultaneously. In view of the above, a new technical solution is needed to solve the above technical problems.

Preferably, the mixing bottle comprises a plurality of bottle bodies, and the bottle bodies are arranged in parallel; the mixing bottle further comprises a first connecting piece, the first connecting piece is connected with the sealing ends of the bottle bodies, and the first connecting piece is used for fixing the bottle bodies.
Preferably, the mixing bottle further comprises a second connecting member, the second connecting member is connected with the packaging ends of the plurality of bottle bodies, and the second connecting member is used for fixing the plurality of bottle bodies.
Preferably, the package comprises a packaging film; the outer edge of the packaging film is flush with the outer edge of the second connecting piece, and the packaging film is used for sealing the packaging end.
Preferably, the packaging film comprises an aluminum film or a PP film.
A sample mixing device comprises a blood collector, a cover body and the mixing bottle, wherein the blood collector comprises blood collecting tubes with the same number as the bottle bodies; the blood collection tube comprises a blood collection end and a sample adding end, and the cover body is used for covering the sample adding end; the volume of the middle part of the blood collection tube is matched with the volume of the bottle body so as to be inserted into the bottle body during mixing; the sealing member is used for enabling the mixed solution to flow out from the sample adding end of the blood sampling tube under the pushing of external force during sample adding.
Preferably, the edge of the cover body extends outwards to form a disassembly part, and the disassembly part is convenient for separating the cover body from the sample adding end.
Preferably, the blood collection device further comprises a third connecting member, and the third connecting member is fixedly connected with the plurality of blood collection tubes.

The sealing end 12 is plugged with a sealing member 15 which can slide relative to the bottle body 11. And (3) after the sealing end 12 is sealed, injecting a buffer solution into the bottle body 11, connecting the packaging piece 14 with the packaging end 13, and sealing the buffer solution in the bottle body 11 to obtain the mixing bottle 10 capable of realizing quantitative sample adding. The number of the bottle bodies 11 is not limited to four, and may be one or more. When the number of the bottle bodies 11 is larger than that, the sealed end 12 can be connected with the first connecting member 16 by arranging the first connecting member 16, so that a plurality of the bottle bodies 11 can be connected. Preferably, the sealed end 12 extends perpendicularly to the bottle bodies 11 to form a first connecting member 16 for connecting a plurality of the bottle bodies 11. Specifically, the blood collection tube 21 is provided with a blood collection end 22 and a sample addition end 23, and the cover 30 is used for covering the sample addition end 23. During assembly, the package 14 is removed and the blood collection set 20 is inserted into the vial 11 from the package end 13. Preferably, the edge of the cover 30 extends outward to form a detaching portion 31, and the detaching portion 31 is used to facilitate the separation of the cover 30 from the sample adding end 23. The removal portion 31 is provided to facilitate removal of the cover. Preferably, four blood collection tubes 21 are arranged in parallel and connected by a third connecting member 24.
