凿岩机除了用于在岩层上钻凿炮眼外,还可用作破坏器,广泛用于矿山采矿、巷道掘进以及其它各种用途的钻孔。在工作过程中,凿岩机的钻杆由于高速运动而和气缸之间存在剧烈摩擦,这是影响凿岩机使用寿命的重要原因之一,凿岩机润滑油能够在一定程度上缓解这种影响。
大型气动凿岩机的钻杆处于高速、重载的工况,为防止活塞擦伤和热量积聚,要求凿岩机润滑油具备良好的极压抗磨性能;气动凿岩机的活塞中充斥着大量高压气体,这要求凿岩机润滑油具备良好的消泡性能;此外,凿岩机上还设有除粉机构,一般靠压力水经钎子中心孔进入孔底,将岩粉变成泥浆从岩孔排出,因此,在大型凿岩机工作时,润滑系统中会渗入水,这要求润滑油具备一定的乳化性能。
此外,润滑油中通常含有的环烷烃、石蜡、芳烃等化合物对环境有害,且可生物降解性差,在环境中积聚会影响生态环境和生态平衡。《关于废润滑油回收再生的暂行规定》明确指出:“各用油单位的废油,都应交售给当地石油经营部门或指定的收购点,凭交售废油的证明供应新油。严禁自行买卖废油或烧、倒废油。”但是,凿岩机润滑油是处于随用随排的状态,大多数情况下都是直接排放到地面,或进入下水道,这将严重污染生态环境和地下水资源。
然而,现有的凿岩机润滑油无法同时兼具较好的极压抗磨性、乳化性、消泡性和可生物降解性。
发明内容
本公开的目的是解决现有的凿岩机润滑油无法同时兼具较好的极压抗磨性、乳化性、消泡性和可生物降解性的问题,提供一种凿岩机润滑油组合物。
为了实现上述目的,本公开提供一种凿岩机润滑油组合物,该组合物含有如下重量百分含量的各组分:
0.1~4重量%的极压抗磨剂,0.01~0.5重量%的乳化剂,0.1~3.5重量%的摩擦改进剂,0.01~1重量%的黏度改进剂,0.01~0.5重量%的防锈剂,0.0001~0.5重量%的抗泡剂,以及余量的基础油,其中,所述基础油包括复合酯以及邻苯二甲酸酯、菜籽油或蓖麻油中的至少一种。
可选地,所述组合物含有如下重量百分含量的各组分:
0.5~2.5重量%的极压抗磨剂,0.01~0.5重量%的乳化剂,0.5~1.5重量%的摩擦改进剂,0.01~1重量%的黏度改进剂,0.02~0.3重量%的防锈剂,0.0005~0.1重量%的抗泡剂,以及余量的基础油。
可选地,所述基础油为由邻苯二甲酸酯、复合酯和蓖麻油组成的复合油。
可选地,在所述复合油中,所述邻苯二甲酸酯、所述复合酯和所述蓖麻油重量之比为(0~50):(50~90):(0~50),优选为(1~10):(70~90):(5~30)。
可选地,所述抗泡剂包括二甲基硅油、聚丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸辛酯、乙酯和乙酸乙烯酯共聚物中的一种或几种,优选为二甲基硅油和/或丙烯酸辛酯。
可选地,所述黏度改进剂包括聚甲基丙烯酸酯、乙二醇酯或聚醚类高分子中的至少一种,优选为聚甲基丙烯酸酯。
可选地,所述极压抗磨剂包括硫化脂肪、二烷基二硫代磷酸盐或烷基磷酸酯胺盐中的至少一种,优选为硫化脂肪和/或二烷基二硫代磷酸盐。
可选地,所述乳化剂包括环氧丙烷-环氧乙烷嵌段共聚物、氧丙烯-氧乙烯-氧丙烯嵌段共聚醚或聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯-聚氧乙烯嵌段共聚物中的至少一种,优选为环氧丙烷-环氧乙烷嵌段共聚物和/或氧丙烯-氧乙烯-氧丙烯嵌段共聚醚。
可选地,所述摩擦改进剂包括氮硼酸酯、硫化烯烃棉籽油或硫化植物油中的至少一种,优选为氮硼酸酯;
所述防锈剂包括磺酸钙、十二烯基丁二酸或烯基丁二酸半酯中的至少一种,优选为十二烯基丁二酸。
可选地,所述凿岩机润滑油组合物的黏度指数为150以上,倾点为-21℃以上;
按照OECD 302B方法对所述凿岩机润滑油组合物进行生物降解率测试,测试结果显示所述凿岩机润滑油组合物的生物降解率为81%~84%。
通过上述技术方案,本公开的凿岩机润滑油组合物具有突出的可生物降解性和极压抗磨性、优异的抗泡性、优良的乳化性和良好的抗腐蚀性,适用于各种类型的气动凿岩机设备。

具体实施方式
以下对本公开的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本公开,并不用于限制本公开。
