Abstract
The invention relates to a bolt installation method, in particular to a bolt installation method of a near-closed space part, aims to solve the technical problem that in the prior art, an external component is difficult to connect and install with the near-closed space part through a bolt, and provides the bolt installation method of the near-closed space part. Background
In the design process of the ceramic matrix composite product component, certain structural parts are required to improve the strength of the product by overlapping metal structural parts. However, because the ceramic matrix composite material member is subjected to a high temperature of more than 1500 ℃ in the forming process, the metal member is difficult to be installed on the ceramic matrix composite material member at the early stage of the forming of the composite material, and some parts of the metal member must be designed into a nearly closed space according to design requirements, which causes a certain degree of difficulty in connecting and installing the subsequent metal member and the ceramic matrix composite material member through bolts.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem that an external component is difficult to connect and install with a near-closed space part through a bolt in the prior art, and provides a bolt installation method of the near-closed space part.

1) preparation work
1.1) selecting a nut and a bolt according to the size of the near-closed space part;
1.2A) respectively processing a bolt through hole and a nut implanting hole on the near-closed space part, wherein the size of the nut implanting hole is larger than that of the nut, the size of the nut is larger than that of the bolt through hole, and the size of the bolt through hole is larger than that of a stud of the bolt and smaller than that of a nut of the bolt;
1.2B) processing a first wire passing hole and a second wire passing hole which do not influence the strength on the nut and the bolt respectively; the first wire passing hole comprises a first wire passing hole A and a first wire passing hole B, and is axial holes symmetrically arranged at two sides of the central axis of the nut; the second wire passing hole is an axial hole penetrating through a stud of the bolt and a nut;
1.3) taking a pull wire, enabling one end of the pull wire to pass through a central through hole of a nut and stay at the right end of the nut, enabling the other end of the pull wire to pass through a first wire passing hole A from the left end of the nut, then bypassing the outer side wall of the nut close to the first wire passing hole A, then passing through the left end face of the nut and the outer side wall of the nut close to the first wire passing hole B, then passing through the central through hole of the nut and reaching the right end of the nut, enabling the two ends of the pull wire to be converged and knotted at the position close to the end part;
2) bolt installation
2.1) putting the nut and the pull wire wound on the nut into the near-closed space part through the nut implanting hole, making a hook by using an iron wire, observing by using an endoscope, extending the hook into the near-closed space part through a bolt through hole, pulling out the pull wire from the bolt through hole after hooking by using the hook, and attaching the nut to the bolt through hole on the inner wall of the near-closed space part by tensioning the pull wire;
2.2) cutting off the stay wire on the nut from the knotted position, then penetrating the wire head into a second wire passing hole of the bolt, tensioning the stay wire, enabling the bolt to be meshed with the nut through the bolt passing hole through manual operation, realizing concentric positioning, and finally completing the fastening of the bolt and the nut through a wrench.
Further, in step 1.3), the knot tying at the position close to the end is specifically: sequentially tying two knots at the position close to the end part to enable two parallel line segments positioned between the two knots to form a hook ring which can be hooked by a hook;
in step 2.1), the hook is used for hooking the stay wire and then pulling out the stay wire from the bolt through hole, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: and the hook ring at the end part of the stay wire is hooked by the hook and then pulled out from the bolt through hole.

