Background
The current intelligent household appliance program is solidified, all intelligent processes and functions leave a factory and are fixed, and the program cannot be customized individually according to different use requirements of different user groups. According to a related OTA (over-the-Technology, over-the-air Technology, OTA for short) upgrading scheme, when a plurality of tasks of 'user confirmation upgrading' are established at a server side, a user enters APP inquiry equipment to inquire whether upgrading is needed or not; when the device is hit by a plurality of upgrading tasks at the same time, the platform returns the newly created task to the user, and the user executes the task according to the latest task after confirming the upgrading and upgrades the task to the target version. For example: the current version of the equipment is 1.0 version, and two upgrading tasks are successively established on the platform: firstly, creating a task A: 1.0 to 2.0; post-creation task B: 1.0, 2.0 to 3.0; after two tasks are created, when a user side inquires whether the equipment needs to be upgraded, the current OTA mechanism returns the 3.0 version of the latest task B to a user to realize the upgrade based on version iterative optimization on the equipment, however, some special functions are limited by a bottom board or an existing OS (operating system, OS for short) and cannot provide various options for the user, different functions can be adjusted only by rewriting the firmware version, and the user cannot configure the functions included in the firmware version.

In an exemplary embodiment, in a case that the control authority of the target object for the device to be upgraded meets a preset requirement, before receiving the task list sent by the server according to the control authority, the method further includes: sending a query instruction for querying the control authority owned by the target object to a server, wherein the query instruction carries identification information for uniquely identifying the target object and equipment information of equipment to be upgraded; and acquiring a verification result of the server on the identification information, and determining the control authority of the target object on the equipment to be upgraded according to the verification result, wherein the verification result is used for indicating whether the identification information exists in a preset control authority list, and the preset control authority list comprises a plurality of groups of registered target objects and control authorities configured corresponding to the registered target objects.

In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus further includes: the progress module is used for determining the downloading result of the equipment to be upgraded for the firmware package corresponding to the upgrading request; and receiving the upgrading progress reported by the equipment to be upgraded under the condition that the downloading result indicates that the firmware package is allowed to be used for upgrading.

The method provided by the embodiment of the application can be executed in a computer terminal or a similar operation device of an equipment terminal. Taking the operation on a computer terminal as an example, fig. 1 is a hardware structure block diagram of a computer terminal of an apparatus upgrading method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the computer terminal may include one or more (only one shown in fig. 1) processors 102 (the processors 102 may include, but are not limited to, a processing device such as a microprocessor MCU or a programmable logic device FPGA) and a memory 104 for storing data, and in an exemplary embodiment, may also include a transmission device 106 for communication functions and an input-output device 108. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 1 is only an illustration and is not intended to limit the structure of the computer terminal. The memory 104 may be used for storing computer programs, for example, software programs and modules of application software, such as computer programs corresponding to the upgrading method of the device in the embodiment of the present invention, and the processor 102 executes various functional applications and data processing by running the computer programs stored in the memory 104, so as to implement the method described above. The memory 104 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some examples, the memory 104 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 102, which may be connected to a computer terminal over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The transmission device 106 is used for receiving or transmitting data via a network. Specific examples of the network described above may include a wireless network provided by a communication provider of the computer terminal. In one example, the transmission device 106 includes a Network adapter (NIC), which can be connected to other Network devices through a base station so as to communicate with the internet. In one example, the transmission device 106 may be a Radio Frequency (RF) module, which is used for communicating with the internet in a wireless manner.
In this embodiment, an upgrade method for a device is provided, and fig. 2 is a flowchart of the upgrade method for a device according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the flowchart includes the following steps:

It should be noted that the prior art can only upgrade the device based on the iterative optimization of versions. The upgrade package when the user selects upgrade is determined, the user can only select upgrade or not, and if the user needs to perform personalized upgrade, the user mostly searches for resources to download and then upgrade and install. That is, the existing technical method does not provide a way for the platform to push multiple upgrade tasks. Also, if multiple options are provided to the user for some special functions, but the limitations imposed by the backplane or the existing OS cannot be implemented by software-level configuration, the firmware version must be rewritten to adjust the different functions.
