firstly, putting the epoxy resin emulsion, the water-based functional emulsion, the dispersing agent, the surfactant and the defoaming agent into a batching tank, starting stirring, adjusting the rotating speed to 400RPM, stirring for 10 minutes and uniformly mixing; then sequentially adding iron oxide pigment, antirust pigment and talcum powder, adjusting the stirring speed to 1000RPM, and stirring and dispersing for 20 minutes at the temperature of less than or equal to 60 ℃; then grinding and dispersing the mixed slurry through a sand mill, wherein the fineness is less than or equal to 50 micrometers, the temperature is less than or equal to 60 ℃, and pumping the dispersed slurry to a blending tank; adding the functional filler aqueous aluminum powder slurry into a batching pull cylinder, adding purified water with the same amount, adjusting the rotating speed to 400RPM, stirring for 10 minutes, uniformly mixing, filtering by a 100-mesh sieve, and adding into a blending tank; adjusting the stirring speed of a blending tank to 400RPM, sequentially adding the film-forming aid and the thickening agent, stirring for 10 minutes, and uniformly mixing to obtain the component A.
The component B is prepared by the following steps:
adding the modified amine curing agent into a material drawing cylinder, stirring at the rotating speed of 600RPM, and adding purified water in 5 steps at intervals of 5 minutes each time; and after the purified water is completely added, adjusting the rotating speed to 400RPM, stirring for 30 minutes, then adding the anti-flash rust agent, continuously stirring for 10 minutes, and uniformly mixing to obtain the component B.
The primer is prepared by the following steps:
and (3) mixing the component A: and mixing the component B according to the proportion of 12:1, stirring at a high speed for 5 minutes at a rotating speed of 400RPM until the components are uniformly mixed to obtain the water-based epoxy anticorrosive primer. When construction is needed, tap water accounting for 10 percent of the total amount is added and mixed evenly.
Performance testing
The test panel production conditions were as follows:

as can be seen from the above table, the water-based epoxy anticorrosive primer for the container provided by the invention has the advantages of fast surface drying, and no stickiness of a paint film after moisture volatilization; the paint film has good adhesiveness and good shielding property, and the corrosion resistance of the single coating is obviously improved.

Claims (2)

1. The water-based epoxy anticorrosive primer for the container is characterized by consisting of a component A and a component B, wherein the weight part ratio of the component A to the component B is 12: 1;
the component A comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
40.0 to 45.0 percent of epoxy resin emulsion;
4.0 to 6.0 percent of aqueous functional emulsion;
0.5 to 1.0 percent of dispersant;
0.1 to 0.2 percent of wetting agent;
0.1 to 0.5 percent of defoaming agent;
5.0 to 10.0 percent of coloring pigment;
5.0 to 8.0 percent of antirust pigment;
3.0 to 5.0 percent of functional shielding filler;
7.0 to 15.0 percent of talcum powder;
1.5 to 3.0 percent of film forming additive;
0.2 to 1.0 percent of thickening agent;
12.0 to 18.0 percent of purified water;
the component B comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
50.0-60.0% of water-soluble modified amine curing agent;
0.5-2.0% of flash rust inhibitor;
40.0 to 50.0 percent of purified water;
the solid content of the epoxy resin emulsion in the component A is 53 percent; the water-based functional emulsion adopts LINTEC ER-5100 of Hunan Linte new material technology; the dispersant is nonionic dispersant, and the solid content of the dispersant is 60%; the wetting agent is a geminal structure surfactant based on siloxane, and the surfactant is TEGO 4100 of winning and developing company; the defoaming agent is polyether modified organic silicon defoaming agent; the coloring pigment is iron oxide red; the rust-proof pigment is zinc phosphate; the functional shielding filler is water-based aluminum paste, and the water-based aluminum paste is HYDROLAN-501 of German Eka; the talcum powder is 2500 meshes of talcum powder, and the water-soluble substance of the talcum powder is less than or equal to 0.5 percent; the film-forming assistant is dipropylene glycol butyl ether; the thickener is nonionic polyurethane associative thickener; the conductivity of the purified water is less than or equal to 6 mu S/cm;
the water-soluble modified amine curing agent in the component B is an Ancamide 2839 curing agent which is created; the anti-flash rust agent adopts CA50 of Western Parsen; the conductivity of the purified water is less than or equal to 6 mu S/cm.
2. A method for preparing the waterborne epoxy anticorrosive primer for containers according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
(1) preparation of a component A: putting the epoxy resin emulsion, the water-based functional emulsion, the dispersing agent, the wetting agent and the defoaming agent into a mixing tank, stirring at the rotation speed of 400-600RPM, and stirring for 10-15 minutes to mix uniformly; then sequentially adding iron oxide red, zinc phosphate anti-rust pigment and talcum powder, adjusting the stirring rotating speed to 1000-1200RPM, stirring and dispersing for 20-30 minutes at the temperature of less than or equal to 60 ℃; then grinding and dispersing the mixed slurry through a sand mill, wherein the fineness is less than or equal to 50 micrometers, the temperature is less than or equal to 60 ℃, and pumping the dispersed slurry to a blending tank; adding the functional shielding filler aqueous aluminum powder slurry into a batching pull cylinder, adding purified water, adjusting the rotating speed to 400-600RPM, stirring for 10-15 minutes, uniformly mixing, filtering by a 100-mesh sieve, and adding into a blending tank; adjusting the stirring rotation speed of the blending tank to 400-600RPM, sequentially adding the film-forming aid and the thickening agent, stirring for 10-15 minutes, and uniformly mixing to obtain a component A;
(2) b, preparation of a component: adding the water-soluble modified amine curing agent into a material drawing cylinder, stirring at the rotating speed of 800RPM of 600 plus materials, adding purified water in 3-7 steps, and separating for 5-10 minutes every time; after the purified water is completely added, adjusting the rotating speed to 400-600RPM, stirring for 30 minutes, then adding the anti-flash rust agent, continuously stirring for 10-15 minutes, and uniformly mixing to obtain a component B;
(3) preparing a primer: adding the component B into the component A at the rotation speed of 400-600RPM, and stirring for 5-10 minutes until the components are uniformly mixed to obtain the water-based epoxy anticorrosive primer; wherein the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 12: 1.
