Abstract

The invention provides a method and a device for upgrading equipment, a storage medium and an electronic device, wherein the method comprises the following steps: under the condition that the control authority of the target object on the equipment to be upgraded meets the preset requirement, a task list sent by the server according to the control authority is received, wherein the task list comprises: the device to be upgraded allows the firmware version to be upgraded and the corresponding function type allowing to be upgraded to be selected; and acquiring a task to be executed selected by the target object in the task list, and determining an upgrade request according to the task to be executed, wherein the upgrade request is used for indicating a firmware version corresponding to an upgrade function required by equipment to be upgraded. Background
At present, intelligent household appliance programs are solidified, all intelligent processes and functions are fixed in factory leaving, and personalized customization of the programs cannot be performed according to different use requirements of different user groups. Related OTA (over-the-Technology, OTA) upgrading schemes, when a plurality of tasks of 'user confirmation upgrading' are established at a server side, a user enters an APP query device to judge whether upgrading is needed or not; when the device is hit by a plurality of upgrading tasks at the same time, the platform returns the latest created task to the user, and the user confirms the upgrading and then executes the latest task and upgrades the latest task to the target version. For example: the current version of the device is version 1.0, and two upgrade tasks are created on the platform in sequence: firstly, creating a task A:1.0 up to 2.0; post creation task B:1.0, 2.0 up to 3.0; after two tasks are created, when the user side inquires whether the device needs to be upgraded, the current OTA mechanism returns the 3.0 version of the latest task B to the user to realize the upgrade based on the version iterative optimization of the device, but the limitation of some special functions to a base plate or the existing OS (operating system, OS for short) cannot provide a plurality of options for the user, and the user cannot configure the functions contained in the firmware version independently by rewriting the firmware version to adjust different functions.
Aiming at the problems that in the related art, functions contained in a firmware version cannot be configured according to the personalized requirements of a target object, and the like, an effective technical scheme is not proposed yet.
Disclosure of Invention

According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an upgrade method of a device, including: receiving a task list sent by a server according to control authority under the condition that the control authority of a target object on equipment to be upgraded meets preset requirements, wherein the task list comprises: the device to be upgraded allows the firmware version to be upgraded and the function type which corresponds to the firmware version and allows the selection of the upgrade; and acquiring a task to be executed selected by the target object in the task list, and determining an upgrade request according to the task to be executed, wherein the upgrade request is used for indicating a firmware version corresponding to an upgrade function required by the equipment to be upgraded.
In an exemplary embodiment, before receiving the task list sent by the server according to the control authority, in a case that the control authority of the target object on the device to be upgraded meets the preset requirement, the method further includes: sending a query instruction for querying control authority possessed by a target object to a server, wherein the query instruction carries identification information for uniquely identifying the target object and equipment information of equipment to be upgraded; and acquiring a verification result of the server for the identification information to determine the control authority of the target object for the equipment to be upgraded according to the verification result, wherein the verification result is used for indicating whether the identification information exists in a preset control authority list, and the preset control authority list comprises a plurality of groups of registered target objects and control authorities configured corresponding to the registered target objects.

The memory 104 may be used to store a computer program, for example, a software program of application software and a module, such as a computer program corresponding to an upgrade method of a device in an embodiment of the present invention, and the processor 102 executes the computer program stored in the memory 104, thereby performing various functional applications and data processing, that is, implementing the above-mentioned method. It should be noted that, in the prior art, only upgrading based on version iterative optimization can be performed on the device. The upgrade package is determined when the user selects the upgrade, the user can only select the upgrade or not, and the user searches for the resource to download and then installs the upgrade if the user wants to perform the personalized upgrade. I.e., the prior art approach does not provide a way for the platform to push multiple upgrade tasks. Also, if several options are to be provided to the user for some special functions, but the limitations imposed by the backplane or the existing OS cannot be realized by software-level configuration, the firmware version must be rewritten to adjust the different functions.
In summary, through the alternative embodiment of the present invention, a way is provided for a user to select different function upgrade packages by himself. The user can select different device functions through different upgrade packages. The problems that certain functions cannot be realized through software layer configuration due to the limitation of a device bottom plate or the existing OS, pain points of different functions can be adjusted by rewriting firmware versions, and meanwhile, the upgrading of the device is fed back to a user for clear reasons are solved.
