Abstract
本发明涉及一种疏水自洁涂料及其制备方法,它由成膜树脂、偶联剂改性的石松粉液、疏水剂、有机溶剂、助剂和固化剂组成。本发明还公开了自洁涂料的制备方法,先将有机溶剂、石松粉加入球磨机中研磨3小时,然后将研磨后的浆料转移至反应器中,加入偶联剂、催化剂加热回流10小时,得到偶联剂改性的石松粉液,将制备的偶联剂改性的石松粉液加入到成膜树脂中,加入疏水剂、助剂、溶剂和固化剂得到疏水自洁涂料。本发明的疏水自洁涂料疏水性好,性能优良,具有良好的经济效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及到一种疏水自洁涂料及其制备方法。
技术背景
自洁涂料是一种新型的功能涂料,它可以用在基材表面,依靠涂料本身的疏水或亲水特性,起到防污易清洁的效果。疏水自洁涂料是通过涂料在基材表面形成一层疏水膜,当雨水或水滴接触到疏水表面时,通过疏水作用力将表面的污渍和灰尘同时带走,从而起到节省人工、自清洁的效果,这种涂料在建筑外墙,公路防护、光伏背板、风电自洁防护等领域都有重要的应用价值。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种疏水自洁涂料。
本发明的再一目的在于:提供一种上述疏水自洁涂料的制备方法。
本发明目的通过以下方案实现:一种疏水自洁涂料,它包含A、B组分,其中A组分由30%-80%的成膜树脂、1%-20%的偶联剂改性的石松粉液、0.1%-5%的疏水剂、3%-60%的有机溶剂、0.5%-5%的助剂组成,B组分为异氰酸酯固化剂,A组分和B组分的质量比为1~10:1。
所述的疏水自洁涂料,成膜树脂选自含羟基的溶剂型氟碳树脂、溶剂型氟硅树脂、溶剂型有机硅树脂、溶剂型聚氨酯树脂和溶剂型羟基丙烯酸树脂的至少一种。这些树脂通过羟基与异氰酸酯的交联反应可以实现常温固化,
所述的疏水自洁涂料,疏水剂选自羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷/改性的羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、疏水二氧化硅、功能型聚倍半硅氧烷、疏水改性二氧化钛的至少一种。疏水剂可以是粉末,也可以是包含溶剂的溶液,如改性的羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷可以是BYK的-3700、TEGOProtect 5001或其它公司同类的有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯(带官能羟基)产品。功能型聚倍半硅氧烷可以是单官能化的聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS),也可以是多官能团的POSS。
所述的疏水自洁涂料,改性石松粉用的偶联剂选自硅烷偶联剂、含氟硅烷偶联剂和钛酸酯偶联剂的至少一种。常用的偶联剂可以选辛基三乙氧基硅烷、异丁基三乙氧基硅烷、KH560和钛酸四异丙酯等。
所述的疏水自洁涂料,有机溶剂为甲醇、异丙醇、丙二醇甲醚、乙酸乙酯、环己烷、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、醋酸丁酯、甲苯和二甲苯中的至少一种。
所述的疏水自洁涂料,助剂包括流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、增稠剂、消泡剂和催干剂的至少一种。
本发明提供一种所述的水自洁涂料的制备方法,它通过以下步骤制备得到:
步骤1 将有机溶剂、石松粉加入球磨机中研磨3小时得到石松粉浆料;
步骤2 将研磨后的石松粉浆料转移至反应器中,加入偶联剂、催化剂加热回流10小时,得到偶联剂改性的石松粉液;
步骤3 将步骤2制备得到的改性石松粉液加入到成膜树脂中,加入疏水剂、助剂和有机溶剂,搅拌分散均匀得到A组分;
步骤4 将步骤3制备得到的A组分按照一定比例和B组分固化剂混合,得到自洁涂料。
所述的疏水自洁涂料的制备方法,催化剂为盐酸、冰醋酸、有机锡化合物的其中一种。
本发明的疏水自洁涂料通过添加石松粉改性液,获得了高的疏水效果,石松粉又称石松孢子粉、是植物石松(别名:伸筋草、过山龙、 宽筋藤 、玉柏)的干燥粉末,具有不沾水、不吸潮的特性,其化学成分中含有羟基和羧酸,经过偶联剂改性后得到的石松粉液能够提高涂料的疏水接触角,添加的疏水剂可以降低涂料的表面自由能、改善涂料表面粗糙结构。本发明公开的自洁涂料成膜后疏水性好,具有荷叶自洁效果。
具体实施方式
以下具体实施案例是对本发明的进一步说明,但不对本发明造成任何限制。
实施例1
原料准备:偶联剂改性的石松粉液按下述步骤制备:
(1)将80份异丙醇、20份石松粉加入球磨机中研磨3小时得到石松粉浆料;
(2)将石松粉浆料转移至反应器中,加入3份辛基三乙氧基硅烷、0.1份盐酸催化剂加热回流10小时,得到偶联剂改性的石松粉液。
一种疏水自洁涂料,按以下步骤制备:
步骤一,将65份成膜树脂溶剂型氟碳树脂、10份偶联剂改性的石松粉液, 3份改性的羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷疏水剂、0.4份流平剂、0.2份润湿剂、0.5份增稠剂、0.2份消泡剂和20.7份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,搅拌分散均匀得到A组分;
步骤二,将A组分和异氰酸酯固化剂B组分按照质量比5:1混合,得到自洁涂料1。
实施例2
原料准备:偶联剂改性的石松粉液按下述步骤制备:
(1)将80份乙酸丁酯、20份石松粉加入球磨机中研磨3小时得到石松粉浆料;
(2)将研磨后的石松粉浆料转移至反应器中,加入4份KH560、0.1份盐酸催化剂加热回流10小时,得到偶联剂改性的石松粉液。
