For example, when a user opens a mobile phone APP to enter an air conditioning equipment page, the mobile phone APP can inquire the current state of an air conditioner to a cloud platform, if the air conditioner is executing upgrading at this time, the cloud platform returns the state of the air conditioner in the upgrading to the APP, an APP end displays the upgrading progress of the air conditioner for the user and displays the current upgrading progress, and the cloud platform can synchronize the upgrading progress to the APP end in real time, so that the user can check the upgrading condition of the air conditioner conveniently.
The cloud platform synchronizes the upgrading progress of the equipment to the APP end, so that a user can see the upgrading progress of the equipment at the APP end, and the user can not control the equipment through the APP, so that the smooth operation of the equipment OTA upgrading process can be ensured.
Through the steps S202 to S208, a first voice interaction request of the target object is obtained, where the first voice interaction request is used to request to execute a first target operation; responding to a first voice interaction request, acquiring a first operation execution result of a first target operation, and determining target equipment to be subjected to equipment upgrading in a group of first equipment, wherein the group of first equipment is intelligent equipment bound with a target object; after broadcasting the first operation execution result to the target object, broadcasting upgrade prompt information to the target object, wherein the upgrade prompt information is used for prompting the target equipment to be subjected to equipment upgrade; under the condition that upgrade instruction information sent by a target object and used for instructing equipment upgrade of target equipment is obtained, the equipment upgrade of the target equipment is controlled, the problem that timeliness of equipment upgrade is poor due to the fact that equipment upgrade time is not accurately predicted in an intelligent equipment upgrade method in the related technology is solved, and timeliness of the equipment upgrade is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, in response to a first voice interaction request, acquiring a first operation execution result of a first target operation, and determining a target device to be subjected to device upgrade in a group of first devices, including:
s11, sending a first voice interaction request to a target server;
s12, receiving a first response message of a first voice interaction request returned by a target server, wherein the first response message carries a first operation execution result and equipment information to be upgraded, and the equipment information to be upgraded is used for indicating target equipment to be upgraded;
s13, extracting a first operation execution result and equipment information to be upgraded from the first response message.
In this embodiment, the obtaining of the operation execution result and the determining of the smart device to be upgraded may be performed by the federated server. In response to the first voice interaction request, the voice device may send the acquired first voice interaction request to a target server (e.g., the cloud server described above). The target server may be a server for controlling execution of the first target operation and acquiring a first operation execution result of the first target operation. The voice device may receive a first response message of the first voice request returned by the target server (or, in other words, a first response message returned in response to the first voice request), where the first response message carries a first operation execution result and device information to be upgraded.
The voice device may extract the first operation execution result and the device information to be upgraded from the first response message. The method for extracting the first operation execution result and the device information to be upgraded by the voice device may be various, for example, the first operation execution result and the device information to be upgraded may be extracted from a preset field in the first response message, the first operation execution result and the device information to be upgraded may be extracted from the first response message by a regular expression, and the first operation execution result and the device information to be upgraded may be extracted by other methods, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Here, in performing voice interaction with the target object, the voice device may first connect to the target server (i.e., the cloud platform), ensuring that the voice device can normally converse with the user.
According to the method and the device for upgrading the voice equipment, the voice interaction request is sent to the server, and the operation execution result corresponding to the voice request information and the device information to be upgraded are determined according to the response message returned by the server, so that the equipment resource requirement on the voice equipment can be reduced, and the applicability of equipment upgrading is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, after sending the first voice interaction request to the target server, the method further includes:
S21, receiving a first voice interaction request sent by voice equipment;
s22, responding to a first voice interaction request, and executing a first target operation to obtain a first operation execution result;
s23, determining target equipment to be subjected to equipment upgrading in a group of first equipment to obtain equipment information to be upgraded, wherein the group of first equipment is intelligent equipment with equipment upgrading control authority for voice equipment;
s24, the first response message carrying the first operation execution result and the equipment information to be upgraded is sent to the voice equipment.
In this embodiment, the target server may receive a first voice interaction request sent by the voice device. And responding to the first voice interaction request, and executing a first target operation by the target server to obtain a first operation execution result. Optionally, the target server may control the corresponding intelligent device to execute the first target operation, or execute the first target operation (for example, query weather) through the internet, so as to obtain a result of executing the first operation, or may also be other ways of executing the first target operation, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The target server can also determine a target device to be subjected to device upgrading in a group of first devices to obtain device information to be upgraded, and send the first response message carrying the first operation execution result and the device information to be upgraded to the voice device. The group of first devices are intelligent devices with control rights for device upgrades for the voice devices, or intelligent devices with query rights and control rights, i.e. the voice devices have rights to query and initiate device upgrades for the group of first devices.
The target server may determine that a target device to be subjected to device upgrade in the set of first devices may be determined according to version information reported by at least a portion of the first devices in the set of first devices. Alternatively, the target server may first determine a set of first devices, for example, may determine a set of first devices according to first configuration information corresponding to the voice device, where the first configuration information is used to indicate that the voice device has a smart device with control authority for device upgrade. For example, an OTA configuration administrator may maintain relevant rights and upgrade tasks at the cloud platform, and the configuration and maintenance information includes: the source device has the device authority range for inquiring and initiating the upgrade, namely, which voice devices have the authority for inquiring and initiating the upgrade of which intelligent devices, for example, the intelligent sound box has the authority for inquiring and initiating the upgrade of the air conditioner.
Here, the source device may be a voice device (such as a smart speaker), which refers to a device that initiates a query or issues an upgrade instruction, that is, a device that initiates a query or issues an upgrade instruction; the target device may be an intelligent device such as an air conditioner, a washing machine, a water heater, etc. with OTA upgrading capability, which refers to a device to be queried or a device to be upgraded, i.e. a device to query whether there is a new version or not and to request to execute the upgrade. The source device and the destination device may both establish a trusted relationship between the device and the user with the user of the mobile end application APP. For example: the user can control the intelligent sound box and the air conditioner through the mobile phone APP, inquire the current version information of the equipment in the APP, inquire whether the equipment needs to be upgraded in the APP, and the like, and then a series of services are provided; otherwise, the user cannot inquire the equipment information and perform subsequent services on the mobile phone APP. Before device inquiry and upgrading are carried out, the relation between the device and the user can be authenticated so as to avoid that the user override operates the devices of other users.
