In one exemplary embodiment, determining that a first device within the target area is playing a multimedia asset comprises: acquiring a device binding list of a target object in a target area, wherein the device binding list is used for indicating device information accessed to a local area network of the target area; collecting the playing information of each device in the device binding list to the multimedia resource; and determining the first equipment in the target area by the target equipment which is playing the multimedia resource according to the playing information.

Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
In this embodiment, a device for continuing playing of multimedia resources is further provided, and the device is used to implement the foregoing embodiments and preferred embodiments, which have already been described and are not described again. As used below, the term "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements a predetermined function. Although the means described in the embodiments below are preferably implemented in software, an implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware is also possible and contemplated.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of a device for resuming playing of multimedia resources according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 4, includes:
a determining module 42, configured to determine that a first device in a target area is playing a multimedia resource, where the first device is bound to a target object, and the target object is correspondingly bound with multiple bound devices having a multimedia resource playing function;
the monitoring module 44 is configured to obtain sound volumes of the target object monitored by the multiple binding devices, and determine, according to the monitored sound volumes, a second device closest to the target object in the multiple binding devices;
a resuming module 46, configured to, in a case that the first device and the second device are not the same device, obtain a multimedia segment currently played by the first device, and instruct the second device to resume playing the multimedia resource from the multimedia segment.
Through the technical scheme, the method comprises the steps that a first device in a target area is determined to play the multimedia resource, wherein the first device is bound with a target object, and a plurality of binding devices with the multimedia resource playing function are correspondingly bound with the target object; acquiring the sound volume of a target object monitored by a plurality of binding devices, and determining a second device closest to the target object in the plurality of binding devices according to the monitored sound volume; and under the condition that the first equipment and the second equipment are not the same equipment, acquiring the multimedia segment currently played by the first equipment, and instructing the second equipment to continue playing the multimedia resource from the multimedia segment. Namely, the first equipment and the second equipment in the continuous playing state are determined by confirming the monitoring of the sound volume of the target object in the target area. By adopting the technical scheme, the problems that in the related art, when the user moves among different areas, due to space obstruction, continuous playing of the multimedia resources being played by the user cannot be carried out and the like are solved, the accuracy of continuous playing of the multimedia resources is improved, the cost of the user for realizing continuous playing of the multimedia resources in a target area (namely in a family) is reduced, the application of equipment of different manufacturers in a continuous playing function is improved, and the playing experience of the multimedia resources is improved.
It should be noted that the multimedia resources include audio, video, etc., and may include one or more audio or video resources at the same time. The invention is not so limited. In addition, when the first device and the second device are the same device, it is described that the multimedia resource continues to be played in the current device without determining the continuous playing state.
In an exemplary embodiment, the determining module is further configured to obtain a device binding list of the target object in the target area, where the device binding list is used to indicate device information that has accessed the target area lan; collecting the playing information of each device in the device binding list to the multimedia resource; and determining the first equipment in the target area by the target equipment which is playing the multimedia resource according to the playing information.
In short, in order to facilitate the continuous play confirmation among different devices and quickly confirm the specific situation that the first device currently used by the target object plays the multimedia resource, the device binding list in the target area and having the binding relationship with the target object is obtained, the playing information of the multimedia resource is obtained by the binding device in the list, and then the first device playing the multimedia resource and having the association with the target object is determined.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus further includes: the device comprises a setting module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the setting module is used for acquiring a setting instruction of a target object, and the setting instruction is used for indicating that default binding equipment in a monitoring state is selected to monitor the sound of the target object; and determining the binding equipment for monitoring the sound volume in the target area according to the setting instruction. Namely, due to different types of devices, the monitoring device capable of acquiring the sound volume can be set according to the use habits of the target object, so that the sound of the target object can be monitored in real time in the target area, and the binding device selected by the target object can be in the state of monitoring the sound by default, and mainly monitors the clapping sound and the speaking sound of the target object (the target object has registered the voiceprint function).