本公开提供一种凿岩机润滑油组合物,该组合物含有如下重量百分含量的各组分:0.1~4重量%的极压抗磨剂,0.01~0.5重量%的乳化剂,0.1~3.5重量%的摩擦改进剂,0.01~1重量%的黏度改进剂,0.01~0.5重量%的防锈剂,0.0001~0.5重量%的抗泡剂,以及余量的基础油,其中,所述基础油包括复合酯以及邻苯二甲酸酯、菜籽油或蓖麻油中的至少一种。
本公开提供的上述凿岩机润滑油组合物的综合性能好,各项性能指标均达到使用要求,具有突出的可生物降解性和极压抗磨性、优异的抗泡性、优良的乳化性和良好的抗腐蚀性,适用于各种类型的气动凿岩机设备。
此外,上述凿岩机润滑油组合物中,基础油选自性能优异的复合酯以及邻苯二甲酸酯、菜籽油或蓖麻油中的至少一种,一方面,这些基础油的生物降解率高,低温性能好,无需额外添加降凝剂即可具有优异的低温流动性、热稳定性和良好的抗剪切性,另一方面,这些基础油的黏度等级较高,对黏度改进剂的依赖极低,这能够显著减少黏度改进剂的使用,从而有效提升凿岩机润滑油的可生物降解性。
优选地,所述凿岩机润滑油组合物可以含有如下重量百分含量的各组分:0.5~2.5重量%的极压抗磨剂,0.01~0.5重量%的乳化剂,0.5~1.5重量%的摩擦改进剂,0.01~1重量%的黏度改进剂,0.02~0.3重量%的防锈剂,0.0005~0.1重量%的抗泡剂,以及余量的基础油。在该优选情况下,本公开的凿岩机润滑油组合物能够在保证较好使用性能的情况下具备优良的可生物降解性。
根据本公开,为了进一步改善基础油的可生物降解性和黏度,优选情况下,所述基础油可以为由邻苯二甲酸酯、复合酯和蓖麻油组成的复合油。其中,邻苯二甲酸酯、复合酯和蓖麻油的相对用量可以在一定的范围内变化,例如,在所述复合油中,所述邻苯二甲酸酯、所述复合酯和所述蓖麻油重量之比可以为(0~50):(50~90):(0~50),优选为(1~10):(70~90):(5~30).
根据本公开,所述抗泡剂可以在一定的范围内选择,例如,所述抗泡剂可以包括二甲基硅油、聚丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸辛酯、乙酯和乙酸乙烯酯共聚物中的一种或几种,优选为二甲基硅油和/或丙烯酸辛酯。
根据本公开,所述黏度改进剂可以在一定的范围内选择,例如,所述黏度改进剂可以包括聚甲基丙烯酸酯、乙二醇酯或聚醚类高分子中的至少一种,优选为聚甲基丙烯酸酯。
根据本公开,所述极压抗磨剂可以在一定的范围内选择,例如,所述极压抗磨剂可以包括硫化脂肪、二烷基二硫代磷酸盐或烷基磷酸酯胺盐中的至少一种,优选为硫化脂肪和/或二烷基二硫代磷酸盐。
根据本公开,所述乳化剂可以在一定的范围内选择,例如,所述乳化剂可以包括环氧丙烷-环氧乙烷嵌段共聚物、氧丙烯-氧乙烯-氧丙烯嵌段共聚醚或聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯-聚氧乙烯嵌段共聚物中的至少一种,优选为环氧丙烷-环氧乙烷嵌段共聚物和/或氧丙烯-氧乙烯-氧丙烯嵌段共聚醚。
本公开选用的抗泡剂和乳化剂具有较好的相容性,使得本公开的凿岩机润滑油同时具备优良的抗泡性和乳化性。
根据本公开,所述摩擦改进剂可以在一定的范围内选择,例如,所述摩擦改进剂可以包括氮硼酸酯、硫化烯烃棉籽油或硫化植物油中的至少一种,优选为氮硼酸酯。
根据本公开,所述防锈剂可以在一定的范围内选择,例如,所述防锈剂可以包括磺酸钙、十二烯基丁二酸或烯基丁二酸半酯中的至少一种,优选为十二烯基丁二酸。
通过上述技术方案,本公开的凿岩机润滑油组合物中涉及的添加剂均为无致癌物、无致基因诱变、畸变的化合物,且不含氯和亚硝酸盐,不含金属(钙除外),满足德国“Blue Angel”(蓝色天使)标准对可生物降解润滑油添加剂的要求。
根据本公开,所述凿岩机润滑油组合物具备优良的使用性能和可生物降解性,例如,所述凿岩机润滑油组合物的黏度指数可以为150以上,倾点可以为-21℃以上;按照OECD302B方法对所述凿岩机润滑油组合物进行生物降解率测试,测试结果显示所述凿岩机润滑油组合物的生物降解率可以为81%~84%。
下面通过实施例来进一步说明本公开,但是本公开并不因此而受到任何限制。本公开实施例中涉及的原料、试剂、仪器和设备,如无特殊说明,均可通过购买获得。
实施例1
利用下述方法制备凿岩机润滑油:
