为了清楚起见,应当理解,词语“近侧”是指相对更靠近使用将在本文中描述的装置的临床医生的方向,而词语“远侧”是指相对远离临床医生的方向。例如,放置在患者的身体内的导管的端部被视为导管的远侧端部,而留在体外的导管端部是导管的近侧端部。另外,如本文(包括权利要求书)所用,词语“包括”、“具有”和“带有”应具有与词语“包含”相同的含义。

图1C示出鼻部32与保持器主体20(包括主体的限定凹座28的部分)的对应表面一起协作以限定凹口30的上表面30A。实际上,当设置在凹口中时,鼻部30的向下角度有助于在置于皮肤的敷料上提供预定的轻微压缩。
图2A至图2D描绘了根据一个实施方案的导管42以及其到保持器18中的插入的各种视图。如图所示,导管42通过毂46的一部分插入保持器中,并且应变消除件48被接收到保持器主体20的通道26中。图2B示出以这种方式插入导管42,使得应变消除件48的凸块49被接收到保持器主体通道26的凹座28中。如上所述,保持器主体20具有足够的弹性以充分变形以便以卡扣配合构型将导管毂46和应变消除件48接收在其中。

还应当注意,弓形且朝远侧延伸的支脚24,连同锚固垫64的患者皮肤表面76到朝远侧越过插入部位72的任一侧的点以及到插入部位72的任一侧的粘合剂附接,使得固定装置10能够与靠近插入部位72的皮肤表面76一致地移动,从而进一步减少了导管管体44扭结的可能性或导管管体相对于插入部位的不期望的相对移动。鉴于此,应当理解,支脚24可相对于保持器主体20的中心部分22以不同形状延伸到不同距离。此示例示于图8中,该图描绘了支脚24相对于保持器主体20的中心部分22朝远侧弓形地延伸,以形成围绕导管的插入部位的近圆形覆盖区,以增强固定装置和皮肤表面彼此一致地移动的能力,并且防止导管管体和插入部位之间的相对移动。因此可以设想到这些和其他可能的支脚构型。
在图4C中,粘合剂覆盖敷料74粘附到皮肤表面76以覆盖上述部件并且保护它们免受污染。应当理解,可与本文示出和描述的导管组件和插入装置一起采用不同或附加的部件。
图5A和图5B描绘了根据另一个实施方案的保持器18的细节,其中支脚24被成形为相对于保持器主体20的中心部分22更加朝近侧延伸。还包括导向箭头78以帮助临床医生知道放置保持器18的正确方向。
图6和图7描绘了根据又一个实施方案的保持器18,其中支脚24朝近侧延伸到保持器主体20以为插入的导管42提供稳定性。保持器主体20还包括基部部分,该基部部分被构造为设置在导管42的整个应变消除件48和毂46下方,以便防止附接到导管的这些或其他部件对患者皮肤的磨损。保持器18还包括盖80,该盖覆盖通道26的一部分,该盖通过活动铰链82或其他合适的附接模式附接到保持器主体20。与先前实施方案一样,导向箭头78设置在保持器18上。

Claims (31)
1.一种用于在经由皮肤插入部位将医疗装置的内部部分插入患者体内之后保持所述医疗装置的外部部分的保持器,包括:
主体,所述主体包括:
近侧弓形部分,其限定了通道开口;
中心弓形部分,其连接至所述近侧弓形部分,所述中心弓形部分具有从第一侧上的第一基部延伸至第二侧上的第二基部的连续外表面;
第一支脚,其从所述第一基部延伸;
第二支脚,其从所述第二基部延伸;
锁定窗口,其穿过所述中心弓形部分的顶表面定位;和
鼻部部分,其以固定关系连接至所述中心弓形部分,所述鼻部部分具有从所述中心弓形部分朝向所述皮肤插入部位成角度的连续外表面,所述鼻部部分构造为使所述医疗装置的外部部分的平直部分朝向所述皮肤插入部位偏转,
其中所述医疗装置是导管组件,所述保持器抵靠所述患者的皮肤表面保持所述导管组件的一部分,
其中所述锁定窗口被构造为接收所述导管组件的对齐环,