From the description of the above embodiments, it will be clear to a person skilled in the art that the method according to the above embodiments may be implemented by means of software plus the necessary general hardware platform, but of course also by means of hardware, but in many cases the former is a preferred embodiment. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium (e.g. ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) comprising instructions for causing a terminal device (which may be a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to perform the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
The embodiment also provides an apparatus for upgrading a device, which is used for implementing the foregoing embodiments and preferred embodiments, and is not described in detail. As used below, the term "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. While the means described in the following embodiments are preferably implemented in software, implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware, is also possible and contemplated.
FIG. 4 is a block diagram of an apparatus for upgrading a device according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 4, includes:
the receiving module 42 is configured to receive a task list sent by a server according to a control authority when a control authority of a target object on a device to be upgraded meets a preset requirement, where the task list includes: the device to be upgraded allows the firmware version to be upgraded and the function type which corresponds to the firmware version and allows the selection of the upgrade;
the determining module 44 is configured to obtain a task to be executed selected by the target object in the task list, and determine an upgrade request according to the task to be executed, where the upgrade request is used to indicate a firmware version corresponding to an upgrade function required by the device to be upgraded.
Through the technical scheme, under the condition that the control authority of the target object on the equipment to be upgraded meets the preset requirement, the task list sent by the server according to the control authority is received, wherein the task list comprises: the device to be upgraded allows the firmware version to be upgraded and the corresponding function type allowing to be upgraded to be selected; and acquiring a task to be executed selected by the target object in the task list, and determining an upgrade request according to the task to be executed, wherein the upgrade request is used for indicating a firmware version corresponding to an upgrade function required by equipment to be upgraded. That is, before the device to be upgraded downloads the firmware version, the task list is displayed on the target client, the corresponding upgrading request is determined according to the requirement of the target object, and then the corresponding firmware version is determined according to the upgrading request, so as to instruct the device to be upgraded to upgrade the firmware version, thus the problem that in the prior art, functions contained in the firmware version cannot be configured according to the personalized requirement of the target object can be solved, a user can select different function upgrading packages according to the own requirement, and the personalized upgrading packages containing different device functions are determined to upgrade the firmware version, so that the user experience is improved.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure the security of some core function configurations in the device to be upgraded, after determining that the current target device has corresponding control rights, the upgrading tasks corresponding to the core functions are sent to the task list for issuing, when the target object does not have some control rights, the corresponding upgrading tasks will not appear in the corresponding task list, after displaying the task list on the target client, then determining an upgrading request for instructing the device to be upgraded to perform personalized upgrading according to the selection result of the task corresponding to the target object.
In an exemplary embodiment, the above apparatus further includes: the query module is used for sending a query instruction for querying the control authority possessed by the target object to the server, wherein the query instruction carries identification information for uniquely identifying the target object and equipment information of equipment to be upgraded; the acquisition module acquires a verification result of the identification information by the server to determine the control authority of the target object to the equipment to be upgraded according to the verification result, wherein the verification result is used for indicating whether the identification information exists in a preset control authority list, and the preset control authority list comprises a plurality of groups of registered target objects and control authorities configured corresponding to the registered target objects.
That is, before the above-mentioned preset requirement judgment is performed, it is required to determine whether the target object exists in the use object of the device to be upgraded which is already registered, and different control rights are allocated to different objects at the time of registration, so that when the control rights of the target object are determined, the similarity matching is performed between the target object and the list containing the registered use object, and further, on the premise that the registered use object which is the same as the target object is determined, the control rights of the use object are obtained, and finally, the control rights of the device to be upgraded of the target object are determined.
In an exemplary embodiment, the obtaining module is further configured to determine a task list to which the query instruction is matched in the firmware version set of the server, where the verification result indicates that the target object has control authority of the device to be upgraded; and under the condition that the verification result indicates that the target object does not have the control authority of the equipment to be upgraded, receiving an error code and prompting the target object to finish the upgrading process of the equipment corresponding to the equipment to be upgraded, wherein the error code is used for indicating that the target object does not have the control authority of the current equipment to be upgraded.
In other words, in order to timely display the control authority of the target object determined by the server on the equipment to be upgraded, under the condition that the target object is determined to have the control authority of the equipment to be upgraded, the task list is matched in a firmware version set formed by different combinations of different functions according to the query instruction so as to display the task list on the target object, and under the condition that the target object does not have the control authority of the equipment to be upgraded, the server directly returns an error code to prompt that the target object does not have the control authority of the equipment to be upgraded.
In an exemplary embodiment, the above apparatus further includes: the detection module is used for displaying the task list on the display interface and adding description explanation for each task in the task list, wherein the description explanation is used for indicating the detailed explanation of the upgrading content of the equipment corresponding to each task and the function corresponding to the upgrading content; and under the condition that the content in the task list is deleted or the display interface is closed, determining that the target object gives up upgrading the equipment to be upgraded.