For each intelligent device (e.g., air conditioner), each time the cloud platform (cloud server) is connected, for example, current information of the device, such as a device model number, a current version number and a device ID (Identifier) can be actively reported, and the cloud platform can contain version information reported by the intelligent device. According to the version information of each first device in the group of first devices, whether the first device to be upgraded exists in the group of first devices or not can be determined, and the first device to be upgraded in the group of first devices can be a target device.
For example, the cloud platform can be matched with the corresponding upgrading task according to the current version information of the intelligent device, and whether the intelligent device needs to be upgraded or not is judged. Therefore, after the intelligent device is connected with the cloud platform every time when the intelligent device is started, the intelligent device can actively report current information of the intelligent device, wherein the reported information comprises, but is not limited to, a device model number, a current version number, a device ID and the like. And the cloud platform receives and stores the information reported by the intelligent equipment so as to match the information reported by the equipment with the upgrading task to judge whether the equipment needs to be upgraded or not. The device information received and stored by the cloud platform includes, but is not limited to, a device model number, a current version number, a device ID, and the like.
Here, the upgrade task is a deterministic file or data configured by an administrator (e.g., OTA configuration administrator) to determine whether and to which version the smart device needs to be upgraded. Whether the device needs to be upgraded is typically determined based on the model number of the smart device, the current version, or whether the device ID is on a list specifying upgrades. The upgrade task can be stored in the cloud platform, and a manager can adjust and update the upgrade task at any time according to big data and business data analysis.
For example, the foregoing configuration and maintenance information may include upgrade information and upgrade tasks for the smart device. The OTA configuration manager maintains upgrade packages and upgrade tasks (upgrade policies and rules) of the intelligent device at the cloud platform. The intelligent equipment of which models and versions need to be upgraded to the target version can be determined through the strategy and the rule of the upgrading task; if the upgrade task of the specific equipment ID is specified, whether the equipment needs to be upgraded or not can be judged according to the equipment ID and the current version of the equipment.
Alternatively, if there is no device to be updated in the set of first devices, the target server may send only the first response information carrying the result of the execution of the first operation to the voice device, or the target server may send the first response information carrying the result of the execution of the first operation and the prompt information for prompting that all the sets of first devices are the latest version to the voice device.
For example, if no device needs to be upgraded, the cloud platform may return query results for today's weather to the smart speakers. The intelligent sound box broadcasts the weather condition of the present day for the user by voice, and then the flow is ended. For another example, if no device needs to be upgraded, the cloud platform may return the query results of today's weather to the smart speakers. The intelligent sound box can broadcast the weather condition of today for the user by voice and broadcast 'all devices of which are the latest version at present'.
According to the embodiment, the intelligent equipment to be upgraded is determined based on the configuration information by configuring the intelligent equipment with the control authority for equipment upgrading of the voice equipment, so that the convenience and the safety of equipment upgrading can be improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, determining a target device to be upgraded in a set of first devices to obtain device information to be upgraded includes:
s31, determining a group of equipment to be upgraded, which is to be subjected to equipment upgrading, in all intelligent equipment bound with a target object;
s32, determining a group of second devices which allow device upgrade through the voice device according to configuration information of each device to be upgraded in the group of devices to be upgraded;
s33, determining the same intelligent equipment in the group of first equipment and the group of second equipment as target equipment, and obtaining equipment information to be upgraded.
In this embodiment, it may be determined that, among all the intelligent devices bound to the target object, a group of devices to be upgraded are to be upgraded, for example, a group of devices to be upgraded are determined according to version information reported by the devices and latest version information of the devices. Alternatively, the set of devices to be upgraded may be determined according to the configured upgrade task, that is, the set of devices to be upgraded may be devices configured by the upgrade task, or device conditions corresponding to the upgrade task and capable of performing device upgrade may be determined.
Alternatively, a device may be provided for each smart device that has control rights for device upgrades thereto. For example, the foregoing configuration and maintenance information may also include the range of source devices that the smart device (the foregoing destination device) is allowed to query and initiate upgrades, i.e., which voice devices the smart device is set to allow to query and initiate upgrades such as, for example, the air conditioner allows the smart speakers to query and initiate upgrades. A set of second devices that allow device upgrades by the voice device may be determined based on configuration information for each device to be upgraded in the set of devices to be upgraded.
And the voice equipment has the intelligent equipment with the control authority of equipment upgrading in all intelligent equipment bound by the group of first equipment serving as the target object. After obtaining the set of first devices and the set of second devices, the same intelligent devices in the set of first devices and the set of second devices can be determined as target devices, so that device information to be upgraded is obtained.
For example, after the cloud platform recognizes and understands the intention of the user, the device of the user is checked, which is called "multi-level composite upgrade check", referring to fig. 3, the cloud platform may perform the following check operations:
step 1, inquiring upgrading authority owned by the intelligent sound box, wherein an inquiring result is a result A (namely, a group of first devices).
The cloud platform can inquire which intelligent sound boxes of the user have the right of inquiring and initiating upgrading to the intelligent equipment, and a result A is obtained, wherein the result A can comprise an intelligent refrigerator, an intelligent washing machine and an intelligent air conditioner.
And 2, querying all devices to be upgraded under the current user, wherein the query result is a result B (namely, a group of devices to be upgraded).
The cloud platform can inquire all intelligent devices under the user, and judges which intelligent devices need to be upgraded according to the version information reported by each intelligent device and the corresponding upgrading task, and the obtained inquiry result is a result B which can comprise an intelligent refrigerator, an intelligent washing machine, an intelligent water heater and an intelligent air conditioner.
And 3, finding out which intelligent devices in the result B allow the intelligent sound box to initiate upgrading, and inquiring that the result is the result C (namely, a group of second devices).
