Description

Waterproof coiled material and preparation method and construction method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of waterproofing, and particularly relates to a waterproof coiled material, and a preparation method and a construction method of the waterproof coiled material.
Background
Since the tunnel is constructed by adopting a mine method or a new Olympic method, a method of arranging a waterproof layer between a sprayed concrete layer and a secondary lining is generally adopted to solve the waterproof problem of the composite lining. The waterproof layer is usually constructed by using a waterproof board such as PVC, EVA, ECB, LDPE. These conventional flashing surfaces are smooth and do not form an effective bite with the secondary concrete. Once the waterproof coiled material is damaged or is not firmly welded, a water channeling phenomenon occurs between the waterproof layer and the secondary lining concrete, and then the waterproof coiled material enters the tunnel through concrete cracks and gaps.
In recent years, some tunnels adopt self-adhesive polymer waterproof coiled materials, and compared with single-layer polymer waterproof plates, the waterproof effect is seemingly improved, and the effect is actually not improved. Binding reinforcing steel bars after the waterproof construction is finished, tearing off an isolating film on the surface of a self-adhesive coiled material in the moving period of the trolley, wherein the coiled material is extremely easy to adhere to the body and clothes of an operator in the process, dust in the processes of blasting slag soil and the like of a tunnel can be directly adsorbed on the surface of a glue film to form an isolating layer, and the adhering capability of the self-adhesive coiled material with post-cast concrete is lost; under individual circumstances, the isolation film of the coiled material is not removed when concrete is poured, so that the bonding effect with the concrete is thoroughly lost, and the same problem as that of the traditional waterproof board is solved. Once 'water channeling' occurs, the leakage position is difficult to lock, so that follow-up leak detection, repair and other works are difficult.
In addition, the laying of the flashing or coil in the tunnel requires the pre-laying of shims to achieve its fixation with the lining concrete. For PE and EVA waterproof boards, a gasket anchor welding method is mainly paved in a tunnel, and the welding method is divided into hot air welding, ultrasonic welding and electromagnetic welding. In the current construction process, the coil is welded from the back surface to be fixed. Because of the large coil size, the construction process for welding from the back of the coil is very complex and time-consuming for tunnel vault, and the technical requirements for operators are also high. The electromagnetic welding can be supported to operate on the front surface of the coiled material so as to realize welding with the gasket, and is convenient for workers to operate. But the front operation requires that the flashing be transparent or translucent in order to find the location of the gasket accurately through the material. However, the existing commercial pre-paved high polymer self-adhesive film coiled materials are light-colored or even white, and do not meet the operation requirements. Especially when the existing whiteness value is greater than 65%, it is not possible to see the gasket at all under tunnel light conditions. The light transmittance and visibility of the pre-laid waterproof materials reported in the related literature or patent are not mentioned, and the focus is on how the anti-adhesive layer plays a role in isolation, reflection and anti-adhesion with post-cast concrete.
Therefore, no commercial pre-paving products or related literature reports for realizing the welding and fixing of the coiled materials and the gaskets from the front side of the electromagnetic welding machine by accurately positioning the gaskets through the coiled materials in the light environment of the tunnel exist at present.
Disclosure of Invention
Through many years of researches in the waterproof technical field, the inventor of the invention discovers that the pre-paved anti-adhesion high polymer self-adhesive film waterproof coiled material can replace the traditional waterproof board, and can effectively solve the problem of water channeling between the waterproof layer and the secondary lining concrete. The coil with certain transparency is further designed, the gasket can be accurately positioned through the coil, and the sheet and the gasket are subjected to hot melt welding through electromagnetic welding, so that the problem of front construction fixation is solved. Based on this, the present invention has been completed.
The invention aims to overcome the problems in the prior art and provide a visual waterproof coiled material, namely light can pass through the coiled material perspective gasket, and when the light transmittance of the coiled material is more than or equal to 45%, the visual waterproof coiled material has good visibility for warm color gaskets such as orange, red and the like.
In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides a waterproof coiled material, which comprises a resin sheet layer, a non-asphalt-based high polymer self-adhesive layer and an interface bonding layer which are sequentially arranged, wherein the light transmittance of the waterproof coiled material is more than or equal to 45%, and the light transmittance is preferably 60-70%; the thickness of the resin sheet layer is 0.2-2.0mm, and the light transmittance is more than or equal to 55%. The light transmittance of the coiled material in the preferred range can reach the best performance and convenient construction.
On the premise of satisfying the above light transmittance, each layer preferably satisfies the following condition, and the thickness of the resin sheet layer is 0.5 to 1.5mm, and the light transmittance thereof is not less than 70%. The thickness of the non-asphalt-based polymer self-adhesive layer is 0.1-1.0mm, preferably 0.15-0.5mm, and the light transmittance is more than or equal to 80%, such as 81%, 82%, 83%, 84%, 85%, 86%, 87%, 88%, 89%, preferably more than or equal to 90%, such as 91%, 92%, 93%, 94%, 95%. The coating weight of the interface bonding layer is 20-150g/m 2 The light transmittance is more than or equal to 55 percent. All of the above thicknessesPreferably, the thickness of the relevant composition can be adjusted by a person skilled in the art according to the application requirements, provided that the overall light transmittance is met.
According to the present invention, preferably, the resin sheet layer is made of a polyolefin resin composition comprising the following components, based on the total weight of the polyolefin resin composition: 0.05 to 2 wt% of a light stabilizer, 0.2 to 5 wt% of an antioxidant, 0.05 to 2 wt% of an ultraviolet absorber, and 95 to 99.7 wt% of a polyolefin resin; more preferably, the polyolefin resin composition comprises the following components, based on the total weight of the polyolefin resin composition: 0.1 to 1% by weight of a light stabilizer, 0.2 to 3% by weight of an antioxidant, 0.5 to 1% by weight of an ultraviolet absorber, and 95 to 99.2% by weight of a polyolefin resin.
Wherein the polyolefin resin is widely selected and can be at least one of polyethylene, vinyl copolymer, polypropylene, propenyl copolymer, poly-1-butene, poly-4-methyl-1-pentene and cycloolefin polymer; the vinyl copolymer is preferably an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, an ethylene-acrylic acid or acrylate copolymer.