将0.25重量%的极压抗磨剂(硫化脂肪)、0.1重量%的乳化剂(环氧丙烷-环氧乙烷嵌段共聚物)、3.5重量%的摩擦改进剂(氮硼酸酯)、0.1重量%的黏度改进剂(聚甲基丙烯酸酯)、0.05重量%的防锈剂(十二烯基丁二酸)、0.001重量%的抗泡剂(丙烯酸辛酯)和96重量%的基础油(邻苯二甲酸酯、复合酯和蓖麻油按照重量比10:90:30组成的复合油)混合后,于45~75℃的条件下搅拌2~3小时,得到本实施例的凿岩机润滑油。
实施例2
利用下述方法制备凿岩机润滑油:
将2.45重量%的极压抗磨剂(二烷基二硫代磷酸盐)、0.2重量%的乳化剂(环氧丙烷-环氧乙烷嵌段共聚物)、0.5重量%的摩擦改进剂(氮硼酸酯)、0.1重量%的黏度改进剂(聚甲基丙烯酸酯)、0.05重量%的防锈剂(十二烯基丁二酸)、0.001重量%的抗泡剂(丙烯酸辛酯)和96.7重量%的基础油(邻苯二甲酸酯、复合酯和蓖麻油按照重量比1:90:5组成的复合油)混合后,于45~75℃的条件下搅拌2~3小时,得到本实施例的凿岩机润滑油。
实施例3
利用下述方法制备凿岩机润滑油:
将2.5重量%的极压抗磨剂(硫化脂肪)、0.05重量%的乳化剂(环氧丙烷-环氧乙烷嵌段共聚物)、0.1重量%的摩擦改进剂(氮硼酸酯)、0.1重量%的黏度改进剂(聚甲基丙烯酸酯)、0.05重量%的防锈剂(十二烯基丁二酸)、0.002重量%的抗泡剂(0.001重量%丙烯酸辛酯+0.001重量%二甲基硅油)和97.2重量%的基础油(邻苯二甲酸酯、复合酯和蓖麻油按照重量比1:90:30组成的复合油)混合后,于45~75℃的条件下搅拌2~3小时,得到本实施例的凿岩机润滑油。
实施例4
利用下述方法制备凿岩机润滑油:
将2.2重量%的极压抗磨剂(0.5重量%硫化脂肪+1.7重量%二烷基二硫代磷酸盐)、0.1重量%的乳化剂(环氧丙烷-环氧乙烷嵌段共聚物)、0.45重量%的摩擦改进剂(氮硼酸酯)、0.1重量%的黏度改进剂(聚甲基丙烯酸酯)、0.05重量%的防锈剂(十二烯基丁二酸)、0.001重量%的抗泡剂(二甲基硅油)和97.1重量%的基础油(邻苯二甲酸酯、复合酯和蓖麻油按照重量比10:70:5组成的复合油)混合后,于45~75℃的条件下搅拌2~3小时,得到本实施例的凿岩机润滑油。
实施例5
利用下述方法制备凿岩机润滑油:
将2重量%的极压抗磨剂(二烷基二硫代磷酸盐)、0.1重量%的乳化剂(环氧丙烷-环氧乙烷嵌段共聚物)、0.45重量%的摩擦改进剂(氮硼酸酯)、0.1重量%的黏度改进剂(聚甲基丙烯酸酯)、0.05重量%的防锈剂(十二烯基丁二酸)、0.001重量%的抗泡剂(丙烯酸辛酯)和97.3重量%的基础油(邻苯二甲酸酯、复合酯和蓖麻油按照重量比10:80:10组成的复合油)混合后,于45~75℃的条件下搅拌2~3小时,得到本实施例的凿岩机润滑油。
实施例6
利用实施例1的方法制备凿岩机润滑油,不同的是:将实施例1中的基础油替换为由邻苯二甲酸酯、复合酯和蓖麻油按照重量比10:70:20组成的复合油。
实施例7
利用实施例1的方法制备凿岩机润滑油,不同的是:将实施例1中的基础油替换为由邻苯二甲酸酯和复合酯按照重量比10:90组成的复合油。
实施例8
利用实施例1的方法制备凿岩机润滑油,不同的是:将实施例1中的基础油替换为由复合酯和菜籽油按照重量比70:30组成的复合油。
实施例9
利用实施例1的方法制备凿岩机润滑油,不同的是:将实施例1中的基础油替换为由复合酯和蓖麻油按照重量比70:30组成的复合油。
对比例1
利用实施例1的方法制备凿岩机润滑油,不同的是:利用等量的复合酯替换实施例1中的基础油。
对比例2
利用实施例1的方法制备凿岩机润滑油,不同的是:利用等量的石蜡基基础油替换实施例1中的基础油。
对比例3
利用下述方法制备凿岩机润滑油:
将0.25重量%的极压抗磨剂(硫化脂肪)、0.1重量%的乳化剂(环氧丙烷-环氧乙烷嵌段共聚物)、3.5重量%的摩擦改进剂(氮硼酸酯)、5重量%的黏度改进剂(聚甲基丙烯酸酯)、0.05重量%的防锈剂(十二烯基丁二酸)、0.001重量%的抗泡剂(丙烯酸辛酯)和91.1重量%的基础油(邻苯二甲酸酯、复合酯和蓖麻油按照重量比1:8:1组成的复合油)混合后,于45~75℃的条件下搅拌2~3小时,得到本实施例的凿岩机润滑油。
测试例
对上述实施例1~9和对比例1~3制备得到的凿岩机润滑油进行性能测试,测试项、测试方法及测试结果见表1。

由表1可以看出,本公开的凿岩机润滑油组合物具有突出的可生物降解性和极压抗磨性、优异的抗泡性、优良的乳化性和良好的抗腐蚀性,适用于各种类型的气动凿岩机设备。特别地,在将由邻苯二甲酸酯、复合酯和蓖麻油按照重量比(1~10):(70~90):(5~30)组成的复合油作为基础油的情况下,本公开的凿岩机润滑油组合物在保持其它优异使用性能的前提下,具有更好的可生物降解性。