The cloud platform can screen which devices need to be upgraded in the result B to allow the devices to be queried by the current intelligent sound box and initiate upgrading, so that a result C is obtained, and the result A can comprise an intelligent water heater and an intelligent air conditioner.
And 4, determining the same equipment in the result A and the result C to obtain a result Z.
The target server can determine that the intelligent air conditioner has a new version to be upgraded, and support the intelligent sound box to inquire and initiate the upgrade.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure that the OTA upgrade of the intelligent device achieves the service closed loop of the whole process, the intersection of the result a and the result C may be taken to ensure that the source device has the capability of querying and initiating the upgrade to the destination device, and the destination device also allows the querying and initiating the upgrade of the source device, so that the bidirectional confirmation can ensure the closed loop of the upgrade process in aspects of service implementation, user interaction and the like.
Here, when no device needs to be upgraded in the result Z, the cloud platform may return that all devices are the latest version without the need for upgrading. The intelligent sound box broadcasts the latest version of all the equipment for the user by voice, and the equipment does not need to be updated.
By the method, the device and the system, the source device has the capability of inquiring and initiating the upgrade for the destination device, and the destination device allows the source device to inquire and initiate the upgrade, so that the full-flow business closed loop of the device upgrade of the intelligent device can be ensured.
In an exemplary embodiment, broadcasting upgrade prompt information to a target object includes:
s41, broadcasting the equipment identification of the target equipment and the position information of the target equipment to the target object, wherein the upgrading prompt information comprises the equipment identification of the target equipment and the position information of the target equipment.
The target object can bind a plurality of intelligent devices of the same kind, if the user cannot clearly know which device can be used for device upgrade when broadcasting voice, the situation that the upgraded intelligent device is different from the intelligent device which the user expects to upgrade exists. For example, a user's home includes two intelligent air conditioners, which are located in a living room and a bedroom, respectively, and if the intelligent device to be upgraded includes only the intelligent air conditioner located in the living room, the user may misuse to determine that the device is to be upgraded for the intelligent air conditioner located in the bedroom, which results in a situation that the upgraded device is different from the device that is expected to be upgraded.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the accuracy of the device upgrade, the voice device may broadcast, to the target object, the device identifier (e.g., the device name) of the target device and the location information (e.g., the area information of the room area in which the device is located) in which the target device is located. The upgrade prompt information may include a device identifier of the target device and location information of the target device. The voice device can generate upgrade prompt information carrying the device identifier of the target device and the position information of the target device through NLP (non-line-based) speaking so as to broadcast the upgrade prompt information to the target object.
For example, when there is an intelligent device to be upgraded, the cloud platform provides information such as the name of each device to be upgraded, the room where the intelligent device is located, and the like to the intelligent sound box, and the intelligent sound box firstly broadcasts the weather condition of today for the user by voice and then broadcasts the' what device is to be upgraded is a washing machine located on a balcony and an air conditioner located in a living room? "or similar speech.
Here, after the intelligent sound box receives that the equipment provided by the cloud platform has a new version to be upgraded and the new version is broadcast to the user in a voice mode, the user can decide whether to upgrade the equipment or not. If the equipment is not required to be upgraded, the intelligent sound box can be said as 'not to be upgraded', the intelligent sound box replies to broadcast 'well, the equipment cannot be upgraded', and the process is finished.
Through the embodiment, the equipment identification and the position information of the intelligent equipment to be upgraded are broadcasted, so that the accuracy of equipment upgrading can be improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, after broadcasting the upgrade prompt information to the target object, the method further includes:
s51, acquiring a voice query request of a target object, wherein the voice query request is used for querying version description information of a device version to be upgraded of target equipment;
S52, responding to the voice query request, broadcasting first version description information to the target object, wherein the first version description information is version description information of the device version to which the target device is to be upgraded.
After broadcasting the upgrade prompt information to the target object, the target object may directly send upgrade instruction information to the voice object according to the upgrade prompt information, so as to instruct to upgrade the target device. In order to improve the intelligence of the device upgrade, in this embodiment, a user may first send a voice query request to a voice device to query description information of a device version to be upgraded of the target device, and determine whether to upgrade the target device after knowing the version description information of the device version to be upgraded of the target device.
For example, if the device is to play audio with content of "your software is already the latest version" after the upgrade is completed to notify the user, it is impossible for the user to know the updated content of the new version before the upgrade. In this regard, when the user device is informed that a new version can be updated, the user can be notified of the update description of the new version by voice, and then the user can decide whether to immediately execute the update of the corresponding device.
The voice device may obtain the voice query request of the target object, and the manner in which the voice device obtains the voice query request is similar to the manner in which the voice device obtains the first voice interaction request, which is not described herein again. In response to the voice query request, the voice device may determine the first version description information and broadcast the first version description information to the target object. The first version description information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: version update description, upgrade notice. The first version description information may be included in the device information to be upgraded, or may be obtained from the cloud server in a request-response manner, and in this embodiment, the obtaining manner of the first version description information is not limited.
For example, when there is a device that needs to be upgraded, the cloud platform may provide the smart speakers with today's weather conditions, the name of each device to be upgraded, the room in which it is located, corresponding voice broadcast version update description and upgrade notes, and so on. The user can know the update description of the upgrade before the upgrade, and after the intelligent sound box broadcasts that the equipment has a new version to be upgraded, the user can converse with the intelligent sound box to obtain the update description of the new version besides not executing the upgrade of the equipment.
The user can inquire the intelligent sound box about the upgrade content or the update description of the new version of the air conditioner. The intelligent sound box can broadcast update explanation and notice of the new version of the air conditioner for the user through voice, and then continuously inquire the user' is the air conditioner upgraded? ". At this time, the user can say "not to upgrade" or "not to upgrade" to the intelligent sound box, then the user can process according to the business which does not execute upgrade, and also can say to execute upgrade to the air conditioner to the intelligent sound box.