In summary, the present invention provides a way for a user to select upgrade packages with different functions. The user can select different device functions through different upgrade packages. The problem of limited by equipment bottom plate or current OS can't realize some functions through software layer configuration, must rewrite the firmware version just can adjust the pain point of different functions, simultaneously will give back the upgrading of equipment to the clear reason of user etc. is solved.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
In this embodiment, an apparatus for upgrading a device is further provided, and the apparatus is used to implement the foregoing embodiments and preferred embodiments, and the description of which has been already made is omitted. As used below, the term "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of an upgrade apparatus of a device according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 4, includes:
a receiving module 42, configured to receive a task list sent by a server according to a control authority of a target object for a device to be upgraded, where the task list includes: the firmware version allowed to be upgraded by the equipment to be upgraded and the function type allowed to be upgraded and corresponding to the firmware version;
a determining module 44, configured to obtain a task to be executed selected by the target object in the task list, and determine an upgrade request according to the task to be executed, where the upgrade request is used to indicate a firmware version corresponding to an upgrade function required by the device to be upgraded.
Through the technical scheme, under the condition that the control authority of the target object to the equipment to be upgraded meets the preset requirement, the task list sent by the server according to the control authority is received, wherein the task list comprises: the firmware version allowed to be upgraded by the equipment to be upgraded and the function type allowed to be upgraded corresponding to the firmware version; and acquiring the task to be executed selected by the target object in the task list, and determining an upgrading request according to the task to be executed, wherein the upgrading request is used for indicating a firmware version corresponding to an upgrading function required by the equipment to be upgraded. That is to say, before the device to be upgraded downloads the firmware version, the task list is displayed on the target client, the corresponding upgrade request is determined according to the requirement of the target object, and then the corresponding firmware version is determined according to the upgrade request to instruct the device to be upgraded to upgrade the firmware version.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure the security of some core function configurations in the device to be upgraded, it is necessary to send the upgrade tasks corresponding to these core functions to the task list for issuing after determining that the current target device has a corresponding control right, when the target object does not have some control right, the corresponding upgrade tasks will not appear in the corresponding task list, after displaying the task list on the target client, then according to the selection result of the task corresponding to the target object, determine the upgrade request for instructing the device to be upgraded to perform personalized upgrade.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus further includes: the system comprises a query module, a server and a storage module, wherein the query module is used for sending a query instruction for querying the control authority of a target object to the server, and the query instruction carries identification information for uniquely identifying the target object and equipment information of equipment to be upgraded; and the acquisition module is used for acquiring the verification result of the server on the identification information so as to determine the control authority of the target object on the equipment to be upgraded according to the verification result, wherein the verification result is used for indicating whether the identification information exists in a preset control authority list, and the preset control authority list comprises a plurality of groups of registered target objects and control authorities configured correspondingly to the registered target objects.
That is, before the preset requirement judgment, it is required to determine whether the target object exists in the use objects of the registered device to be upgraded, and different control permissions are allocated to different objects during registration, and when determining the control permission of the target object, firstly, similarity matching is performed between the target object and the list containing the registered use objects, and further, on the premise that the registered use objects identical to the target object are determined, the control permission of the use object is obtained, and finally, the control permission of the target object to be upgraded is determined.
In an exemplary embodiment, the obtaining module is further configured to determine a task list matched by the query instruction in the firmware version set of the server, when the verification result indicates that the target object has the control authority of the device to be upgraded; and under the condition that the verification result indicates that the target object does not have the control authority of the equipment to be upgraded, receiving an error code and prompting the target object to end the upgrading process of the equipment corresponding to the equipment to be upgraded, wherein the error code is used for indicating that the target object does not have the control authority of the current equipment to be upgraded.
In other words, in order to timely display the control authority of the target object determined by the server for the device to be upgraded, under the condition that the target object has the control authority of the device to be upgraded, the task list is matched in a firmware version set formed by different combinations of different functions according to the query instruction so as to be displayed for the target object, and under the condition that the target object does not have the control authority of the device to be upgraded, the server directly returns an error code to prompt that the target object does not have the control authority of the device to be upgraded.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus further includes: the detection module is used for displaying the task list on a display interface and adding description for each task in the task list, wherein the description is used for indicating detailed description of upgrading content of equipment corresponding to each task and functions corresponding to the upgrading content; and under the condition that the content in the task list is detected to be deleted or the display interface is closed, determining that the target object abandons upgrading the equipment to be upgraded.
