Abstract

Description
背景技术
车辆被设置有换挡系统(shift system,转换系统),该换挡系统可操作以选择或者转换(shift,换挡)车辆变速器(transmission,传动装置)的齿轮。换挡系统可以被安装至车辆转向柱,并且通过控制机构可操作地被连接至车辆变速器。
制动变速器换档互锁(brake transmission shift interlock,BTSI)装置被设计成作为用于变速器换挡系统的机电锁定机构。相关联的致动器电断开,以将换挡机构锁定在PARK位置(驻车位置)中。在换挡脱离驻车(out of park)之前,驾驶员必须施加制动以使致动器通电(energize)。BTSI中的通电线圈使抑制销(inhibit pin)缩回,该抑制销允许换挡器从PARK位置移动至其他变速器位置。

发明内容
根据本公开的一个方面,一种转向柱组件包括护套组件。转向柱组件还包括可操作地连接至护套组件的变速器换挡组件。转向柱组件还包括制动变速器换档互锁(BTSI)装置,该制动变速器换档互锁装置包括可在延伸位置与缩回位置之间转变的抑制销(inhibitor pin),当抑制销处于延伸位置中时,抑制销防止变速器换挡组件换离驻车位置。转向柱组件还包括抑制销监控系统。抑制销监控系统包括传感器,该传感器相对于抑制销可操作地联接至BTSI装置的固定部分。抑制销监控系统还包括磁性环,该磁性环可操作地固定联接至抑制销,传感器检测抑制销何时处于延伸位置。

换挡组件22可操作地连接至护套组件20。换挡组件22是低轮廓(low-profile)换挡组件,即使在伸缩操作、倾斜操作、或者折叠操作期间,该低轮廓换挡组件也与护罩组件间隔开,并且不接合护罩组件。
安装支架40被设置在护套组件20上。安装支架40可以通过包括紧固、焊接等各种方法接合至护套组件20。支架40为护套组件20提供用于安装各种特征的接口(interface,界面)。例如,齿轮换挡机构45和制动变速器换档互锁(BTSI)装置134被设置并且可操作地被联接至护套组件20。齿轮换挡机构45允许车辆操作者在多种操作状况(诸如驻车、倒车、空挡、驱动、以及低速挡(PRNDL))之间人工地换挡。除非一种其他状况被满足(诸如制动踏板的压低(depression)),BTSI装置134物理上阻碍换离驻车状况。
现在参考图2和图3,BTSI装置134包括被设置在BTSI壳体50内的抑制销136。抑制销136可在延伸位置(图2)与缩回位置(图3)之间沿轴线移动,该轴线被设置成大体上横向于第一轴线30。抑制销136的缩回位置允许齿轮换挡机构45移离驻车位置。抑制销136的延伸位置抑制齿轮换挡机构45移离驻车位置。响应于制动系统的激活(诸如压低制动踏板),抑制销136在延伸位置与缩回位置之间移动。
本文公开了BTSI抑制销监控系统,其总体上(generally)用数字60表示。BTSI抑制销监控系统60确保抑制销136的位置(即,延伸位置或者缩回位置)被车辆操作系统可靠地知晓。换言之,抑制销136的位置直接地被监控,而不依赖整个换挡组件22的其他状况来确保BTSI装置134的适当运行。

