Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent ginger stem cutting device, and belongs to the field of crop pruning and cutting. The intelligent ginger stem cutting device can intelligently identify the stem cutting part of ginger and complete accurate curve cutting by matching with the rotary blade. The cutting mechanism adopts a gear rack mechanism, and a rotating blade of the gear rack mechanism has freedom degrees in X and Z directions and completes ginger stem cutting by matching with transmission of a chain in Y direction. The device reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the ginger stem cutting efficiency.

The ginger is used as a food seasoning product and related pharmacological products, has high nutritive value and large market demand, and is deeply favored by broad planting farmers. After the ginger is ripe, the ginger is harvested and unearthed by a ginger combine harvester or manually, and in order to improve the quality of agricultural products and facilitate storage and transportation, overground stem parts of the ginger need to be treated. At present, the method for artificially cutting the stems is adopted in China, and has the problems of high employment cost, low precision and efficiency, easy damage to ginger blocks and the like.

The template (21) is nested in the clamping groove of the main shell (2), the gear V (25) is driven by the motor II (26), and the gear V (25) drives the rack of the template (21), so that the template (21) slides along the clamping groove; slide (22) are used the spout nestification in template (21), drive gear VI (23) through motor III (24), and gear VI (23) realize slide (22) along the up-and-down slip of template (21) through the rack on the drive slide (22). When the ginger reaches the rotary blade 27 at a certain speed, the motor II26 and the motor III24 respond to the analog signal sent by the upper computer, and the ginger stem is cut off according to a specific curve by matching with the rotary blade 27.