Through the embodiment, the version description information of the device version to be upgraded is broadcasted for the user, so that the intelligence of device upgrading can be improved, and the convenience of device upgrading is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, in broadcasting the first version description information to the target object, the method further includes:
and S61, displaying second version description information through the target display component, wherein the second version description information is version description information of a device version to which the target device is to be upgraded, and the first version description information is not identical to the second version description information.
In this embodiment, the target object may further display, through its target display part, second version description information, where the second version description information is version description information of a device version to which the target device is to be upgraded. The target display component may be a display component on a voice device, a mobile terminal thereof or a display component on other devices. The second version of the description information may be displayed simultaneously with the first version of the description information, i.e., in synchronization with the voice query request, or may be displayed directly in response to the detected target operation, i.e., independent of the voice query request or independent of the broadcast time of the first version of the description information.
For example, given that version update description and upgrade notice displayed at APP end are different from version update description and upgrade notice for voice broadcast, the cloud platform provides two sets of documents for each upgrade task for OTA configuration manager to fill in, i.e., the documents for voice broadcast, including version update description, upgrade notice, the documents for APP display, including version update description, upgrade notice.
By the method, the voice broadcasting version update description and the upgrading notice and the APP version update description and the upgrading notice can be differentiated and independently processed, and proper texts can be provided according to different presentation modes.
According to the embodiment, the version description information of the device version to be upgraded is displayed on the display component, so that the intelligence of device upgrading can be improved, and the convenience of device upgrading can be improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, after controlling the device upgrade to the target device, the method further includes:
s71, acquiring a second voice interaction request of the target object, wherein the second voice interaction request is used for requesting to execute a second target operation;
S72, responding to a second voice interaction request, and acquiring a second operation execution result of a second target operation and an equipment upgrading result of target equipment;
s73, broadcasting the device upgrading result to the target object after broadcasting the second operation execution result to the target object.
After the target device is updated, the upgrading result of the device upgrading can be reported to the cloud server, and the cloud server can store the received upgrading result of the target device. For example, the intelligent air conditioner may report an upgrade result to the cloud platform, which may include reasons for success or failure of the upgrade, and the cloud platform receives and stores the upgrade result reported by the air conditioner, and the configuration administrator may view the upgrade record of the device. If the upgrade is successful, the intelligent air conditioner reports the upgraded equipment information to the cloud platform, including but not limited to equipment model, upgraded version number, equipment ID and the like, and the cloud platform receives and updates and stores the equipment information after the intelligent air conditioner is upgraded.
The cloud server can process the upgrading result of the target equipment and is used for carrying out voice broadcasting on the target object at the voice equipment end, and the processed data can be synchronized to the voice equipment end. The voice device may report the upgrade result of the target device to the target object.
For example, the cloud platform can process the upgrade result of the intelligent air conditioner, and is used for broadcasting the upgrade result to the user at the sound box end, and the cloud platform synchronizes the processed data to the sound box end. And after receiving the broadcast air conditioner upgrading result provided by the cloud platform, the intelligent sound box performs voice broadcast for the user. If the intelligent air conditioner is successfully upgraded, broadcasting that the air conditioner is successfully upgraded, and continuing to upgrade other equipment. At this point, if the user continues to query other devices for upgrades, other upgradeable smart devices may be queried and device upgrades performed in a similar manner as described above. If the intelligent air conditioner fails to upgrade, the air conditioner upgrade failure is broadcasted, and the reason of the upgrade failure is possibly caused. At this time, if the user performs the upgrade of the intelligent air conditioner again, the intelligent air conditioner may be newly upgraded in a similar manner to the foregoing.
Generally, the time for the intelligent device to upgrade the device is long, and when the intelligent device upgrades the device, the user does not wait until the device upgrade is completed before executing the next operation. In this embodiment, after the voice device obtains that the user sends the second interaction request, the second operation execution result and the device upgrading result may be broadcasted to the user. That is, when the next voice interaction with the target object is performed, the upgrading result of the device upgrading of the target device is broadcasted while the next voice interaction result is broadcasted.
The target object may issue a second voice interaction request to the voice device, the second voice interaction request requesting performance of a second target operation. The second voice interaction request may be the same as or similar to the first voice interaction request, or may be another request different from the first voice interaction request, and correspondingly, the second target operation may be the same as or similar to the first target operation, or may be another operation different from the first target operation.
The voice device may acquire the second voice interaction request, and acquire the second operation execution result of the second target operation and the device upgrade result of the target device in a similar manner to the foregoing (here, the device upgrade result of the target device may also be directly saved to the voice device after the device upgrade is performed by the target device). Here, the voice device for obtaining the second voice interaction request and the voice device for obtaining the first voice interaction request may be different voice devices, and the processing procedure of the voice interaction request is similar, which is not described herein.
The voice device may report the second operation execution result to the target object. After the second operation execution result is broadcast, the voice device can broadcast the device upgrading result to the target device. For example, after the intelligent sound box detects the next dialogue of the user, the upgrade result of the intelligent air conditioner is broadcasted while the next dialogue result is played.
Here, after the intelligent sound box reports the upgrade result of the intelligent air conditioner, there are two possible operations that the user may perform: the user does not conduct any dialogue, and the flow is ended; if the user does not know the updated content of the new version before upgrading the intelligent air conditioner, the user is likely to ask after the upgrade which content was updated by this version of the air conditioner.
After receiving the dialogue of the user, the intelligent sound box sends the query request to the cloud platform. The cloud platform can inquire version update description and update notice corresponding to the latest update of the air conditioner and used for voice broadcasting, and the current update result of the intelligent air conditioner. The cloud platform provides the relevant information to the sound box end.
After the intelligent sound box receives the information provided by the cloud platform, the update description of the new version of the intelligent air conditioner is broadcasted for the user, and then the user is informed of the update condition of the intelligent air conditioner: if the upgrading of the air conditioner is successful, informing a user that the air conditioner is successfully upgraded; if the air conditioner fails to upgrade this time, the user is informed of the 'failure of upgrading the air conditioner' and the reasons possibly causing the failure of upgrading.
