Description

制动变速器换档互锁抑制销位置检测
背景技术
车辆被设置有换挡系统(shift system,转换系统),该换挡系统可操作以选择或者转换(shift,换挡)车辆变速器(transmission,传动装置)的齿轮。换挡系统可以被安装至车辆转向柱,并且通过控制机构可操作地被连接至车辆变速器。
制动变速器换档互锁(brake transmission shift interlock,BTSI)装置被设计成作为用于变速器换挡系统的机电锁定机构。相关联的致动器电断开,以将换挡机构锁定在PARK位置(驻车位置)中。在换挡脱离驻车(out of park)之前,驾驶员必须施加制动以使致动器通电(energize)。BTSI中的通电线圈使抑制销(inhibit pin)缩回,该抑制销允许换挡器从PARK位置移动至其他变速器位置。

发明内容

安装支架40被设置在护套组件20上。安装支架40可以通过包括紧固、焊接等各种方法接合至护套组件20。支架40为护套组件20提供用于安装各种特征的接口(interface,界面)。例如,齿轮换挡机构45和制动变速器换档互锁(BTSI)装置134被设置并且可操作地被联接至护套组件20。齿轮换挡机构45允许车辆操作者在多种操作状况(诸如驻车、倒车、空挡、驱动、以及低速挡(PRNDL))之间人工地换挡。除非一种其他状况被满足(诸如制动踏板的压低(depression)),BTSI装置134物理上阻碍换离驻车状况。

磁性环,所述磁性环能操作地联接至所述缓冲器,所述传感器检测所述抑制销何时处于所述延伸位置。