一种疏水自洁涂料,按以下步骤制备:
步骤一,将80份溶剂型氟硅树脂、5份偶联剂改性的石松粉液、1份疏水二氧化硅、0.4份流平剂、0.2份润湿剂、0.5份增稠剂、0.2份消泡剂和12.7份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,搅拌分散均匀得到A组分;
步骤二,将A组分和异氰酸酯固化剂B组分按照质量比10:1混合,得到自洁涂料2。
实施例3
原料准备:偶联剂改性的石松粉液按下述步骤制备:
(1)将80份乙酸丁酯、20份石松粉加入球磨机中研磨3小时得到石松粉浆料;
(2)将研磨后的石松粉浆料转移至反应器中,加入4份钛酸四异丙酯、0.1份有机锡催化剂加热回流10小时,得到偶联剂改性的石松粉液。
一种疏水自洁涂料,按以下步骤制备:
步骤一,将60份溶剂型有机硅改性羟基丙烯酸树脂、15份偶联剂改性的石松粉液、3份疏水改性二氧化钛、0.4份流平剂、0.2份润湿剂、1.5份增稠剂、0.3份消泡剂和19.6份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,搅拌分散均匀得到A组分;
步骤二,将A组分和异氰酸酯固化剂B组分按照质量比5:1混合,得到自洁涂料3。
将实施例中的自洁涂料通过喷涂涂覆在玻璃片上,室温下完全固化72h后测试玻璃片的接触角
本发明的疏水自洁涂料具有较好的疏水自洁性,具有良好的经济和社会效益。
Claims (9)
1.一种疏水自洁涂料,其特征在于,包含A、B组分,其中,
A组分由30%-80%的成膜树脂、1%-20%的偶联剂改性的石松粉液、0.1%-5%的疏水剂、3%-60%的有机溶剂、0.5%-5%的助剂组成,所述的成膜树脂选自含羟基的溶剂型氟碳树脂、溶剂型氟硅树脂、溶剂型有机硅树脂、溶剂型聚氨酯树脂和溶剂型羟基丙烯酸树脂的至少一种;所述的助剂包括流平剂、润湿剂、分散剂、增稠剂、消泡剂和催干剂的至少一种;
B组分为异氰酸酯固化剂,A组分和B组分的质量比为(1~10):1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的疏水自洁涂料,其特征在于,所述的偶联剂改性的石松粉液按下述步骤制备:
步骤1,将有机溶剂、石松粉加入球磨机中研磨3小时得到石松粉浆料;
步骤2,将研磨后的石松粉浆料转移至反应器中,加入偶联剂、催化剂加热回流10小时,得到偶联剂改性的石松粉液,所述的催化剂为盐酸、冰醋酸和有机锡化合物的其中一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的疏水自洁涂料,其特征在于,所述的疏水剂选自聚二甲基硅氧烷/改性的聚二甲基硅氧烷、疏水二氧化硅、功能型聚倍半硅氧烷、疏水改性二氧化钛中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的疏水自洁涂料,其特征在于,所述的偶联剂选自硅烷偶联剂、含氟硅烷偶联剂和钛酸酯偶联剂的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的疏水自洁涂料,其特征在于,所述的有机溶剂为甲醇、异丙醇、丙二醇甲醚、乙酸乙酯、环己烷、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、醋酸丁酯、甲苯和二甲苯中的至少一种。
6.一种根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的疏水自洁涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤制备:
步骤一,按配方量加入成膜树脂、改性石松粉液、疏水剂、助剂和有机溶剂,搅拌分散均匀得到A组分;
步骤二,将A组分按比例和B组分固化剂混合,得到自洁涂料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的疏水自洁涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤制备:
步骤一,将65份成膜树脂溶剂型氟碳树脂、10份偶联剂改性的石松粉液, 3份改性的羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷疏水剂、0.4份流平剂、0.2份润湿剂、0.5份增稠剂、0.2份消泡剂和20.7份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,搅拌分散均匀得到A组分;
步骤二,将A组分和异氰酸酯固化剂B组分按照质量比5:1混合,得到自洁涂料1。
8.根据权利要求6所述的疏水自洁涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤制备:
步骤一,将80份溶剂型氟硅树脂、5份偶联剂改性的石松粉液、1份疏水二氧化硅、0.4份流平剂、0.2份润湿剂、0.5份增稠剂、0.2份消泡剂和12.7份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,搅拌分散均匀得到A组分;
步骤二,将A组分和异氰酸酯固化剂B组分按照质量比10:1混合,得到自洁涂料2。
9.根据权利要求6所述的疏水自洁涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤制备:
步骤一,将60份溶剂型有机硅改性羟基丙烯酸树脂、15份偶联剂改性的石松粉液、3份疏水改性二氧化钛、0.4份流平剂、0.2份润湿剂、1.5份增稠剂、0.3份消泡剂和19.6份丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,搅拌分散均匀得到A组分;
步骤二,将A组分和异氰酸酯固化剂B组分按照质量比5:1混合,得到自洁涂料3。
