Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of health-care products, foods and pharmaceutical preparations, and particularly relates to a weight-losing compound preparation and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The effective channels for losing weight in the current market are as follows: 1. inhibit intestinal absorption. 2. Reducing blood sugar and blood lipid. 3. Promoting metabolism. 4. Central inhibitory class. 5. Fatty acid synthesis inhibitors.

EGCG: epigallocatechin gallate, a component extracted from green tea, is the main active and water-soluble component of green tea. EGCG is derived from tea, and has been recorded in Bencao Shiyi (Chinese materia Medica): the tea can remove human fat and thin after being drunk for a long time, namely people can thin after drinking tea frequently. Because the tea contains phytic acid, the ingestion of excessive phytic acid can stimulate the intestines and stomach. In addition, people with poor gastrointestinal function are not suitable for drinking tea frequently, because the tea water contains caffeine, theophylline and other substances, the tea water can excite central nerves, the conditions of accelerated gastric peristalsis, hypersecretion of gastric parietal cells, hyperchlorhydria, strengthened stimulation of gastric mucosa and the like occur, and the gastrointestinal burden is increased. Although EGCG is a good product for reducing fat and losing weight, the mode of drinking tea and directly eating tea is not suggested. EGCG has very strong antioxidant activity, which is at least 100 times of that of vitamin C and 25 times of that of vitamin E. Its functions make it have the functions of resisting free radical DNA damage, peroxidating tissue oil, reducing serum content of low-density cholesterol, ultralow-density cholesterol and triglyceride, inhibiting carcinogen in diet, eliminating free radical and preventing skin aging and wrinkling.
L-carnitine: the product can be used as food additive for infant food, weight reducing food, athlete food, nutritional supplement for middle aged and elderly people, and nutrition enhancer for vegetarian food. The basic function of the L-carnitine is to promote the oxidation energy supply of fatty acid, and the L-carnitine can promote the oxidation energy supply of fatty acid passing through mitochondrial membranes.

Preferably, the compound preparation comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3-8 parts of konjak powder, 20-60 parts of orange fruit powder, 10-50 parts of navy bean powder, 2-10 parts of lotus leaf powder, 2-8 parts of mulberry leaf powder, 0.2-1 part of EGCG, 0.2-3 parts of L-carnitine and 0.01-0.1 part of sucralose.
Preferably, the compound preparation comprises the following components in parts by weight: 6 parts of konjaku flour, 45 parts of orange-flavored fruit powder, 35 parts of white kidney bean powder, 6 parts of lotus leaf powder, 4.5 parts of mulberry leaf powder, 0.6 part of EGCG, 2.2 parts of L-carnitine and 0.7 part of sucralose.
The preparation method of the compound preparation comprises the following steps:
grinding konjac powder to 15000-mesh ultrafine powder, adding 150-mesh and 200-mesh orange-flavor fruit powder, navy bean powder, lotus leaf powder, mulberry leaf powder, EGCG, L-carnitine and sucralose according to a proportion, mixing, tabletting and granulating.
The preparation can be any one of tablets, tabletting candy, solid drinks, capsules, granules, water agents and enteric-coated preparations.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the konjac flour is ground to 15000 meshes, the water absorption effect is expanded by more than 150 times, and the konjac flour has strong satiety.
(2) The weight-losing tea adopts food raw materials, starts from homology of medicine and food, does not contain chemical medicines, has good weight-losing effect, has no potential influence of side effect of medicines compared with a preparation of medicines, and has higher economic value.
(3) The endurance can be increased.

The formulations of examples 1-3 and were tested.
Kunming mouse 80-100g (body fat content 20-30%), 100 mice, purchased from Shanghai laboratory animal center. The temperature is 18-22 deg.C, the relative humidity is maintained at 60% -70%, the illumination is 12 hr: 12hr (light: dark), and the product is suitable for environment for 3 days before use.

Mouse body weight measurement: 100 mice were divided into 4 groups, 1 to 3 groups were fed with the products of examples 1 to 3, respectively, and 4 groups were fed normally, and four groups of mice were placed in an environment of the same temperature and humidity, and the body weights of the mice fed were measured every day.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: referring to the health food functionality evaluation program and test method specifications (2003 edition of ministry of health), the average body weight of the group of mice is shown in table 1, the mice were subjected to a weight-bearing swimming test, the weight-bearing weight was 10% of the body weight of the mice until exhaustion, the swimming duration (S) of the mice was recorded, and the results were averaged and shown in table 2.

The composite preparation according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of: 3-8 parts of konjak powder, 20-60 parts of orange fruit powder, 10-50 parts of navy bean powder, 2-10 parts of lotus leaf powder, 2-8 parts of mulberry leaf powder, 0.2-1 part of EGCG, 0.2-3 parts of L-carnitine and 0.01-0.1 part of sucralose.
3. The composite preparation according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the weight ratio of: 6 parts of konjaku flour, 45 parts of orange-flavored fruit powder, 35 parts of white kidney bean powder, 6 parts of lotus leaf powder, 4.5 parts of mulberry leaf powder, 0.6 part of EGCG, 2.2 parts of L-carnitine and 0.7 part of sucralose.
4. The complex formulation according to any one of claims 1 to 3, which is prepared by a method comprising:
grinding konjac powder to 15000-mesh ultrafine powder, adding 150-mesh and 200-mesh orange-flavor fruit powder, navy bean powder, lotus leaf powder, mulberry leaf powder, EGCG, L-carnitine and sucralose according to a proportion, mixing, tabletting and granulating.
5. The composite preparation according to claim 1, wherein the preparation is any one of a tablet, a tabletted candy, a solid drink, a capsule, a granule, an aqueous preparation, and an enteric preparation.
