Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating nasosinusitis, a patch and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Inflammation of one or more sinuses is known as sinusitis, and involved sinuses include: maxillary, ethmoid, frontal and sphenoid sinuses. The disease has high incidence rate in the population, and affects the life quality of patients. Sinusitis can be divided into acute sinusitis and chronic sinusitis. Acute sinusitis is often caused by upper respiratory tract infections, and bacterial and viral infections can be concurrent. Chronic sinusitis is more common than acute sinusitis, and usually involves multiple sinuses simultaneously. The course of acute sinusitis is less than 12 weeks, and is mainly manifested by persistent and severe upper respiratory tract infection symptoms, including nasal obstruction, purulent nasal discharge, headache, and the like. The course of chronic sinusitis is > 12 weeks. This disease was classified as mild and moderate/severe according to the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score of severity (10 cm): mild VAS0-4 cm; moderate/heavy weight is VAS5-10 cm.
The acupoint plaster belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods, and the traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application belongs to one of the traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods. The Chinese medicine patch is prepared by adopting a specific Chinese medicine formula, is applied to human acupuncture points (the main acupuncture point is the Shenque acupuncture point) to directly stimulate the human acupuncture points, activates the immunity of the human body, enables the self-healing force of the organism to play a role and achieves the purpose of treating diseases.
Specifically, the traditional Chinese medicine composition can activate channels and collaterals, dredge blood vessels, improve microcirculation, dredge qi and blood, accelerate metabolism and facilitate the discharge and elimination of exogenous pathogenic factors (bacteria and viruses); is applied to the Shenque acupoint, namely the navel, to activate primordial qi, enhance immunity, enhance the self-healing force of systems such as the five viscera and six hollow organs, and ensure the body to recover to health.
The plaster is applied to Tiantu acupoint to directly stimulate the self-healing force of throat, trachea and lung, and is beneficial to eliminating inflammation of throat part and lung.
Modern researches show that when the acupuncture points are stimulated and the medicine permeation reaches a certain amount, the organism can generate non-specific benign stimulation to excite a physiological stress system in the organism, and the defense immune function of the organism is enhanced and the metabolism is accelerated through a series of regulation of nerve-endocrine-body fluid, so that the aim of promoting the disease to be cured is fulfilled.
Based on the problems, a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating nasosinusitis, a plaster and a preparation method thereof are designed to solve the problems.