The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
A bolt mounting method for a near-closed space part comprises the following steps:
1) preparation work
1.1) selecting a nut 4 and a bolt 6 with proper sizes according to the size of the near-closed space part (selecting a proper bolt 6 and a proper nut 4 according to the size of a component);
1.2A) as shown in figure 1, respectively processing a bolt through hole 2 and a nut implanting hole 3 on a near-closed space part, wherein the size of the nut implanting hole 3 is larger than that of a nut 4, the size of the nut 4 is larger than that of the bolt through hole 2, and the size of the bolt through hole 2 is larger than that of a stud of a bolt 6 and smaller than that of a nut of the bolt 6;
1.2B) respectively processing a first wire passing hole 5 and a second wire passing hole 7 which do not influence the strength on the nut 4 and the bolt 6; as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first wire passing hole 5 includes a first wire passing hole a and a first wire passing hole B, which are axial holes symmetrically arranged on both sides of a central axis on the nut 4; as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the second wire through hole 7 is an axial hole of a stud and a nut of the through bolt 6;
1.3) taking a pull line (fishing line), wherein the diameter of the pull line 8 is 0.2-0.4 mm, the bearing tension is not less than 5kg, threading the nut 4 by using the selected pull line 8 according to the mode shown in figure 6, enabling one end of the pull line 8 to pass through the central through hole of the nut 4 and stay at the right end of the nut 4, enabling the other end of the pull line 8 to pass through the first wire passing hole A from the left end of the nut 4, then bypassing the outer side wall of the nut 4 close to the first wire passing hole A, then passing through the first wire passing hole B after passing through the end face of the left end of the nut 4 and the outer side wall of the nut 4 close to the first wire passing hole B, then passing through the central through hole of the nut 4 to reach the right end of the nut 4, enabling the two ends of the pull line 8 to converge, and sequentially punching two knots 9 at positions close to enable two parallel line segments between the two knots 9 to form a hooked ring 10 which can be hooked by hooking;
2) bolt 6 mounting
2.1) putting the nut 4 and the stay wire 8 wound on the nut (the nut 4 with the wire threaded) into the near-closed space part through the nut implanting hole 3, making a hook by using an iron wire, observing by using an endoscope, extending the hook into the near-closed space part through the bolt through hole 2, hooking the hook ring 10 on the stay wire 8 by using the hook and then pulling out from the bolt through hole 2, and tensioning the nut 4 to be attached to the bolt through hole 2 on the inner wall of the near-closed space part by tensioning the stay wire 8;
2.2) as shown in fig. 7, the stay wire 8 on the nut 4 is cut off from the knot 9, then the wire end is inserted into the second wire passing hole 7 of the bolt 6, as shown in fig. 11, the stay wire 8 is tightened, the bolt 6 is meshed with the nut 4 through the bolt passing hole 2 through manual operation (the nut 4 is preliminarily connected with the bolt 6 through the hand), the concentric positioning is realized, finally, the bolt 6 is fastened with the nut 4 through an internal hexagonal wrench, and the installation of the bolt 6 in the near-closed space part is realized.
As shown in fig. 8 to 10, a support frame product for a certain case is composed of a ceramic matrix composite case 12, a metal bracket 11, a metal bolt 6, and a nut. After the ceramic matrix composite case 12 is molded, the metal bracket 11 is mounted on the ceramic matrix composite case 12. Because the ceramic matrix composite box 12 is a nearly closed space, and only one phi 15 nut is implanted into the hole except for 4M 6 bolt through holes 2.
The method of the invention is adopted to install the box body support frame product, and the steps are as follows:
1) threading holes are formed on all the bolts 6 and the nuts 4 of the box body supporting frame product according to the mode shown in figures 2 to 5;
2) selecting a fishing line with a proper diameter, penetrating the fishing line into the nut 4 according to the figure 6, and tying two knots 9 at the line head;
3) placing the metal nut 4 and the knot 9 on the fishing line into the ceramic matrix composite box 12 from the phi 15 hole on the ceramic matrix composite box 12, using an endoscope to observe, hooking the hook ring 10 on the fishing line out by using a small metal hook, and then placing the nut 4 into the ceramic matrix composite box 12;
4) the fish wire on the nut 4 is penetrated into the bolt through hole 2 on the metal bracket 11, the knot 9 on the fish wire is cut off by scissors, and then the two fish wires are penetrated into the metal bolt 6 (the small end of the bolt 6 is penetrated towards the large end);
5) as shown in fig. 11, the fishing line is tightened by hand, the metal nut 4 is pulled to the inner molded surface of the ceramic matrix composite box 12, the metal bolt 6 is inserted into the box bolt through hole 2 to be occluded with the metal nut 4, and then the bolt 6 is tightened by a wrench;
6) the mounting of the remaining bolts 6 is completed in the same manner.

1.2B) respectively processing a first wire passing hole (5) and a second wire passing hole (7) which do not influence the strength on the nut (4) and the bolt (6); the first wire passing hole (5) comprises a first wire passing hole A and a first wire passing hole B, and is axial holes symmetrically arranged at two sides of the central axis of the nut (4); the second wire passing hole (7) is an axial hole of a stud and a nut of the through bolt (6);
1.3) taking a pull wire (8), enabling one end of the pull wire (8) to pass through a central through hole of a nut (4) and stay at the right end of the nut (4), enabling the other end of the pull wire (8) to pass through a first wire passing hole A from the left end of the nut (4), then bypassing the outer side wall of the nut (4) close to the first wire passing hole A, pass through a first wire passing hole B after passing through the left end face of the nut (4) and the outer side wall of the nut (4) close to the first wire passing hole B, then pass through the central through hole of the nut (4) and reach the right end of the nut (4), enabling the two ends of the pull wire (8) to be converged, and knotting (9) at a position close to the end;
2) bolt installation
2.1) putting the nut (4) and the pull wire (8) wound on the nut into the near-closed space part through the nut implantation hole (3), making a hook by using an iron wire, stretching the hook into the near-closed space part through the bolt through hole (2) by means of endoscope observation, hooking the pull wire (8) by using the hook, pulling out the pull wire from the bolt through hole (2), and attaching the nut (4) to the bolt through hole (2) on the inner wall of the near-closed space part by tensioning the pull wire (8);
2.2) cutting off the pull wire (8) on the nut (4) from the knot (9), then penetrating a wire end into a second wire passing hole (7) of the bolt (6), tensioning the pull wire (8), enabling the bolt (6) to be meshed with the nut (4) through the bolt passing hole (2) through manual operation, realizing concentric positioning, and finally completing the fastening of the bolt (6) and the nut (4) through a spanner to complete the installation of the bolt (6) close to the closed space part.
