Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of waterproofing, and particularly relates to a waterproof coiled material, and a preparation method and a construction method of the waterproof coiled material.
Background
Since the construction of the tunnel by adopting a mine method or a new Austrian method, a method of arranging a waterproof layer between a sprayed concrete layer and a secondary lining is generally adopted to solve the waterproof problem of the composite lining. The waterproof layer is usually made of PVC, EVA, ECB, LDPE or other waterproof board. These conventional flashing surfaces are smooth and do not form an effective bite with the secondary concrete lining. Once the waterproof coiled material is damaged or welded insecurely, the phenomenon of water channeling occurs between the waterproof layer and the secondary lining concrete, and then the waterproof layer and the secondary lining concrete penetrate through concrete cracks and gaps to enter the inside of the tunnel.
In recent years, some tunnels adopt self-adhesive polymer waterproof rolls, and compared with a single-layer polymer waterproof board, the self-adhesive polymer waterproof rolls seem to have improved waterproof effect, but not. Binding steel bars after waterproof construction is finished, and tearing off an isolating film on the surface of a self-adhesive coiled material in a moving period of a trolley, wherein the coiled material is very easy to adhere to the body and clothes of an operator, and dust generated in processes of blasting dregs out of a tunnel and the like can be directly adsorbed on the surface of an adhesive film to form an isolating layer and lose the adhesive capacity with post-cast concrete; in some situations, the isolation film of the coiled material is not removed when the concrete is poured, so that the bonding effect with the concrete is completely lost, and the problem is the same as that of the traditional waterproof board. Once water leakage occurs, the leakage position is difficult to lock, so that subsequent leakage detection, repair and other work are very difficult.
Furthermore, the laying of waterproof panels or coils in tunnels requires the prior laying of gaskets to achieve their fixing with a lining concrete. The PE and EVA waterproof boards are laid in the tunnel by mainly adopting a gasket anchoring welding method, and the welding method is divided into hot air welding, ultrasonic welding and electromagnetic welding. In the current construction process, the coiled material needs to be fixed by welding from the back. Due to the large size of the coiled material, the construction process of welding from the back side of the coiled material is very complicated and time-consuming for the vault of the tunnel, and the technical requirements on operators are high. The electromagnetic welding can be supported to operate on the front surface of the coiled material so as to realize welding with the gasket, and the operation of workers is convenient. But the frontal operation requires that the flashing be transparent or translucent so that the gasket can be accurately located through the material. However, the existing pre-paved polymer self-adhesive film coiled materials sold in the market are all light color or even white, which does not meet the operation requirements. Especially when the existing whiteness values are greater than 65%, it is not possible to see the gasket under tunnel light conditions at all. The pre-paved waterproof material reported in related documents or patents does not mention light transmittance and visibility, and the focus of the pre-paved waterproof material is how to achieve isolation, reflection and anti-adhesion with post-cast concrete.
Therefore, no commercially available pre-laid product or relevant literature report exists at present, which can accurately position the gasket through the coiled material under the light environment of the tunnel so as to realize the welding and fixing of the coiled material and the gasket from the front side by an electromagnetic welding machine.
Disclosure of Invention
Through years of research in the technical field of water prevention, the inventor of the invention finds that the traditional waterproof board is replaced by the pre-paved anti-sticking macromolecule self-adhesive film waterproof coiled material, and the problem of water channeling between the waterproof layer and the secondary lining concrete can be effectively solved. The sheet material is further designed into a coiled material with certain transparency, the gasket can be accurately positioned through the coiled material, and the sheet material and the gasket are subjected to hot melting welding through electromagnetic welding, so that the problem of front construction fixation is solved. Based on this, the present invention has been completed.
The invention aims to overcome the problems in the prior art and provide a visual waterproof coiled material, namely, light can penetrate through a perspective gasket of the coiled material, and when the light transmittance of the coiled material is more than or equal to 45%, the visual waterproof coiled material has good visibility for warm gaskets such as orange and red gaskets.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a waterproof coiled material which comprises a resin sheet layer, a non-asphalt-based high-molecular self-adhesive layer and an interface bonding layer which are sequentially arranged, wherein the light transmittance of the waterproof coiled material is more than or equal to 45%, and preferably 60-70%; the thickness of the resin sheet layer is 0.2-2.0mm, and the light transmittance is more than or equal to 55%. The light transmittance of the coiled material in the optimal range can achieve the best performance and convenient construction.
