a first terminal 10 owned by a medical site management user for transmitting a supplier customization request; the supplier customization request comprises consumable information, limiting information and customization information;
a server 20, configured to:
receiving the vendor customization request,
inquiring first target supplier information which accords with the consumable information and the limiting information from a summary supplier database; the summarized supplier database comprises supplier information and corresponding consumable material information, quotation information, delivery duration information, supply quantity information in set time, attribution information and evaluation score information;
calculating the matching score of each first target supplier information according to the customized information;
sorting the first target provider information from high to low according to the matching score;
feeding back a set number of first n pieces of first target provider information to the first terminal 10;
receiving m first target provider information determined by the first terminal 10 from the first n first target provider information in a priority order as first final provider information; m is less than n;
storing the first final supplier information into a site supplier database corresponding to the medical site management user, so that the first final supplier information and the consumable information are correspondingly stored; the station supplier database stores consumable information and corresponding first final supplier information.
Preferably, the customized information includes price interval information, delivery time interval information, supply amount interval information within a set time, evaluation score interval information, price quotation weight, delivery time interval weight, supply amount weight within a set time, and evaluation score weight;
the server 20 is specifically configured to determine the matching score according to the following steps:
screening first target supplier information which is in accordance with the price interval information, the delivery duration interval information, the supply amount interval information in the set time and the evaluation score interval information;
normalizing the quote information, the delivery time length information, the supply amount information in the set time and the evaluation score information corresponding to the screened first target supplier information to obtain normalized quote, normalized delivery time length, and normalized supply amount and normalized evaluation score in the set time;
the matching score is calculated according to the following formula (one):

Wherein w1 is the quote weight and T1 is the normalized quote; w2 is the shipment time length weight, and T2 is the normalized shipment time length; w3 is the supply weight in the set time, T3 is the supply in the normalized set time; w4 is the rating score weight and T4 is the normalized rating score.
Preferably, the site supplier database further stores the customized information corresponding to the consumable information; the server 20 is further configured to:
screening out second target supplier information from a summary supplier database according to the customized information at set time intervals;
sorting the second target provider information by matching score;
screening m pieces of second target provider information from the second target provider information according to the priority to obtain second final provider information;
sending an update prompt when the second target supplier information is judged to be inconsistent with the first final supplier information;
the first terminal 10 is configured to receive the update reminder and feed back determined update information or determined non-update information;
the server 20 is further configured to replace the first final provider information with the second final provider information after receiving the certain update information.
Preferably, the system further comprises a second terminal 30, wherein the second terminal is owned by a user of the medical consumables;
the server 20 is further configured to query and determine user information corresponding to the consumable information from a medical consumable use database;
the second terminal 30 is configured to receive the evaluation invitation information and feed back the user evaluation information;
the server 20 is configured to:
receiving user evaluation information corresponding to the consumable information fed back by the second terminal 30;
calculating to obtain a user evaluation score according to the user evaluation information;
and eliminating abnormal data in all user evaluation scores, and averaging to obtain evaluation score information corresponding to the consumable information.

inquiring first target supplier information which accords with the consumable information and the limiting information from a summary supplier database; the summarized supplier database comprises supplier information and corresponding consumable material information, quotation information, delivery duration information, supply quantity information in set time, attribution information and evaluation score information;
calculating the matching score of each first target supplier information according to the customized information;
sorting the first target provider information from high to low according to the matching score;
feeding back the first n first target provider information of a set number to the first terminal;
receiving m first target provider information determined by the first terminal from the first n first target provider information in a priority order as first final provider information; m is less than n;
storing the first final supplier information into a site supplier database corresponding to the medical site management user, so that the first final supplier information and the consumable information are correspondingly stored; consumable information and corresponding first final supplier information are stored in the site supplier database;
the customized information comprises price interval information, delivery duration interval information, supply interval information in set time, evaluation score interval information, quotation weight, delivery duration weight, supply weight in set time and evaluation score weight;
the calculating the matching score of each first target supplier information according to the customized information specifically comprises the following steps:
screening first target supplier information which is in accordance with the price interval information, the delivery duration interval information, the supply amount interval information in the set time and the evaluation score interval information;
normalizing the quote information, the delivery time length information, the supply amount information in the set time and the evaluation score information corresponding to the screened first target supplier information to obtain normalized quote, normalized delivery time length, and normalized supply amount and normalized evaluation score in the set time;
the matching score is calculated according to the following formula (one):

sorting the second target provider information by matching score;
screening m pieces of second target provider information from the second target provider information according to the priority to obtain second final provider information;
sending an update prompt when the second target supplier information is judged to be inconsistent with the first final supplier information;
replacing the first final supplier information with the second final supplier information after receiving the determination update information fed back by the first terminal;
further comprising the steps of:
inquiring and determining a plurality of user information corresponding to the consumable information from a medical consumable use database; the medical consumable use database comprises consumable information, and supplier information, use user information and use time information are correspondingly stored in each piece of consumable information;
sending evaluation invitation information to a second terminal, wherein the second terminal is owned by a user, and the user is a management user of a department;
receiving user evaluation information corresponding to the consumable information fed back by the second terminal;
calculating to obtain a user evaluation score according to the user evaluation information;
and eliminating abnormal data in all user evaluation scores, and averaging to obtain evaluation score information corresponding to the consumable information.

The dynamic management method for the SPD mode-based medical consumable supplier according to claim 1, wherein the normalized price quote, the normalized delivery time length, the normalized supply quantity in the set time and the normalized evaluation score are obtained by normalizing the quote information, the delivery time length information, the supply quantity information in the set time and the evaluation score information corresponding to the screened first target supplier information by the following methods:
respectively equally dividing the price interval information, the delivery duration interval information, the supply interval information in the set time and the evaluation score interval information into set quantities and giving normalized scores in sequence;
and respectively determining a normalized price quote, a normalized delivery time length, a normalized supply amount in the set time and a normalized evaluation score corresponding to the screened equal-division interval in which the price quote information, the delivery time length information, the supply amount in the set time and the evaluation score information corresponding to the first target supplier information are located.
3. The dynamic management method for the SPD mode-based medical consumable suppliers according to claim 2, wherein the user evaluation information includes a usage convenience score, a usage effect score, a unit quantity rationality score, and an environmental protection score;
and (3) calculating the evaluation score according to the following formula (two):

calculating the matching score of each first target supplier information according to the customized information;
sorting the first target provider information from high to low according to the matching score;
feeding back the first n first target provider information of a set number to the first terminal;
receiving m first target provider information determined by the first terminal from the first n first target provider information and ranked by priority as first final provider information; m is less than n;
storing the first final supplier information into a site supplier database corresponding to the medical site management user, so that the first final supplier information and the consumable information are correspondingly stored; consumable information and corresponding first final supplier information are stored in the site supplier database;
the customized information comprises price interval information, delivery duration interval information, supply interval information in set time, evaluation score interval information, quotation weight, delivery duration weight, supply weight in set time and evaluation score weight;
the server is specifically configured to determine a matching score according to the following steps:
screening first target supplier information which is in accordance with the price interval information, the delivery duration interval information, the supply amount interval information in the set time and the evaluation score interval information;
normalizing the quote information, the delivery time length information, the supply amount information in the set time and the evaluation score information corresponding to the screened first target supplier information to obtain normalized quote, normalized delivery time length, and normalized supply amount and normalized evaluation score in the set time;