It can be understood that, in order to make the target object have certain reference information when the upgrade requirement selection is performed by using the determined upgrade types corresponding to different tasks in the task list better known by the target object, the detailed description of the upgrade content and the function corresponding to the upgrade content of the device corresponding to each task are added to the task description through the description, and when it is detected that the target object changes the acquired task list or directly closes the display interface including the task list, it is determined that the target object abandons upgrading of the device to be upgraded, and the background integrally ends the upgrade process which is not selected with respect to the current target object.
In an exemplary embodiment, the determining module is further configured to determine, according to the task to be executed, a target function to be upgraded of the device to be upgraded; determining a target firmware version conforming to the target function; and generating an upgrade request for indicating the equipment to be upgraded to upgrade the firmware version according to the target firmware version and the task to be executed.
In an exemplary embodiment, the determining module is further configured to determine a version number corresponding to the target firmware version and a task code corresponding to a task to be executed; and generating an upgrading request for indicating the equipment to be upgraded to upgrade the firmware version according to the version number and the task code.
That is, after the task to be executed is determined, the upgrading direction corresponding to the target object is described to determine, the corresponding upgraded function is also determined, in order to better transmit the information to the equipment to be upgraded to indicate the upgrading of the equipment, the target function to be upgraded of the equipment to be upgraded is determined according to the task to be executed, the target firmware version meeting the requirement is determined according to the target function, and the version number corresponding to the target firmware version and the task code corresponding to the task to be executed are determined; and generating an upgrade request for indicating the equipment to be upgraded to upgrade the firmware version according to the version number and the task code, and then ensuring that the equipment to be upgraded can quickly determine the function of the target object which needs to be upgraded finally and the firmware version which needs to be downloaded after acquiring the upgrade request.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus further includes: the progress module is used for determining the downloading result of the equipment to be upgraded for the firmware package corresponding to the upgrading request; and receiving the upgrading progress reported by the equipment to be upgraded under the condition that the downloading result indicates that the firmware package is allowed to be used for upgrading.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", and the like, indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience in describing the present invention and simplifying the description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or assembly referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; the two components can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium, and the two components can be communicated with each other. When an element is referred to as being "secured to" or "disposed on" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When a component is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
It should be noted that, the above modules may be implemented by software or hardware, and for the latter, the following may be implemented, but not limited to: the modules are all positioned in the same processor; alternatively, the modules are respectively located in different processors in any combination.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments when executed.
In an exemplary embodiment, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may be configured to store a computer program for executing the steps of:
s1, under the condition that the control authority of the target object to the equipment to be upgraded meets the preset requirement, receiving a task list sent by the server according to the control authority, wherein the task list comprises: the firmware version allowed to be upgraded by the equipment to be upgraded and the function type allowed to be upgraded and corresponding to the firmware version;
and S2, acquiring the task to be executed selected by the target object in the task list, and determining an upgrade request according to the task to be executed, wherein the upgrade request is used for indicating a firmware version corresponding to an upgrade function required by the device to be upgraded.
In an exemplary embodiment, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments.
In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
In an exemplary embodiment, in the present embodiment, the processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:
s1, under the condition that the control authority of the target object to the equipment to be upgraded meets the preset requirement, receiving a task list sent by the server according to the control authority, wherein the task list comprises: the firmware version allowed to be upgraded by the equipment to be upgraded and the function type allowed to be upgraded and corresponding to the firmware version;
and S2, acquiring the task to be executed selected by the target object in the task list, and determining an upgrade request according to the task to be executed, wherein the upgrade request is used for indicating a firmware version corresponding to an upgrade function required by the device to be upgraded.