At this time, if the user re-inquires whether the intelligent air conditioner has a new version, it may be inquired whether the intelligent air conditioner has a new version, and the device upgrade operation after the execution is performed based on the user's instruction. If the user performs the upgrade of the air conditioner again, the intelligent air conditioner may be upgraded again. Therefore, the full-flow closed loop for carrying out OTA upgrading on other intelligent equipment of the user through the voice equipment can be realized.
Optionally, in the case of acquiring upgrade instruction information sent by the target object and used for instructing to upgrade the target device, the voice device may broadcast upgrade notification information to the target object, where the upgrade notification information is used for notifying that the device is being upgraded to the target device.
For example, a user may speak to a smart speaker "what functions are updated by an air conditioner? After the intelligent sound box answers the version update description content of the air conditioner of the user, the user is continuously inquired about' whether to upgrade the air conditioner? ". The user talks with the intelligent sound box to determine the upgrade of the air conditioner equipment, and the intelligent sound box answers the user to upgrade the air conditioner. And after the intelligent air conditioner is upgraded, the intelligent sound box informs the user that the air conditioner is upgraded.
Optionally, after controlling the device upgrade to the target device, the cloud platform may obtain a device upgrade result of the target device, and synchronize the device upgrade result to the target client.
For example, the cloud platform can synchronize the upgrading result of the intelligent air conditioner to the APP end of the mobile phone, so that a user can see the upgrading result of the intelligent air conditioner at the APP end.
It should be noted that, related operations such as voice recognition, language understanding, dialogue management, dialogue state tracking, dialogue strategy learning, natural language generation, and voice synthesis, which are required to be implemented to support the voice interaction capability between the smart speaker and the cloud platform, may refer to related technologies in the AI (Artificial Intelligence ) field, which are not described herein.
According to the embodiment, the convenience and success rate of information acquisition can be improved by providing the upgrading result of equipment upgrading of the intelligent equipment for the user when the user has the voice interaction requirement next time.
The device upgrading method of the intelligent device in the embodiment of the application is explained below with reference to an alternative example. In this optional example, the voice device is an intelligent sound box, the target object is a user, the target device is an intelligent air conditioner, and the device upgrade performed is an OTA upgrade.
After the intelligent device is started and is connected to the cloud server, a request for inquiring upgrading can be sent to the cloud server in an http (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol ) request mode. And after the cloud server receives the upgrade request of the intelligent equipment, judging whether the intelligent equipment is the equipment which needs to be upgraded or not according to the current information of the equipment. If the cloud server judges that the equipment has a new version and needs to be updated according to the current information of the equipment, an updating instruction and related data are issued to the equipment, the equipment analyzes the URL downloading link of the firmware after the equipment receives the data, and the firmware starts to be downloaded and updated.
In terms of OTA upgrade of the intelligent device, a user can initiate upgrade of the intelligent device through the mobile phone APP. However, the user can already directly control other intelligent devices through the voice device, and if the intelligent device is upgraded by opening the mobile phone APP, the convenience of device upgrading is poor. The user directly dialogs with the voice equipment to realize OTA upgrading of other intelligent equipment of the user, and the intelligent equipment with voice interaction capability accords with the use habit of the user to the voice equipment, namely, the intelligent equipment with voice interaction capability can directly dialoge with the user, understand the intention of the user and answer the problem of the user, and the intelligent equipment or other intelligent equipment is controlled.
In order to improve timeliness of equipment upgrading, on the basis of meeting user requirements preferentially, the user is informed of equipment to be upgraded in a natural communication mode, and the equipment is not blocked or delayed to meet the use requirements of the user due to factors such as equipment upgrading. For example, after the user wakes up the intelligent sound box to inquire about the weather today, the intelligent sound box actively informs the user that the new version of the intelligent air conditioner can be upgraded after the intelligent sound box normally reports the weather, and further inquires the user whether to upgrade the intelligent air conditioner. The user can directly talk the intelligent sound box to enable the intelligent air conditioner to execute upgrading, and can also enable the intelligent sound box to broadcast the update description of the new version of the intelligent air conditioner and then determine whether to upgrade the intelligent air conditioner. Thus, the natural interaction preferentially meets the requirements of the user and accords with the use habit of the user.
The alternative example provides a scheme for initiating OTA upgrade to other intelligent devices of a user through voice equipment, and for devices needing upgrade, the voice equipment can broadcast update instructions of which devices need upgrade and new versions to the user; when the user decides to upgrade, the OTA upgrade of the corresponding equipment can be initiated through the voice equipment, and meanwhile, the voice equipment can broadcast the upgrade result of the related equipment for the user. As shown in connection with fig. 3 and 4, the flow of the device upgrade method of the smart device in this alternative example may include the following steps:
And step 1, maintaining related authority and upgrading tasks on the cloud platform by an OTA configuration manager.
An OTA configuration manager of the cloud platform can configure and maintain a device authority range of inquiring and initiating upgrading owned by source devices, for example, an intelligent sound box has authority of inquiring and initiating upgrading for an intelligent air conditioner; configuring and maintaining a source device range that the destination device allows to query and initiate upgrades, e.g., the intelligent air conditioner allows the intelligent speaker to query and initiate upgrades; configuration and maintenance of upgrade information and upgrade tasks of the intelligent device, for example, an intelligent air conditioner upgrade package file and upgrade tasks (upgrade policies and rules).
And 2, the intelligent sound box is connected to the cloud platform, and can perform voice conversation with a user.
And 3, after each time of connection to the cloud platform, the intelligent air conditioner actively reports current information of the equipment, including but not limited to equipment model, current version information, equipment ID and the like.
And 4, the cloud platform receives and stores version information reported by the intelligent air conditioner.
And 5, waking up the intelligent sound box by the user, and inquiring the weather today.
And 6, inquiring the weather request today.
And 7, inquiring business processing of weather today.