其中所述主体还包括从所述鼻部部分的第一侧延伸的第一凹座和从所述鼻部部分的第二侧延伸的第二凹座,所述第一凹座和所述第二凹座构造为以卡扣配合布置接收所述导管组件的第一应变消除凸块和第二应变消除凸块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保持器,其中所述鼻部部分、所述中心弓形部分和所述近侧弓形部分一起限定了有盖的通道。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保持器,其中所述鼻部部分被构造为相对于所述皮肤表面偏转所述医疗装置的外部部分的平直部分约14度。
4.根据权利要求3所述的保持器,其中所述主体还包括构造为以卡扣配合布置接收所述医疗装置的一个或多个部分的一个或多个特征。
5.根据权利要求1所述的保持器,其中所述主体还限定了凹口,所述凹口构造为将置于皮肤的敷料的一部分接收在其中。
6.根据权利要求5所述的保持器,其中限定所述凹口的所述保持器的主体被构造为当所述置于皮肤的敷料的所述部分被接收在所述凹口中时将压缩力施加在所述置于皮肤的敷料上。
7.根据权利要求5所述的保持器,其中所述置于皮肤的敷料是抗菌盘。
8.根据权利要求7所述的保持器,其中所述第一支脚和所述第二支脚各自具有邻近所述鼻部部分的弯曲边缘,以邻接所述抗菌盘的外周边。
9.根据权利要求1所述的保持器,其中所述第一支脚包括邻近所述第一基部的第一活动铰链,并且其中第二支脚包括邻近所述第二基部的第二活动铰链,所述第一活动铰链和所述第二活动铰链使得所述第一支脚和所述第二支脚能够相对于所述近侧弓形部分、所述中心弓形部分和所述鼻部部分移动。
10.一种固定装置,包括:
根据权利要求1所述的保持器;和
至少一个胶粘锚固垫,其构造为将所述保持器锚固到皮肤表面。
11.一种用于在经由皮肤插入部位将导管组件的内部部分插入患者体内之后保持所述导管组件的外部部分的固定装置,包括:
保持器,所述保持器包括:
弓形部分,其限定了在所述保持器的近侧端部处的通道,所述通道限定了平行于皮肤表面延伸的第一轴线;
鼻部部分,其连接至所述弓形部分,所述鼻部部分延伸至所述保持器的远侧端部,所述鼻部部分和所述弓形部分一起提供了从所述保持器的近侧端部至所述保持器的远侧端部的连续外表面,所述鼻部部分限定了相对于所述弓形部分的第一轴线朝向所述皮肤插入部位成角度的第二轴线;和
第一支脚和第二支脚,其各自从所述弓形部分的相对侧上相应的基部延伸,其中所述第一支脚的远侧端部和所述第二支脚的远侧端部在所述保持器的远侧端部的近侧,
其中所述保持器还包括构造为以卡扣配合布置接收所述导管组件的一个或多个部分的一个或多个特征,
其中所述一个或多个特征包括以第一方向从所述通道横向延伸的第一凹座和以与所述第一方向相对的第二方向从所述通道横向延伸的第二凹座,其中所述第一凹座和所述第二凹座被构造为接收所述导管组件的应变消除部分。
12.根据权利要求11所述的固定装置,还包括附接到所述第一支脚的第一胶粘锚固垫和附接到所述第二支脚的第二胶粘锚固垫。
13.根据权利要求11所述的固定装置,其中所述导管组件是外周IV导管,并且其中所述固定装置被构造用于放置在所述患者的手臂上以保持所述外周IV导管。
14.根据权利要求11所述的固定装置,其中所述弓形部分包括锁定窗口,所述锁定窗口构造为接收所述导管组件的对齐环。
15.根据权利要求11所述的固定装置,其中穿过所述保持器的远侧端部在所述鼻部部分下方限定了凹口,其中所述凹口被构造为将置于皮肤的敷料的一部分接收在其中。
16.根据权利要求15所述的固定装置,其中所述凹口的凹口厚度小于所述置于皮肤的敷料的厚度,以当所述置于皮肤的敷料的所述部分在所述凹口中定位时将压缩力施加在所述置于皮肤的敷料上。