On the premise of satisfying the above light transmittance, each layer preferably satisfies the condition that the thickness of the resin sheet layer is 0.5 to 1.5mm and the light transmittance thereof is not less than 70%. The thickness of the non-asphalt-based high molecular self-adhesive layer is 0.1-1.0mm, preferably 0.15-0.5mm, and the light transmittance is more than or equal to 80%, such as 81%, 82%, 83%, 84%, 85%, 86%, 87%, 88%, 89%, preferably more than or equal to 90%, such as 91%, 92%, 93%, 94%, 95%. The coating weight of the interface bonding layer is 20-150g/m2The light transmittance is more than or equal to 55 percent. s3, uniformly coating the interface bonding layer raw material on the surface of the self-adhesive layer of the sheet obtained in the step S2, and drying to form the interface bonding layer. The obtained material is of a three-layer structure integrally and comprises a sheet layer, an adhesive layer and an interface bonding layer.
According to a specific embodiment of the invention, firstly, a resin sheet layer raw material is melted and extruded by a single-screw extruder, and the extruded high-temperature melt is calendered by a three-roller calender to reach a set thickness, so as to form a sheet; then unreeling the sheet material through an unreeling cylinder, conveying the unreeled sheet material to a position between a glue spreader and a compression roller through a guide roller, and coating the non-asphalt-based high polymer self-adhesive hot melt adhesive on the surface of the glue spreader onto one surface of the sheet material through the rotation of the glue spreader; and then, mixing the interface bonding layer slurry according to the formula, uniformly mixing, uniformly coating a proper amount of slurry on the semi-finished sheet coated with the glue, and drying the coating to obtain the waterproof roll.
The waterproof roll of the invention is very convenient for construction, and according to a specific embodiment, the construction method comprises the following steps: and (3) constructing by adopting a pre-paving and anti-sticking method, laying the coiled material and the base layer in a hollow way, directly binding reinforcing steel bars without applying a protective layer after laying, and then pouring structural concrete.
When the method is used for construction in a tunnel, the method can comprise the following steps: the construction is carried out by adopting a pre-paving reverse adhesion method, the coiled material is fixed on the concrete of the first lining through the gasket, a protective layer is not required to be applied after the laying is finished, the reinforcing steel bars are directly bound, then the structural concrete is poured, and the coiled material and the concrete of the second lining form full adhesion.
The shim, which is adapted to the application method, is preferably warm, for example orange or red.
The waterproof roll material has the following advantages:
1. pollution resistance, and neat and beautiful construction site. The conditions that the particle product falls off from a construction site and the welding of the lap joint edge is influenced do not exist. The waterproof coiled material has a perspective effect, can be better integrated with a concrete tunnel, and keeps the construction site neat and clean.
2. When the waterproof coiled material is laid, the gasket can be quickly positioned, the coiled material is fixed by adopting front operation, the construction speed is high, and compared with the welding and fixing from the back, the time can be saved by two thirds, so that the construction efficiency is greatly improved, and the technical requirements on operators are reduced.
3. Is convenient for maintenance. The coiled material can meet the primary waterproof requirement through single-channel fortification, and due to the arrangement of the interface binding layer, on one hand, after the laying is finished, a protective layer is not required to be applied, reinforcing steel bars are directly bound, and structural concrete is poured; on the other hand, the interface combination layer does not influence the full adhesion of the self-adhesive layer and the structural concrete, thereby really realizing a composite waterproof system, avoiding the occurrence of water leakage and water channeling to the maximum extent and reducing the maintenance and repair cost.
4. Compared with the self-adhesive waterproof board, the self-adhesive waterproof board can be used for the subsequent working procedures of the construction of people after the isolating film which is optionally arranged is torn, and people can walk on the self-adhesive waterproof board. The interface bonding layer can not change color and turn white when meeting water, and can not lose the isolation effect, and can still realize full adhesion with the concrete under the condition of blasting dust.
5. The waterproof coiled material can be bonded with concrete by more than 1.5N/mm, the water is firstly soaked and then the concrete is bonded by more than 1.5N/mm, the water is firstly bonded and then the concrete is soaked by more than 2.0N/mm, the double-lap joint edge welding can be carried out in a tunnel, and the light transmittance of the coiled material is not changed due to moisture absorption when the construction is carried out in a damp environment in the tunnel.
Additional features and advantages of the invention will be set forth in the detailed description which follows.
