At present, the Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) content of the solvent type epoxy precoating primer used for the railway freight car all the time is 500-850 g/L, a large amount of organic solvent is volatilized during construction, so that serious harm is brought to the environment and human health, and potential safety hazards are buried in the production, storage and transportation construction links. And because the corrosion resistance is not high, the salt spray resistance is not higher than 48h generally, and the steel is corroded after being sprayed with the epoxy precoating primer for 9 months. With the improvement of the environmental protection requirement of the coating industry and the anti-corrosion requirement of the railway wagon, the development of the water-based coating with low VOC content and good anti-corrosion performance becomes a development trend of the anti-corrosion coating of the railway wagon.
Chinese patent CN201610887251.5 discloses a water-based self-curing environment-friendly water-based shop primer. The formula of the coating comprises two components of a base material and a curing agent, wherein the base material comprises zinc powder, ferrophosphorus powder and a filler, and the curing agent comprises lithium potassium silicate and modified emulsion. However, in the prior art, the water-based epoxy pre-coating primer has the defects of slow drying time and low early hardness (the hardness of a paint film is lower than HB at 23 ℃ for 24 hours), and the primer can be stacked after being sprayed for 3-4 hours, so that the construction progress is delayed, and the inconvenience is brought to coating construction.

The invention provides a water-based epoxy pre-coating primer, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
20 to 40 portions of water-based epoxy ester resin, 3 to 12 portions of water-based acrylic resin, 0.1 to 5 portions of pH regulator, 0.1 to 4 portions of base material wetting agent, 1 to 8 portions of dispersant, 5 to 100 portions of antirust pigment, 0.1 to 3 portions of defoaming agent, 0.2 to 5 portions of anti-flash agent, 0.5 to 5 portions of anti-settling thixotropic agent and 50 to 140 portions of deionized water.
The base material of the paint is water-based epoxy ester resin or water-soluble acrylate resin.
The waterborne epoxy ester resin has the advantages of large average relative molecular weight, quick drying, strong adhesion of a coating film to metal, excellent water resistance, alkali resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, toughness in coating and strong impact resistance. Preferably one or two or more of WAP 5812, YG-EP001, AQ 340.
The water-soluble acrylate resin has the advantages of quick drying, good water dilutability, strong adhesion of a coating film to metal, good wettability and dispersibility to pigments and fillers, and excellent water resistance, alcohol resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. The defoaming agent in the invention is preferably a silicone defoaming agent or a fluorine modified siloxane defoaming agent, and is preferably one or two or more of DF40 defoaming agent, 941PL defoaming agent and Tego902W defoaming agent.
Preferably, the coating material contains 0.5-1% of defoaming agent based on the total weight.
The substrate wetting agent can help the coating to wet various substrate surfaces, reduce the surface tension of the water-based paint, and prevent surface defects such as shrinkage cavities or shrinkage edges and the like, thereby improving the paint film adhesion and the corrosion resistance. 1. A water-based epoxy precoated primer is characterized in that: the primer comprises the following components in parts by weight:

the antirust pigment comprises zinc phosphate and water-based zinc phosphomolybdate in a weight ratio of 4: 0.5-4;
the water-based epoxy ester resin is quick-drying water-based epoxy ester resin, and the water-soluble acrylate resin is quick-drying water-based resin;
the viscosity of the latticed tube of the water-based epoxy ester resin is 25-35S, the acid value is 9-18 mgKOH/g, and the synthetic monomer comprises: linoleic acid, dehydrated ricinoleic acid, E-20 epoxy resin or E-12 epoxy resin;
the water-soluble acrylate resin has a Gardner viscosity of Z2-Z6 at25 ℃, and the synthetic monomer comprises: one or more of methacrylic acid, methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, butyl methacrylate, polyethylene glycol (600) diacrylate, ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate and isooctyl methacrylate, by solution polymerization.
2. The waterborne epoxy shop primer according to claim 1, characterized in that: the primer comprises the following components in parts by weight:

3. the waterborne epoxy shop primer according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the rust-preventive pigment further comprises iron oxide red.
4. The waterborne epoxy shop primer according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the pH regulator is one or two of N, N-dimethylethanolamine and ammonia water;
the defoaming agent is an organic silicon defoaming agent or a fluorine modified siloxane defoaming agent;
the substrate wetting agent is a polyether siloxane copolymer;
the dispersant is polyacrylate and/or polycarboxylate.
5. A method of making the waterborne epoxy shop primer of any one of claims 1-4, the method comprising the steps of:
(1) sequentially putting the water-based epoxy ester resin, the water-soluble acrylate resin, the pH regulator, the deionized water, the base material wetting agent, the dispersing agent and the anti-rust pigment into a dispersing tank according to the formula amount, uniformly dispersing, and grinding until the fineness is less than or equal to 60 mu m;
(2) adding the defoaming agent, the anti-flash agent and the anti-settling thixotropic agent into the mixture obtained in the step (1), uniformly stirring and filtering, adjusting the viscosity of the mixture to be more than or equal to 4.0 Pa.S, filtering to remove impurities, inspecting and packaging.
6. Use of the waterborne epoxy shop primer according to any one of claims 1-4 or the primer prepared by the method according to claim 5 as early corrosion protection primer for steel structures.