In an exemplary embodiment, for specific examples in this embodiment, reference may be made to the examples described in the above embodiments and optional implementation manners, and details of this embodiment are not described herein again.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the various modules or steps of the invention described above may be implemented using a general purpose computing device, which may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of computing devices, and in one exemplary embodiment may be implemented using program code executable by a computing device, such that the steps shown and described may be executed by a computing device stored in a memory device and, in some cases, executed in a sequence different from that shown and described herein, or separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An upgrade method for a device, comprising:
under the condition that the control authority of a target object for equipment to be upgraded meets a preset requirement, receiving a task list sent by a server according to the control authority, wherein the task list comprises: the firmware version allowed to be upgraded by the equipment to be upgraded and the function type allowed to be upgraded and corresponding to the firmware version;
and acquiring the task to be executed selected by the target object in the task list, and determining an upgrading request according to the task to be executed, wherein the upgrading request is used for indicating a firmware version corresponding to an upgrading function required by the equipment to be upgraded.
2. The device upgrading method according to claim 1, wherein when the control authority of the target object for the device to be upgraded meets a preset requirement, before receiving the task list sent by the server according to the control authority, the method further comprises:
sending a query instruction for querying the control authority owned by the target object to a server, wherein the query instruction carries identification information for uniquely identifying the target object and equipment information of the equipment to be upgraded;
and acquiring a verification result of the server for the identification information, and determining the control authority of a target object for the equipment to be upgraded according to the verification result, wherein the verification result is used for indicating whether the identification information exists in a preset control authority list, and the preset control authority list comprises a plurality of groups of registered target objects and control authorities configured corresponding to the registered target objects.
3. The device upgrading method according to claim 2, wherein obtaining a verification result of the server for the identification information to determine a control authority of a target object for the device to be upgraded according to the verification result comprises:
under the condition that the verification result indicates that the target object has the control authority of the equipment to be upgraded, determining a task list matched with the query instruction in a firmware version set of the server;
and under the condition that the verification result indicates that the target object does not have the control authority of the equipment to be upgraded, receiving an error code and prompting the target object to end the upgrading process of the equipment corresponding to the equipment to be upgraded, wherein the error code is used for indicating that the target object does not have the control authority of the current equipment to be upgraded.
4. The device upgrading method according to claim 1, wherein when the control authority of the target object for the device to be upgraded meets a preset requirement, after receiving the task list sent by the server according to the control authority, the method further comprises:
displaying the task list on a display interface and adding a description for each task in the task list, wherein the description is used for indicating the detailed description of the upgrading content of the equipment corresponding to each task and the function corresponding to the upgrading content;
and under the condition that the content in the task list is detected to be deleted or the display interface is closed, determining that the target object abandons upgrading the equipment to be upgraded.
5. The method for upgrading a device according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the task to be executed selected by the target object in the task list and determining an upgrade request according to the task to be executed comprises:
determining a target function to be upgraded of the equipment to be upgraded according to the task to be executed;
determining a target firmware version conforming to the target function;
and generating an upgrade request for indicating the equipment to be upgraded to upgrade the firmware version according to the target firmware version and the task to be executed.
6. The device upgrading method according to claim 5, wherein generating, according to the target firmware version and the task to be executed, an upgrade request for instructing the device to be upgraded to upgrade the firmware version comprises:
determining a version number corresponding to the target firmware version and a task code corresponding to the task to be executed;
and generating an upgrade request for indicating the equipment to be upgraded to upgrade the firmware version according to the version number and the task code.
7. The method for upgrading a device according to claim 1, wherein after the task to be executed selected by the target object in the task list is obtained and an upgrade request is determined according to the task to be executed, the method further comprises:
determining a downloading result of the equipment to be upgraded for the firmware package corresponding to the upgrading request;
and receiving the upgrading progress reported by the equipment to be upgraded under the condition that the downloading result indicates that the firmware package is allowed to be used for upgrading.
8. An apparatus for upgrading a device, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a task list sent by a server according to the control authority under the condition that the control authority of a target object for equipment to be upgraded meets a preset requirement, wherein the task list comprises: the firmware version allowed to be upgraded by the equipment to be upgraded and the function type allowed to be upgraded and corresponding to the firmware version;
and the determining module is used for acquiring the task to be executed selected by the target object in the task list and determining an upgrading request according to the task to be executed, wherein the upgrading request is used for indicating a firmware version corresponding to an upgrading function required by the equipment to be upgraded.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program is configured to carry out the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executed.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory has stored therein a computer program, and wherein the processor is arranged to execute the computer program to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