In the process of the conversation between the user and the intelligent sound box, the cloud platform can also inquire whether all the devices in the authority of the intelligent sound box under the user have new versions which can be upgraded. And if all the devices have no new version, directly returning weather results. If some devices have new versions, weather results, devices to be upgraded, corresponding version update descriptions of voice broadcasting, corresponding voice broadcasting upgrading notes and the like are returned.
And 8, returning the query result of the weather today, and carrying the name of each device to be upgraded, the room in which the device is located, the corresponding voice broadcasting version update description, the upgrading notice and the like if the device to be upgraded exists.
And 9, broadcasting the today's weather conditions for the user through voice.
If no equipment needs to be upgraded, the process is ended. If there is a device to be upgraded, after broadcasting weather, informing the user that the washing machine located on the balcony and the intelligent air conditioner located in the living room need to be upgraded, broadcasting a query about what equipment the user needs to be upgraded, "the today weather is XXX, what equipment the washing machine located on the balcony and the intelligent air conditioner located in the living room need to be upgraded, what equipment the user needs to be upgraded? ".
Step 10, the user says that the upgrade is not needed.
When the intelligent sound box receives that the equipment provided by the cloud platform has a new version to be upgraded and is broadcasted to a user through voice, the user can decide whether to upgrade the equipment or not. The user can say "none to upgrade" to the intelligent speaker at this time.
Step 11, voice broadcast of the voice for the user: "good, no upgrade to the device.
And step 12, the user inquires the upgrade content or the update description of the new version of the intelligent air conditioner.
The version update description may be broadcast to the user either before or after the device is upgraded. When the intelligent sound box broadcasts that the equipment has a new version and needs to be updated, a user can acquire an update description of the new version by talking with the intelligent sound box if the user wants to know version update contents before the update is executed except that the user does not execute the update of the equipment.
And 13, broadcasting update description and notice of the new version of the intelligent air conditioner for the user through voice, and continuously inquiring whether the intelligent air conditioner is updated or not by the user.
Step 14, the user determines to upgrade the intelligent air conditioner.
The user says the content of 'upgrading intelligent air conditioner' or 'confirm upgrading' for the intelligent sound box, and confirms to upgrade the intelligent air conditioner.
And step 15, informing the user that the intelligent air conditioner is being upgraded.
And step 16, issuing a request for upgrading the intelligent air conditioner.
And step 17, issuing an upgrade instruction to the intelligent air conditioner, wherein the upgrade instruction carries relevant information required by upgrade.
After receiving a request for performing the upgrade of the intelligent air conditioner sent by the intelligent sound box, the cloud platform records the time and the equipment for which the upgrade is initiated by which equipment. And then the cloud platform processes the intelligent air conditioner upgrading service to form an upgrading instruction and upgrading related information, and the upgrading instruction and the related information are issued to the intelligent air conditioner.
And step 18, the intelligent air conditioner continuously reports the upgrading progress of the intelligent air conditioner.
And step 19, the intelligent air conditioner downloads the upgrade package file, decrypts the upgrade package file, verifies the upgrade package file and performs equipment upgrade.
Step 20, the user opens the APP to enter the intelligent air conditioning equipment interface.
The user can open cell-phone APP and enter into intelligent air conditioning equipment page, and cell-phone APP can inquire the current state of intelligent air conditioner to cloud platform, if the in-process that intelligent air conditioner was carrying out the upgrading this moment, cloud platform can be for APP return intelligent air conditioner in-process state of upgrading, and the APP end is the user and shows intelligent air conditioner in upgrading and show current upgrade progress, and cloud platform can be synchronous the upgrade progress for the APP end in real time, and the user of being convenient for looks over intelligent air conditioner's upgrading condition.
And step 21, inquiring the current state of the intelligent air conditioner.
And 22, returning to the current state of the intelligent air conditioner.
Step 23, informing the user that the intelligent air conditioner is currently being upgraded, and displaying the current upgrading progress.
And step 24, synchronizing the upgrading progress of the intelligent air conditioner for the APP.
The intelligent air conditioner reports the upgrading progress to the cloud platform, and the cloud platform synchronizes the upgrading progress to the mobile phone APP, so that a user can see the upgrading condition on the mobile phone APP.
And step 25, finishing the intelligent air conditioner upgrading, and clearing the relevant upgrading information and the upgrading package file.
And step 26, the intelligent air conditioner reports the updated equipment information.
And step 27, receiving, updating and storing the equipment information after the intelligent air conditioner is upgraded.
And 28, reporting the upgrading result of the time, and if the upgrading is successful or failed, and the reason of the upgrading failure by the intelligent air conditioner.
And 29, receiving and updating an upgrade result comprising the intelligent air conditioner, wherein a configuration administrator can check an upgrade record of the equipment.
And step 30, synchronizing the intelligent air conditioner upgrading result.
The intelligent air conditioner reports the upgrading result to the cloud platform, and the cloud platform synchronizes the upgrading result to the mobile phone APP, so that a user can see the upgrading result on the mobile phone APP.
And step 31, processing the service of the voice broadcasting upgrading result.
Step 32, a voice broadcasting instruction is issued to the intelligent sound box, and an upgrading result of the intelligent air conditioner is broadcasted.
And step 33-1, if the intelligent air conditioner is successfully upgraded, broadcasting an upgrading result of the intelligent air conditioner 'intelligent air conditioner is successfully upgraded' for the user through voice.

Step 37, firstly broadcasting version update description of the intelligent air conditioner for the user by voice, and then informing the user that the intelligent air conditioner is successfully upgraded if the intelligent air conditioner is successfully upgraded. If the intelligent air conditioner fails to upgrade, the user is informed of the failure of the intelligent air conditioner upgrade and the reasons possibly causing the failure of the upgrade.