以上详细描述了本公开的优选实施方式,但是,本公开并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本公开的技术构思范围内,可以对本公开的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本公开的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合,为了避免不必要的重复,本公开对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外,本公开的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合,只要其不违背本公开的思想,其同样应当视为本公开所公开的内容。
Claims (10)
1.一种凿岩机润滑油组合物,其特征在于,该组合物含有如下重量百分含量的各组分:
0.1~4重量%的极压抗磨剂,0.01~0.5重量%的乳化剂,0.1~3.5重量%的摩擦改进剂,0.01~1重量%的黏度改进剂,0.01~0.5重量%的防锈剂,0.0001~0.5重量%的抗泡剂,以及余量的基础油,其中,所述基础油包括复合酯以及邻苯二甲酸酯、菜籽油或蓖麻油中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物含有如下重量百分含量的各组分:
0.5~2.5重量%的极压抗磨剂,0.01~0.5重量%的乳化剂,0.5~1.5重量%的摩擦改进剂,0.01~1重量%的黏度改进剂,0.02~0.3重量%的防锈剂,0.0005~0.1重量%的抗泡剂,以及余量的基础油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述基础油为由邻苯二甲酸酯、复合酯和蓖麻油组成的复合油。
4.根据权利要求3所述的组合物,其特征在于,在所述复合油中,所述邻苯二甲酸酯、所述复合酯和所述蓖麻油重量之比为(0~50):(50~90):(0~50),优选为(1~10):(70~90):(5~30)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述抗泡剂包括二甲基硅油、聚丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸辛酯、乙酯和乙酸乙烯酯共聚物中的一种或几种,优选为二甲基硅油和/或丙烯酸辛酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述黏度改进剂包括聚甲基丙烯酸酯、乙二醇酯或聚醚类高分子中的至少一种,优选为聚甲基丙烯酸酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述极压抗磨剂包括硫化脂肪、二烷基二硫代磷酸盐或烷基磷酸酯胺盐中的至少一种,优选为硫化脂肪和/或二烷基二硫代磷酸盐。
8.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述乳化剂包括环氧丙烷-环氧乙烷嵌段共聚物、氧丙烯-氧乙烯-氧丙烯嵌段共聚醚或聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯-聚氧乙烯嵌段共聚物中的至少一种,优选为环氧丙烷-环氧乙烷嵌段共聚物和/或氧丙烯-氧乙烯-氧丙烯嵌段共聚醚。
9.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述摩擦改进剂包括氮硼酸酯、硫化烯烃棉籽油或硫化植物油中的至少一种,优选为氮硼酸酯;
所述防锈剂包括磺酸钙、十二烯基丁二酸或烯基丁二酸半酯中的至少一种,优选为十二烯基丁二酸。
10.根据权利要求1~9中任意一项所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述凿岩机润滑油组合物的黏度指数为150以上,倾点为-21℃以上;
按照OECD 302B方法对所述凿岩机润滑油组合物进行生物降解率测试,测试结果显示所述凿岩机润滑油组合物的生物降解率为81%~84%。