It can be understood that, in order to better acquire the upgrade types corresponding to different tasks in the determined task list by the target object, the target object has certain reference information when the upgrade requirement is selected, further, detailed description of the upgrade content of the device corresponding to each task and the function corresponding to the upgrade content are added in the task description through description, and when the target object is detected to change the acquired task list or directly close a display interface containing the task list, the target object is determined to give up upgrading the device to be upgraded, and the background integrally ends the non-selected upgrade flow of the current target object.
In an exemplary embodiment, the determining module is further configured to determine, according to a task to be executed, a target function to be upgraded of the device to be upgraded; determining a target firmware version conforming to a target function; generating an upgrade request for indicating the equipment to be upgraded to upgrade the firmware version according to the target firmware version and the task to be executed.
In an exemplary embodiment, the determining module is further configured to determine a version number corresponding to the target firmware version and a task code corresponding to a task to be executed; and generating an upgrade request for indicating the device to be upgraded to upgrade the firmware version according to the version number and the task code.
That is, after determining the task to be executed, the upgrade direction corresponding to the target object is described to determine that the function corresponding to the upgrade is also determined, so that the information is better transmitted to the upgrade of the indicating device on the device to be upgraded, the target function to be upgraded of the device to be upgraded is determined according to the task to be executed, the target firmware version meeting the requirement is determined according to the target function, and the version number corresponding to the target firmware version and the task code corresponding to the task to be executed are determined; generating an upgrade request for indicating the equipment to be upgraded to upgrade the firmware version according to the version number and the task code, and then ensuring that the equipment to be upgraded can quickly determine the function of the target object which is required to be upgraded finally and the firmware version which is required to be downloaded after acquiring the upgrade request.
In an exemplary embodiment, the above apparatus further includes: the progress module is used for determining a downloading result of the equipment to be upgraded for the firmware package corresponding to the upgrading request; and under the condition that the downloading result indicates that the firmware package is allowed to be used for upgrading, receiving the upgrading progress reported by the equipment to be upgraded.
In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the directions or positional relationships indicated by the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", etc. are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, are merely for convenience of describing the present invention and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the apparatus or component to be referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and the like, are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless explicitly specified and limited otherwise, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be either fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected, for example; can be mechanically or electrically connected; can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium, and can be communicated with the inside of the two components. An embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the method embodiments described above when run.
In an exemplary embodiment, in the present embodiment, the above-described storage medium may be configured to store a computer program for performing the steps of:
s1, receiving a task list sent by a server according to control authority under the condition that the control authority of a target object on equipment to be upgraded meets preset requirements, wherein the task list comprises: the device to be upgraded allows the firmware version to be upgraded and the function type which corresponds to the firmware version and allows the selection of the upgrade;
s2, acquiring a task to be executed selected by the target object in the task list, and determining an upgrade request according to the task to be executed, wherein the upgrade request is used for indicating a firmware version corresponding to an upgrade function required by the equipment to be upgraded.
In an exemplary embodiment, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or other various media capable of storing a computer program.
An embodiment of the invention also provides an electronic device comprising a memory having stored therein a computer program and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the method embodiments described above.
In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device connected to the processor, and an input/output device connected to the processor.
In an exemplary embodiment, in this embodiment, the above-mentioned processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:
s1, receiving a task list sent by a server according to control authority under the condition that the control authority of a target object on equipment to be upgraded meets preset requirements, wherein the task list comprises: the device to be upgraded allows the firmware version to be upgraded and the function type which corresponds to the firmware version and allows the selection of the upgrade;
S2, acquiring a task to be executed selected by the target object in the task list, and determining an upgrade request according to the task to be executed, wherein the upgrade request is used for indicating a firmware version corresponding to an upgrade function required by the equipment to be upgraded.