Through the optional example, the voice equipment firstly broadcasts the content concerned by the user in a natural interaction mode, and then informs the user that the equipment needs to be upgraded, so that the user experience is smoother; the version update description can be broadcasted to the user before or after the equipment is updated according to the needs of the user, so that the user can clearly know the content of the equipment update; the upgrading progress and the result of the equipment can be synchronized to the mobile phone APP end, and the user can also see the upgrading progress and the result of the equipment on the mobile phone APP.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the foregoing method embodiments are all expressed as a series of action combinations, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present application is not limited by the order of actions described, as some steps may be performed in other order or simultaneously in accordance with the present application. Further, those skilled in the art will also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are all preferred embodiments, and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in the present application.
From the description of the above embodiments, it will be clear to a person skilled in the art that the method according to the above embodiments may be implemented by means of software plus the necessary general hardware platform, but of course also by means of hardware, but in many cases the former is a preferred embodiment. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium (such as ROM (Read-Only Memory)/RAM (Random Access Memory ), magnetic disk, optical disc), including instructions for causing a terminal device (which may be a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to perform the method described in the embodiments of the present application.
According to another aspect of the embodiment of the application, there is also provided an apparatus upgrade device of an intelligent device for implementing the apparatus upgrade method of an intelligent device. Fig. 5 is a block diagram of an apparatus upgrade device of an alternative smart device according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 5, the device may include:
a first obtaining unit 502, configured to obtain a first voice interaction request of a target object, where the first voice interaction request is used to request to execute a first target operation;
a second obtaining unit 504, connected to the first obtaining unit 502, configured to obtain a first operation execution result of the first target operation in response to the first voice interaction request;
the first determining unit 506 is connected to the second obtaining unit 504, and is configured to determine a target device to be upgraded in a group of first devices, where the group of first devices are all intelligent devices bound to the target object;
the first broadcasting unit 508 is connected to the first determining unit 506, and is configured to broadcast upgrade prompt information to the target object after broadcasting the first operation execution result to the target object, where the upgrade prompt information is used to prompt the target device to be upgraded;
And the control unit 510 is connected to the first broadcasting unit 508, and is configured to control the device upgrade to the target device when the upgrade instruction information sent by the target object and used for instructing the device upgrade to the target device is obtained.
It should be noted that, the first acquiring unit 502 in this embodiment may be used to perform the above-mentioned step S202, the second acquiring unit 504 and the first determining unit 506 in this embodiment may be used to perform the above-mentioned step S204, the first broadcasting unit 508 in this embodiment may be used to perform the above-mentioned step S206, and the control unit 510 in this embodiment may be used to perform the above-mentioned step S208.
Through the module, a first voice interaction request of the target object is obtained, wherein the first voice interaction request is used for requesting to execute a first target operation; responding to a first voice interaction request, acquiring a first operation execution result of a first target operation, and determining target equipment to be subjected to equipment upgrading in a group of first equipment, wherein the group of first equipment is intelligent equipment bound with a target object; after broadcasting the first operation execution result to the target object, broadcasting upgrade prompt information to the target object, wherein the upgrade prompt information is used for prompting the target equipment to be subjected to equipment upgrade; under the condition that upgrade instruction information sent by a target object and used for instructing equipment upgrade of target equipment is obtained, the equipment upgrade of the target equipment is controlled, the problem that timeliness of equipment upgrade is poor due to the fact that time of equipment upgrade needs to be accurately predicted in an equipment upgrade method of intelligent equipment in related technologies is solved, and timeliness of the equipment upgrade is improved.
In one exemplary embodiment, the second acquisition unit includes: the sending module is used for sending a first voice interaction request to the target server; the device comprises a receiving module, a receiving module and a processing module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a first response message of a first voice interaction request returned by a target server, wherein the first response message carries a first operation execution result and device information to be upgraded, and the device information to be upgraded is used for indicating target equipment to be upgraded; and the extraction module is used for extracting the first operation execution result and the equipment information to be upgraded from the first response message.
In an exemplary embodiment, the above apparatus further includes: the receiving unit is used for receiving the first voice interaction request sent by the voice equipment after sending the first voice interaction request to the target server; the execution unit is used for responding to the first voice interaction request, executing a first target operation and obtaining a first operation execution result; the second determining unit is used for determining target equipment to be subjected to equipment upgrading in a group of first equipment to obtain equipment information to be upgraded, wherein the group of first equipment is intelligent equipment with equipment upgrading control authority for voice equipment; and the sending unit is used for sending the first response message carrying the first operation execution result and the equipment information to be upgraded to the voice equipment.
In one exemplary embodiment, the second determining unit includes: the first determining module is used for determining a group of equipment to be upgraded, which is to be subjected to equipment upgrading, in all intelligent equipment bound by the target object; the second determining module is used for determining a group of second devices which are allowed to be upgraded by the voice device according to the configuration information of each device to be upgraded in the group of devices to be upgraded; and the third determining module is used for determining the same intelligent equipment in the group of first equipment and the group of second equipment as target equipment to obtain equipment information to be upgraded.
In one exemplary embodiment, the first datagram unit comprises: and the broadcasting module is used for broadcasting the equipment identifier of the target equipment and the position information of the target equipment to the target object, wherein the upgrading prompt information comprises the equipment identifier of the target equipment and the position information of the target equipment.
In an exemplary embodiment, the above apparatus further includes: the third acquisition unit is used for acquiring a voice query request of the target object after broadcasting the upgrade prompt information to the target object, wherein the voice query request is used for querying version description information of a device version to be upgraded of the target device; and the second broadcasting unit is used for responding to the voice query request and broadcasting first version description information to the target object, wherein the first version description information is the version description information of the device version to which the target device is to be upgraded.
In an exemplary embodiment, the above apparatus further includes: and the display unit is used for displaying second version description information through the target display component in the process of broadcasting the first version description information to the target object, wherein the second version description information is version description information of the device version to which the target device is to be upgraded, and the first version description information is not identical with the second version description information.
In an exemplary embodiment, the above apparatus further includes: a fourth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a second voice interaction request of the target object after controlling to perform device upgrade on the target device, where the second voice interaction request is used to request execution of a second target operation; a fifth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a second operation execution result of a second target operation and an equipment upgrade result of the target equipment in response to the second voice interaction request; and the third broadcasting unit is used for broadcasting the equipment upgrading result to the target object after broadcasting the second operation execution result to the target object.