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: the system comprises a judging module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the judging module is used for acquiring a preset sound threshold, and the sound threshold is used for indicating the volume of sound to be a volume value for continuing playing of multimedia resources; and under the condition that the volume monitored by the binding equipment is higher than the sound threshold, determining second equipment for continuously playing the multimedia resource in a target area from the binding equipment.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: the system comprises a region module, a motion module and a motion module, wherein the region module is used for acquiring the motion condition of a target object in a target sub-region of a target region, and the target region comprises a plurality of target sub-regions; and monitoring the sound volume of the target object through a plurality of binding devices in the target sub-area where the target object is located after transformation under the condition that the movement situation indicates that the target object is transformed. For example, the binding device monitors the clapping sound or the speaking sound of the target object, and judges whether the target object is in different areas or not after a set sound threshold is reached; at this time, after the target object moves to different areas, when the hand clapping sound of the target object is detected to exceed the set sound threshold, the target object can be judged to have moved to different areas; if the clapping sound of the target object is not detected, but the speaking sound of the target object is detected, the target object can be judged to have moved to different areas, and then the second equipment for continuing playing the multimedia resource is determined from the plurality of bound equipment in the target area after the target object is moved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus further includes: the system comprises an allowing module, a playing module and a playing module, wherein the allowing module is used for acquiring a target equipment list which is preset by a target object and allows the multimedia resource to be played, and the target equipment list comprises first equipment and second equipment; and when the second equipment determined according to the sound volume does not exist in the target equipment list, prohibiting the second equipment which does not exist in the target equipment list from continuing playing the multimedia resource.
In short, in order to make the resume play have pertinence and exclude the interference of the playing device without the multimedia resource, the target object may set a target device list allowing the playing of the same kind of multimedia resource for different kinds of multimedia resources according to different playing types of the multimedia resource by the device, and further determine a resume execution device from a predetermined target device list allowing the playing of the multimedia resource according to the playing requirement of the target object when the resume play or the playing of the multimedia resource is performed, and when a second device determined according to the sound volume does not exist in the target device list, prohibit the determined second device from executing the corresponding content of the multimedia resource currently played by the first device.
In an exemplary embodiment, the resume module is further configured to acquire resource content of a multimedia resource being played by the first device; determining a multimedia segment of the multimedia resource being played currently according to the resource content; in the resume state, the first device stops the multimedia segment being played by the multimedia resource, and the second device sends out a resume prompt voice and resumes the multimedia resource from the multimedia segment.
It can be understood that, in order to ensure the continuity of playing when the multimedia asset triggers the continuous playing, during the continuous playing, the multimedia segment of the multimedia asset being played by the first device is determined first, and then the playing is continued from the multimedia segment on the second device, so that the playing of the multimedia asset between the devices can be seamlessly connected.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium including a stored program, wherein the program executes any one of the methods described above.
In an exemplary embodiment, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may be configured to store a computer program for executing the steps of:
s1, determining that a first device in a target area plays a multimedia resource, wherein the first device is bound with a target object, and a plurality of binding devices with a multimedia resource playing function are correspondingly bound with the target object;
s2, acquiring the sound volume of the target object monitored by the plurality of binding devices, and determining a second device closest to the target object in the plurality of binding devices according to the monitored sound volume;
s3, under the condition that the first equipment and the second equipment are not the same equipment, acquiring a multimedia segment currently played by the first equipment, and indicating the second equipment to continue playing the multimedia resource from the multimedia segment.
In an exemplary embodiment, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments.
In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
In an exemplary embodiment, in the present embodiment, the processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:
s1, determining that a first device in a target area plays a multimedia resource, wherein the first device is bound with a target object, and a plurality of binding devices with a multimedia resource playing function are correspondingly bound with the target object;
s2, acquiring the sound volume of the target object monitored by the plurality of binding devices, and determining a second device closest to the target object in the plurality of binding devices according to the monitored sound volume;
s3, under the condition that the first equipment and the second equipment are not the same equipment, acquiring a multimedia segment currently played by the first equipment, and indicating the second equipment to continue playing the multimedia resource from the multimedia segment.
