7. The method for preparing the waterborne epoxy primer according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the following steps:
firstly mixing aqueous epoxy emulsion, a defoaming agent, aqueous polyurethane resin, a base material wetting agent, a thickening agent, a cosolvent, an anti-flash rust agent, a dispersing agent, pigment filler, anti-rust pigment, pigment filler wetting agent, aqueous organic bentonite and water to obtain a paint;
secondly mixing the aqueous polyamide curing agent and the dissolving agent to obtain a curing agent;
when the waterborne epoxy primer is used, the paint and the curing agent are mixed for the third time, and the waterborne epoxy primer is obtained.
8. The method of preparing according to claim 7, wherein the first mixing comprises:
primary mixing of aqueous epoxy emulsion, a part of defoamer, aqueous polyurethane resin, a base material wetting agent, a thickener, a cosolvent, an anti-flash rust agent and a part of water to obtain primary mixed solution;
secondary mixing of dispersing agent, pigment and filler, antirust pigment, pigment and filler wetting agent, water-based organic bentonite, residual defoaming agent and residual water to obtain secondary mixed solution;
and mixing the primary mixed solution and the secondary mixed solution in three stages.
9. The preparation method according to claim 8, wherein the mass ratio of the partial antifoaming agent to the residual antifoaming agent is 1:1, a step of;
the mass ratio of the part of water to the rest of water is 1:1.
10. use of the waterborne epoxy primer according to any one of claims 1 to 6 or the waterborne epoxy primer prepared by the preparation method according to any one of claims 7 to 9 as a container coating.
