2. The waterborne epoxy zinc rich primer of claim 1, wherein: the component A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 98.0-99.5 parts of modified bisphenol A epoxy resin emulsion and 0.5-2.0 parts of defoaming agent;
the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 9.0-12.0 parts of water-soluble modified amine curing agent, 0.5-2.0 parts of dispersing agent, 1.0-2.0 parts of film-forming additive, 0.5-1.0 part of fumed silica, 2.0-4.0 parts of talcum powder, 75-80 parts of zinc powder, 0.5-1.0 part of zinc powder protective agent and 0.5-1.0 part of anti-settling agent.
3. The waterborne epoxy zinc rich primer of claim 1, wherein: the defoaming agent is a water-based organic silicon modified silicon dioxide defoaming agent.
4. The waterborne epoxy zinc rich primer of claim 1, wherein: the dispersing agent is a high-molecular block copolymer dispersing agent with an acid value of 9-13 and a solid content of 100% and pigment affinity groups; the film-forming auxiliary agent is dipropylene glycol butyl ether with high boiling point; the particle size of the talcum powder is 2500 meshes, and the water-soluble substance is less than or equal to 0.5 percent; the granularity of the zinc powder is 500-800 meshes, the lead content is less than or equal to 500ppm, and the cadmium content is less than or equal to 100 ppm; the anti-settling agent is organic bentonite;
the solid content of the component B is more than or equal to 93 percent.
5. A preparation method of the water-based epoxy zinc-rich primer according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of a component A: putting the modified bisphenol A epoxy resin emulsion into a batching pull cylinder, adding a defoaming agent while stirring at the rotating speed of 400-600rpm, stirring for 10-15 minutes, and uniformly mixing to obtain a component A;
(2) b, preparation of a component: adding a water-soluble modified amine curing agent, a dispersing agent and a film-forming aid into a mixing tank, and stirring at a rotating speed of 400-600rpm for 5-10 minutes; then sequentially adding fumed silica, talcum powder and zinc powder, adjusting the stirring speed to 1000-1200rpm, stirring and dispersing for 15-20 minutes until the fineness is less than or equal to 50 mu m and the temperature is less than or equal to 60 ℃; then, sequentially adding the rest raw materials, stirring at the rotation speed of 400-600rpm for 10-15 minutes, and uniformly mixing to obtain a component B;
(3) preparing a primer: adding the component A into the component B at the rotating speed of 400-600rpm, stirring for 5-10 minutes until complete emulsification is achieved, and obtaining the water-based epoxy zinc-rich primer, wherein the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: 6;
and (3) no time sequence limitation exists between the step (1) and the step (2).
6. The application of the water-based epoxy zinc-rich primer according to any one of claims 1 to 4 or the water-based epoxy zinc-rich primer prepared by the preparation method according to claim 5 in roll coating construction.
7. The use of claim 6, wherein the waterborne epoxy zinc rich primer uses water as a diluent in construction;
the mass of the water is 10% of that of the water-based epoxy zinc-rich primer.