According to yet another aspect of embodiments of the present application, there is also provided a storage medium. Alternatively, in this embodiment, the storage medium may be used to execute a program code of the device upgrade method of any one of the smart devices described in the embodiments of the present application.
Alternatively, in this embodiment, the storage medium may be located on at least one network device of the plurality of network devices in the network shown in the above embodiment. Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the storage medium is configured to store program code for performing the steps of: s1, acquiring a first voice interaction request of a target object, wherein the first voice interaction request is used for requesting to execute a first target operation; s2, responding to a first voice interaction request, acquiring a first operation execution result of a first target operation, and determining target equipment to be subjected to equipment upgrading in a group of first equipment, wherein the group of first equipment is intelligent equipment bound with a target object; s3, broadcasting upgrade prompt information to the target object after broadcasting the first operation execution result to the target object, wherein the upgrade prompt information is used for prompting the target device to be subjected to device upgrade; and S4, controlling the equipment to be upgraded under the condition that upgrade instruction information which is sent by the target object and used for instructing the equipment to be upgraded is obtained.
Alternatively, specific examples in the present embodiment may refer to examples described in the above embodiments, which are not described in detail in the present embodiment. Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a U disk, ROM, RAM, a mobile hard disk, a magnetic disk or an optical disk.
According to still another aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is further provided an electronic device for implementing the method for processing a service message as described above, where the electronic device may be a server, a terminal, or a combination thereof.
FIG. 6 is a block diagram of an alternative electronic device, according to an embodiment of the present application, including a processor 602, a communication interface 604, a memory 606, and a communication bus 608, as shown in FIG. 6, wherein the processor 602, the communication interface 604, and the memory 606 communicate with each other via the communication bus 608, wherein the memory 606 is configured to store a computer program; the processor 602, when executing the computer program stored on the memory 606, performs the following steps: s1, acquiring a first voice interaction request of a target object, wherein the first voice interaction request is used for requesting to execute a first target operation; s2, responding to a first voice interaction request, acquiring a first operation execution result of a first target operation, and determining target equipment to be subjected to equipment upgrading in a group of first equipment, wherein the group of first equipment is intelligent equipment bound with a target object; s3, broadcasting upgrade prompt information to the target object after broadcasting the first operation execution result to the target object, wherein the upgrade prompt information is used for prompting the target device to be subjected to device upgrade; and S4, controlling the equipment to be upgraded under the condition that upgrade instruction information which is sent by the target object and used for instructing the equipment to be upgraded is obtained.
Alternatively, the communication bus may be a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect, peripheral component interconnect standard) bus, or an EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture ) bus, or the like. The communication bus may be classified as an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, or the like. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in fig. 6, but not only one bus or one type of bus. The communication interface is used for communication between the electronic device and other equipment. The memory may include RAM or may include non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory. Optionally, the memory may also be at least one memory device located remotely from the aforementioned processor.
As an example, the memory 606 may include, but is not limited to, a first acquiring unit 502, a second acquiring unit 504, a first determining unit 506, a first broadcasting unit 508, and a control unit 510 in the processing device including the service message. In addition, other module units in the processing apparatus of the service message may be included, but are not limited to, and are not described in detail in this example.
The processor may be a general purpose processor and may include, but is not limited to: CPU (Central Processing Unit ), NP (Network Processor, network processor), etc.; but also DSP (Digital Signal Processing, digital signal processor), ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit ), FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array, field programmable gate array) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components.
Alternatively, specific examples in this embodiment may refer to examples described in the foregoing embodiments, and this embodiment is not described herein. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 6 is only schematic, and the device implementing the above service message processing method may be a terminal device, and the terminal device may be a smart phone (such as an Android mobile phone, an iOS mobile phone, etc.), a tablet computer, a palmtop computer, a mobile internet device (Mobile Internet Devices, MID), a PAD, etc. Fig. 6 is not limited to the structure of the electronic device. For example, the electronic device may also include more or fewer components (e.g., network interfaces, display devices, etc.) than shown in FIG. 6, or have a different configuration than shown in FIG. 6.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that all or part of the steps in the various methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by a program for instructing a terminal device to execute in association with hardware, the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and the storage medium may include: flash disk, ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disk, etc.

Claims (11)

1. The device upgrading method of the intelligent device is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
acquiring a first voice interaction request of a target object through voice equipment, wherein the first voice interaction request is used for requesting to execute a first target operation;
Responding to the first voice interaction request, the voice equipment acquires a first operation execution result of the first target operation and determines target equipment to be subjected to equipment upgrading in a group of first equipment, wherein the group of first equipment is intelligent equipment bound with the target object;
after the voice equipment broadcasts the first operation execution result to the target object, the voice equipment broadcasts upgrade prompt information to the target object, wherein the upgrade prompt information is used for prompting the target equipment to be subjected to equipment upgrade;

4. The method of claim 3, wherein the determining the target device of the set of first devices to be device upgraded to obtain the device information to be upgraded comprises:
determining a group of equipment to be upgraded, which is to be subjected to equipment upgrading, in all intelligent equipment bound with the target object;
Determining a group of second devices which are allowed to be upgraded by the voice device according to the configuration information of each device to be upgraded in the group of devices to be upgraded;
and determining the same intelligent equipment in the group of first equipment and the group of second equipment as the target equipment to obtain the equipment information to be upgraded.

and displaying second version description information through a target display component, wherein the second version description information is version description information of a device version to which the target device is to be upgraded, and the first version description information is not identical to the second version description information.
8. The method of any of claims 1-7, wherein after the control device upgrades the target device, the method further comprises:
acquiring a second voice interaction request of the target object, wherein the second voice interaction request is used for requesting to execute a second target operation;
responding to the second voice interaction request, and acquiring a first operation execution result of the second target operation and a device upgrading result of the target device;
and broadcasting the device upgrading result to the target object after broadcasting the first operation execution result to the target object.
