提供了一种检测、发送PDCCH的方法以及设备,所述方法包括:确定第一同步信号块SSB的至少一个候选位置,所述至少一个候选位置上的SSB具有准共址QCL关系;确定所述至少一个候选位置对应的物理下行控制信道PDCCH监听时机;在所述PDCCH监听时机上,检测PDCCH。通过将具有QCL关系的多个SSB的候选位置对应到至少一个PDCCH监听时机,能够减少终端设备对PDCCH的监听次数,进而降低终端设备的功耗。此外,还可以增大PDCCH监听时机包含的时隙个数,进而适当增多PDCCH发送的机会,减少LBT对PDCCH发送的影响。