虽然可以想到在一些实施例中,磁性环64可以直接地联接至抑制销136,但是在所图示的实施例中,磁性环64联接至缓冲器68,该缓冲器被固定至抑制销136。缓冲器68被设置成在操作期间减弱(dampen,抑制)与抑制销136的移动相关联的声音。磁性环64可以被设置在缓冲器68的外表面上,或者可以全部地或部分地被嵌入在缓冲器68中。
现在参考图4和图5,更详细地图示了BTSI抑制销监控系统60。特别地,在图4中从物理上、并在图5中示意性地示出了与传感器62通信的电气电路70。该电路被配置成,当检测到抑制销136处于图2的延伸位置中时接收信号,使得磁性环64足够靠近传感器62的附近(即,与传感器62轴向地对准)。当换挡机构45处于驻车位置中且制动踏板被压低时,抑制销136保持在图2的延伸位置中的情况下,信号表示存在“不会换离驻车(位置)”的状况。
当磁性环64不足够靠近传感器62,无信号由电路70产生,这表明抑制销136处于图3的缩回位置中。“无信号”状况表示抑制销136已经保持在缩回位置中并且存在“拉离驻车(pull out of park)”状况。当制动踏板没有被压低并且在换挡机构45处于驻车中时出现该状况时,该状况表示抑制销136已经无意地被保持在图3的缩回位置中,和/或已经故意地被超驰控制(override,超载、超驰)于图3的缩回位置中。
上述不期望的状况(即,不会换离驻车或者拉离驻车)中的任一个导致由车辆电子设备/诊断系统产生的相应警告。可以采取措施,从而防止由于在没有车辆操作员于换挡之前施加制动的情况下将换挡杆拉离驻车位置而出现的安全问题,并且防止由于在换挡之前施加制动使得换挡杆不能被拉离驻车位置而出现的客户不满意问题。虽然现有的BTSI装置包括用于BTSI开关的位置检测传感器,但是本文所公开的实施例有利地表明抑制销136的实际位置。

Claims (15)
1.一种转向柱组件,包括:
护套组件;
变速器换档组件,所述变速器换档组件能操作地连接至所述护套组件;
制动变速器换档互锁(BTSI)装置,所述制动变速器换档互锁装置包括能在延伸位置与缩回位置之间转变的抑制销,当所述抑制销处于所述延伸位置中时,所述抑制销防止所述变速器换档组件换离驻车位置;以及
抑制销监控系统,所述抑制销监控系统包括:
传感器,所述传感器相对于所述抑制销能操作地联接至所述制动变速器换档互锁装置的固定部分;
缓冲器,所述缓冲器能操作地固定至所述抑制销;以及
磁性环,所述磁性环能操作地联接至所述缓冲器,所述传感器检测所述抑制销何时处于所述延伸位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的转向柱组件,其中,所述传感器联接至所述制动变速器换档互锁装置的壳体的内壁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的转向柱组件,其中,所述传感器联接至所述制动变速器换档互锁装置的开关罩的内壁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的转向柱组件,其中,所述传感器是霍尔效应传感器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的转向柱组件,其中,所述磁性环至少部分地被嵌入在所述缓冲器中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的转向柱组件,其中,所述磁性环被设置在所述缓冲器的外表面上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的转向柱组件,其中,所述抑制销监控系统还包括与所述传感器通信的电子电路,以在所述延伸位置中在所述磁性环与所述传感器轴向地对准时产生信号。
8.根据权利要求7所述的转向柱组件,其中,所述电子电路与车辆电子设备和诊断系统通信。
9.根据权利要求8所述的转向柱组件,其中,所述车辆电子设备和诊断系统被配置成,当所述抑制销被卡在所述延伸位置中时产生第一警告,并且当所述抑制销无意地被保持在所述缩回位置中和/或故意地被超驰控制于所述缩回位置中时产生第二警告。
10.一种用于检测能在延伸位置与缩回位置之间转变的抑制销的位置的制动变速器换档互锁(BTSI)抑制销监控系统,当所述抑制销处于所述延伸位置中时,所述抑制销防止变速器换档组件换离驻车位置,所述抑制销监控系统包括:
传感器;
缓冲器,所述缓冲器能操作地固定至所述抑制销;
磁性环,所述磁性环能操作地联接至所述缓冲器,所述传感器被定位在所述制动变速器换档互锁的固定部分上,以当所述抑制销处于所述延伸位置中时与所述磁性环轴向地对准;以及
电子电路,所述电子电路与所述传感器通信,以在所述延伸位置中在所述磁性环与所述传感器轴向地对准时产生信号。
11.根据权利要求10所述的抑制销监控系统,其中,所述传感器联接至所述制动变速器换档互锁的壳体的内壁。
12.根据权利要求10所述的抑制销监控系统,其中,所述传感器联接至所述制动变速器换档互锁的开关罩的内壁。
13.根据权利要求10所述的抑制销监控系统,其中,所述传感器是霍尔效应传感器。
14.根据权利要求10所述的抑制销监控系统,其中,所述磁性环至少部分地被嵌入在所述缓冲器中。