In an exemplary embodiment, for specific examples in this embodiment, reference may be made to the examples described in the above embodiments and optional implementation manners, and details of this embodiment are not described herein again.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the various modules or steps of the invention described above may be implemented using a general purpose computing device, which may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of computing devices, and in one exemplary embodiment may be implemented using program code executable by a computing device, such that the steps shown and described may be executed by a computing device stored in a memory device and, in some cases, executed in a sequence different from that shown and described herein, or separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (9)

1. A method for resuming playing of a multimedia resource, comprising:
determining that a first device in a target area is playing a multimedia resource, wherein the first device is bound with a target object, and the target object is correspondingly bound with a plurality of bound devices with a multimedia resource playing function;
acquiring the sound volume of the target object monitored by the plurality of binding devices, and determining a second device closest to the target object in the plurality of binding devices according to the monitored sound volume;
under the condition that the first equipment and the second equipment are not the same equipment, acquiring a multimedia segment currently played by the first equipment, and indicating the second equipment to continue playing the multimedia resource from the multimedia segment;
wherein, before the obtaining of the sound volume of the target object monitored by the plurality of binding devices and the determining of the second device closest to the target object in the plurality of binding devices according to the monitored sound volume, the method further comprises: acquiring the moving condition of a target object in a target sub-region of a target region, wherein the target region comprises a plurality of target sub-regions, and space intervals exist among the target sub-regions; and monitoring the sound volume of the target object through a plurality of binding devices in the target sub-area where the target object is located after transformation under the condition that the movement situation indicates that the target object is transformed into the target sub-area.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining that a first device in the target area is playing a multimedia asset comprises:
acquiring a device binding list of a target object in a target area, wherein the device binding list is used for indicating device information accessed to a local area network of the target area;
collecting the playing information of each device in the device binding list to the multimedia resource;
and determining the first equipment in the target area of the target equipment which is playing the multimedia resource according to the playing information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein before obtaining the sound volume of the target object that is heard by the plurality of bound devices, the method further comprises:
acquiring a setting instruction of a target object, wherein the setting instruction is used for indicating that default binding equipment in a monitoring state is selected to monitor the sound of the target object;
and determining the binding equipment for monitoring the sound volume in the target area according to the setting instruction.

The method of claim 1, wherein in a case that it is determined that the movement situation indicates a target sub-region transformation performed by the target object, after listening to a sound volume of the target object through a plurality of binding devices in a target sub-region in which the target object is located after the transformation, the method further comprises:
acquiring a preset sound threshold, wherein the sound threshold is used for indicating the volume of sound to be a volume value for continuing playing of multimedia resources;
and under the condition that the volume monitored by the binding equipment is higher than the sound threshold, determining second equipment for continuously playing the multimedia resource in a target area from the binding equipment.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein before the first device and the second device are not the same device, obtaining a multimedia clip currently played by the first device and instructing the second device to resume playing the multimedia resource from the multimedia clip, the method further comprises:
acquiring a target equipment list which is preset by a target object and allows the multimedia resource to be played, wherein the target equipment list comprises first equipment and second equipment;
and when the second equipment determined according to the sound volume does not exist in the target equipment list, prohibiting the second equipment which does not exist in the target equipment list from continuing playing the multimedia resource.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein in a case that the first device and the second device are not the same device, acquiring a multimedia segment currently played by the first device and instructing the second device to resume playing the multimedia resource from the multimedia segment, comprising:
acquiring resource content of a multimedia resource being played by first equipment;
determining a multimedia segment of the multimedia resource being played currently according to the resource content;
in the resume state, the first device stops the multimedia segment being played by the multimedia resource, and the second device sends out a resume prompt voice and resumes the multimedia resource from the multimedia segment.
7. An apparatus for resuming playing of a multimedia resource, comprising:
the device comprises a determining module, a processing module and a display module, wherein the determining module is used for determining that a first device in a target area plays a multimedia resource, the first device is bound with a target object, and the target object is correspondingly bound with a plurality of binding devices with a multimedia resource playing function;
the monitoring module is used for acquiring the sound volume of the target object monitored by the plurality of binding devices and determining second equipment which is closest to the target object in the plurality of binding devices according to the monitored sound volume;
a resume module, configured to, when the first device and the second device are not the same device, obtain a multimedia segment currently played by the first device, and instruct the second device to resume playing the multimedia resource from the multimedia segment;
the device further comprises: the system comprises a region module, a motion module and a motion module, wherein the region module is used for acquiring the motion condition of a target object in a target sub-region of a target region, the target region comprises a plurality of target sub-regions, and space intervals exist among the target sub-regions; and monitoring the sound volume of the target object through a plurality of binding devices in the target sub-area where the target object is located after transformation under the condition that the movement situation indicates that the target object is transformed into the target sub-area.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, comprising a stored program, wherein the program when executed performs the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, characterized in that the memory has stored therein a computer program, the processor being arranged to execute the method of any of claims 1 to 6 by means of the computer program.