In an exemplary embodiment, reference may be made to the examples described in the foregoing embodiments and optional implementations, and this embodiment is not repeated herein.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the invention described above may be implemented in a general purpose computing device, they may be concentrated on a single computing device, or distributed across a network of computing devices, and in one exemplary embodiment they may be implemented in program code executable by a computing device, so that they may be stored in a memory device for execution by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in a different order than what is shown or described, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or a plurality of modules or steps in them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
The above description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, but various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. A method of upgrading a device, comprising:
receiving a task list sent by a server according to control authority under the condition that the control authority of a target object on equipment to be upgraded meets preset requirements, wherein the task list comprises: the device to be upgraded allows the firmware version to be upgraded and the function type which corresponds to the firmware version and allows the selection of the upgrade;
acquiring a task to be executed selected by the target object in the task list, and determining an upgrade request according to the task to be executed, wherein the upgrade request is used for indicating a firmware version corresponding to an upgrade function required by the equipment to be upgraded;
the task to be executed, which is selected by the target object in the task list, is obtained, and an upgrade request is determined according to the task to be executed, including: determining a target function to be upgraded of equipment to be upgraded according to a task to be executed; determining a target firmware version conforming to a target function; determining a version number corresponding to a target firmware version and a task code corresponding to a task to be executed; generating an upgrade request for indicating the equipment to be upgraded to upgrade the firmware version according to the version number and the task code;
Before the upgrade request is determined according to the task to be executed, the method further comprises:
under the condition that a plurality of tasks corresponding to the equipment to be upgraded exist, acquiring the creation time of each task;
and determining a target task with the latest time from a plurality of tasks according to the creation time, and determining the target task as the task to be executed.
2. The method for upgrading a device according to claim 1, wherein, in a case that a control authority of a target object for the device to be upgraded meets a preset requirement, before receiving a task list sent by a server according to the control authority, the method further comprises:
sending a query instruction for querying control authority possessed by the target object to a server, wherein the query instruction carries identification information for uniquely identifying the target object and equipment information of equipment to be upgraded;
and acquiring a verification result of the server on the identification information to determine the control authority of the target object on the equipment to be upgraded according to the verification result, wherein the verification result is used for indicating whether the identification information exists in a preset control authority list, and the preset control authority list comprises a plurality of groups of registered target objects and control authorities configured corresponding to the registered target objects.
3. The method for upgrading a device according to claim 2, wherein obtaining a verification result of the identification information by the server to determine a control authority of the target object for the device to be upgraded according to the verification result, comprises:
determining a task list matched with the query instruction in a firmware version set of the server under the condition that the verification result indicates that the target object has the control authority of the equipment to be upgraded;
and under the condition that the verification result indicates that the target object does not have the control authority of the equipment to be upgraded, receiving an error code and prompting the target object to finish the upgrading process of the equipment corresponding to the equipment to be upgraded, wherein the error code is used for indicating that the target object does not have the control authority of the current equipment to be upgraded.
4. The method for upgrading a device according to claim 1, wherein, in a case that a control authority of a target object for the device to be upgraded meets a preset requirement, after receiving a task list sent by a server according to the control authority, the method further comprises:
displaying the task list on a display interface and adding description explanation for each task in the task list, wherein the description explanation is used for indicating detailed explanation of upgrading content of equipment corresponding to each task and functions corresponding to the upgrading content;
And under the condition that the content in the task list is deleted or the display interface is closed, determining that the target object gives up upgrading the equipment to be upgraded.
5. The method for upgrading a device according to claim 1, wherein after acquiring a task to be executed selected by the target object in the task list and determining an upgrade request according to the task to be executed, the method further comprises:
determining a downloading result of the equipment to be upgraded for the firmware package corresponding to the upgrading request;
and under the condition that the downloading result indicates that the firmware package is allowed to be used for upgrading, receiving the upgrading progress reported by the equipment to be upgraded.
6. An apparatus for upgrading a device, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a task list sent by the server according to the control authority under the condition that the control authority of the target object on the equipment to be upgraded meets the preset requirement, wherein the task list comprises: the device to be upgraded allows the firmware version to be upgraded and the function type which corresponds to the firmware version and allows the selection of the upgrade;
the determining module is used for acquiring a task to be executed selected by the target object in the task list, and determining an upgrading request according to the task to be executed, wherein the upgrading request is used for indicating a firmware version corresponding to an upgrading function required by the equipment to be upgraded;
The determining module is further used for determining a target function to be upgraded of the equipment to be upgraded according to the task to be executed; determining a target firmware version conforming to a target function; determining a version number corresponding to a target firmware version and a task code corresponding to a task to be executed; generating an upgrade request for indicating the equipment to be upgraded to upgrade the firmware version according to the version number and the task code;
the determining module further includes: the task unit is used for acquiring the creation time of each task under the condition that a plurality of tasks corresponding to the equipment to be upgraded exist; and determining a target task with the latest time from a plurality of tasks according to the creation time, and determining the target task as the task to be executed.
7. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium has stored therein a computer program, wherein the computer program is arranged to execute the method of any of the claims 1 to 5 when run.
8. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, characterized in that the memory has stored therein a computer program, the processor being arranged to run the computer program to perform the method of any of the claims 1 to 5.
