Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of coatings, in particular to a water-based epoxy anticorrosive coating for metal protection and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the increase of national environmental protection requirements, the trend of the water-based formation of industrial coatings is. The epoxy coating is used as a self-drying heavy-duty anticorrosive protective coating system and is particularly critical in the development process of industrial protective coatings. The existing water-based epoxy coating generally has the key technical defects of over-quick hardness rise, insufficient salt spray corrosion resistance, poor matching property and the like. The reasons for these defects include the problem of excessive crosslinking of the amine adduct of the crosslinking agent, the emulsification process of epoxy emulsification, the problem of selection of the emulsifier, the problem of domain crystallization due to hydrophilic functional groups on the epoxy resin structure; the existence of the problems leads to that the hardness of a coating film is obviously increased along with the prolonging of time after the aqueous epoxy film is formed, the stress shrinkage in the coating material is greatly influenced, the adhesion between the coating and a substrate and between the coating and the coating is greatly damaged, and the service life cycle of the coating is obviously shortened.

The preparation method of the modified glass flake comprises the following steps: mixing glass flakes and hydrofluoric acid in a weight ratio of 1: 1.5-2.5, stirring for 10min, filtering, washing the glass flakes with absolute ethyl alcohol until the solution is neutral, filtering, and drying the glass flakes in the air; and adding a coupling agent into the dried glass flakes until the glass flakes are immersed, stirring for 1h, and filtering to obtain modified glass flakes.
According to the description of the application, in the components of the main paint, the glass flakes are modified to have the performance of polymerizing with the aqueous epoxy resin emulsion in the components of the main paint, in addition, the modified glass flakes and the aqueous epoxy resin emulsion form a compact and stable network structure after polymerization, particles such as fillers and anti-rust pigments in the main paint enter the network structure to form a stable system, so that the water resistance of the main paint can be effectively improved, and the network structure is very stable, so that the molecular gap change is small after the main paint is cured by a curing agent, and the coating has strong water resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance.
