Abstract

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种无接头且免焊的阀门,该阀门用于在组合式锅炉和类似装置中控制气体、空气、水、蒸汽、油等流体的通道,其设计目的在于保证流量,由塑料材料制成,耐高温、耐化学品且耐高压。该阀门是由两个部件组成的阀门,并且不包括密封组件。
本发明涉及一种用于流量控制的注入阀,包括主体(1)、插头(4)这两个主要部件,并通过组件进行密封,例如使用众所周知的密封组件、第一O环垫圈(2)和第二O型垫圈(3)进行密封。主体(1)作为阀门的盖板发挥功能,并构成开闭手柄(6)的轴承。开闭手柄(6)将外部施加于阀门的开闭力和运动传递给作为开闭构件的插头(4)。第一O环垫圈(2)和第二O型垫圈(3)在移动部件和固定部件之间提供气密性。螺栓(5)提供手柄(6)和插头(4)之间的连接,根据需要,可通过拆卸螺栓(5)来进行手柄(6)的拆卸。在能够在装置中手动控制阀门的情况下,可通过带有钉子的插头(4)打开和关闭阀门,而无需对手柄(6)进行操作。

Claims (2)
1.一种提供流量的流体流量的控制阀,用于流体流量系统装置,其特征在于,所述流体流量控制阀包括:
主体(1),其呈圆柱形,并且两端具有开口;
插头(4),其带有钉子,所述钉子用于控制通过手柄(6)和阀体(1)的流体流量;
第一O环垫圈(2)和第二O环垫圈(3),用于对所述控制阀进行密封;
所述手柄(6),用于打开和关闭所述控制阀;以及
螺栓(5),用于提供所述手柄(6)与所述插头(4)之间的连接;
所述主体(1)和所述插头(4)能够通过其钉体进行安装而无需所述螺栓(5);
当所述控制阀在所述装置中处于可触及且可控的位置时,无需所述手柄(6)和所述螺栓(5)即可对所述控制阀进行控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的控制阀,其特征在于,
通过所述螺栓(5)安装和拆卸所述手柄(6),所述手柄(6)用于打开和关闭所述控制阀。