17.根据权利要求15所述的固定装置,其中所述置于皮肤的敷料是抗菌盘。
18.根据权利要求17所述的固定装置,还包括至少一个锚固垫,其成形为当所述抗菌盘的所述部分在所述凹口中定位时邻接所述抗菌盘的外周边。
19.根据权利要求11所述的固定装置,其中所述保持器的主体包括能够移除盖,其使得所述导管组件的一部分能够接收在所述通道中。
20.根据权利要求11所述的固定装置,其中所述第一支脚和所述第二支脚二者向所述弓形部分的近侧延伸。
21.一种用于在经由皮肤插入部位将导管组件的内部部分插入患者体内之后保持所述导管组件的外部部分的固定装置,包括:
主体,所述主体包括:
弓形部分,其在所述主体的近侧端部处,限定了沿着平行于皮肤表面的第一轴线延伸的第一通道;
鼻部,其连接至所述弓形部分,所述鼻部延伸至所述主体的远侧端部,所述鼻部和所述弓形部分一起提供了从所述主体的近侧端部至所述主体的远侧端部的连续外表面,所述鼻部的远侧端部限定了第二通道并且构造为使所述导管组件的平直部分朝向所述皮肤插入部位偏转,所述第二通道具有以相对于所述第一轴线成角度延伸的第二轴线;
第一支脚和第二支脚,其从所述弓形部分向外侧向延伸,所述第一支脚和所述第二支脚中的每个具有向所述弓形部分的近侧延伸的部分,其中所述第一支脚的远侧端部和所述第二支脚的远侧端部在所述主体的远侧端部的近侧;和
凹口,其构造为使得置于皮肤的敷料能够在所述鼻部下方穿过所述主体的远侧端部被插入,使得所述置于皮肤的敷料靠近所述皮肤插入部位被插置在所述主体和所述患者的皮肤表面之间;以及
胶粘锚固垫,其永久地附接到所述主体并且配置为将所述固定装置附接到所述患者的皮肤表面。
22.根据权利要求21所述的固定装置,其中所述第一支脚和所述第二支脚相对于所述弓形部分弓形地且向远侧延伸,所述第一支脚和所述第二支脚各自包括活动铰链,所述活动铰链构造为使得所述第一支脚和所述第二支脚能够围绕所述皮肤表面弯曲。
23.根据权利要求22所述的固定装置,其中限定所述凹口的所述主体被构造为当所述置于皮肤的敷料的所述部分被接收在所述凹口中时将压缩力施加在所述置于皮肤的敷料上。
24.根据权利要求23所述的固定装置,其中所述鼻部被构造为将所述压缩力的一部分施加在所述置于皮肤的敷料上。
25.根据权利要求24所述的固定装置,其中所述主体包括到所述通道的底部开口,所述底部开口构造为使得所述导管组件的毂和应变消除件能够经由卡扣配合被接收在所述通道中。
26.根据权利要求25所述的固定装置,其中所述主体还包括锁定窗口,所述锁定窗口构造为当所述毂被接收在所述通道中时接收包括在所述导管组件的毂上的锁定凸片。
27.根据权利要求26所述的固定装置,其中所述锁定凸片被着色以提供与所述导管组件的周围结构的对比。
28.根据权利要求27所述的固定装置,其中所述主体的通道包括锁定通道,所述锁定通道构造为接收所述导管组件的毂的对齐环,所述对齐环包括所述锁定凸片。
29.根据权利要求28所述的固定装置,还包括舒适垫,所述舒适垫从所述胶粘锚固垫中的一个延伸并且构造为被插置在所述导管组件和所述患者的皮肤表面之间。
30.根据权利要求29所述的固定装置,其中所述第一支脚和所述第二支脚以及所述胶粘锚固垫被构造为使得所述固定装置能够与靠近所述插入部位的所述患者的皮肤表面一致地移动,以便当所述固定装置被附接到所述皮肤表面时防止所述皮肤插入部位与延伸穿过所述皮肤插入部位的所述导管组件的导管管体之间的相对移动,其中所述导管组件接收在所述主体的通道中。
31.根据权利要求30所述的固定装置,其中当所述固定装置被附接到所述皮肤表面时,所述导管组件的毂基本上平行于所述皮肤表面,其中所述导管组件接收在所述主体的通道中。
