Description

Method, platform, terminal and storage medium based on online transaction product matching
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of industrial automation, in particular to the technical field of product transaction automation management, and specifically relates to a method, a platform, a terminal and a storage medium based on online transaction product matching.
Background
In the process of purchasing and trading, the supply and demand parties may have differences in the cognition of the trading standard of the same product (including service), and the description mode of the product or the product information managed in the material library by one party may be different from the description mode or the management information of the same product by the other party, so that the two parties need to continuously coordinate the trading standard of the product until the two parties agree with the cognition of the product, which is called as the process of product matching. For example, the demand side may manage its own material library information according to the number of the parts in the equipment, and purchase the product according to the part number; for the supplier, because the part numbers may not actually correspond to the products in the self material library one by one, the supplier may require the demander to provide other additional information so as to be accurately matched with the products in the self material library and manage the transaction activity according to the self material library, otherwise, the supplier cannot determine the information such as the stock level or the historical price of the related products. However, most of the current purchasing-selling management systems or online trading platforms cannot simultaneously meet the requirements of both the supply and demand parties on product matching, which is specifically shown in the following situations:
1. the transaction product cannot be matched with the material library product of the supplier or the demander. Due to the function limitation of the purchase-sale management system or the online transaction platform, the supplier or the demander may not have the management of the material library thereof in the process of managing the purchase transaction, or cannot match the material library with respect to the products in the transaction list. For example, most online trading platforms can only provide a supplier with a material library management and a unilateral product matching process, the supplier issues supply information of products on a management page of the platform, and a demander finds the products of the supplier through retrieval and uses the product information of the supplier to manage in the whole trading process. The problems that arise from this are: the demander cannot conveniently inquire the information of the stock level, the demand condition or the historical price and the like of the product of the demander.
2. The matching process of the transaction product with the material library product of the supplier or the demander can only be realized by selecting the product from the material library and generating the transaction list. In a purchase-sale management system or an online trading platform, the most common product matching mode of a supplier or a demander is to select corresponding products from a material library of the supplier or the demander and generate a trading list at the same time; after one party receives the transaction list of the other party, the product is selected from the material library of the party through the same method and the transaction list is generated. The problems that arise from this are: the work of product matching and the work of entering the list must be finished at the same time, and the matching result cannot be flexibly modified, and the processes of transmitting, matching and processing the purchasing or selling list among different users in the online transaction process cannot be supported.
3. The supplier and the demander share a set of material library and product transaction standards on the platform so as to meet the requirements of the trader and the demander on product matching and trading management. However, the problem is that the product transaction standard shared on the platform has limitations, which not only have limitations across industries, but also have limitations of personalized product management for users.

The embodiment aims to provide a method, a platform, a terminal and a storage medium based on online transaction product matching, which are used for solving the problems that the management of product material libraries of two parties of a transaction and a bidirectional matching process between products cannot be provided for the two parties of the transaction simultaneously in the prior art. The core of the method is that the trading platform and respective management systems of two trading parties are combined, the two trading parties meet the personalized management requirements of products of the two trading parties through the management systems, product information is mutually transmitted on the trading platform, the products are matched, and the trading is processed, and meanwhile, products of other users can be better searched and matched on the platform. The principles and embodiments of the method, platform, terminal and storage medium for matching products based on online transaction according to the present invention will be described in detail below, so that those skilled in the art can understand the method, platform, terminal and storage medium for matching products based on online transaction without creative work.
The embodiment provides a method based on online transaction product matching, which comprises the following steps:
generating a public list containing product transaction information;
for a product supplier, acquiring a supplier list based on matching of products between the public list and a supplier material library;
for the product demander, acquiring a demander list based on the matching of the product between the public list and a demander material library;
establishing a product matching relationship between the supplier material library or the demand side material library and the public list to form a first-stage matching relationship; establishing a product matching relationship between the supplier material library and the demand side material library based on the first-stage matching relationship to form a second-stage matching relationship; and establishing a matching relation of products among a plurality of supplier material libraries and/or a plurality of demand material libraries based on the second-stage matching relation to form a third-stage matching relation.
The method for matching products based on online transaction in this embodiment will be described in detail below.
In this embodiment, the method based on online transaction product matching is implemented based on a platform. The platform decomposes the transaction lists of the supply and demand parties into lists of three views: a public (perspective) list, a supplier (perspective) list, and a demand (perspective) list. Respectively by platform delivery, supplier management and demander management.
As shown in FIG. 1, in this embodiment, a public list containing product transaction information needs to be generated.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the public list is generated by inputting product transaction information by a product supplier or a product demander, or by selecting a product from the supplier or demander material library to generate a supplier or demander list, and filtering and separating the supplier or demander list from the product transaction information.
That is to say, the public list is created by an entering party of the public list, public information such as products can be directly and manually entered on a platform by a supplying party or a requiring party, and the public information can also be formed by separating product transaction information of a public viewing angle after the supplying party or the requiring party selects products based on a self material library to generate a supplying party or requiring party (viewing angle) list. The public (view) list includes, but is not limited to, basic product information, price information, quantity information, and other data information.
For example, a manifest is entered based on its own repository: the supplier or the demander can select products from the material library of the supplier or the demander, fills other related transaction information, and generates a list of the product view angle of the supplier or the demander.
When a supplier or a demander generates a list of product visual angles based on a self material library and transmits the list to the other party, the system can automatically filter the information of the product material library of the existing party, but can keep the transaction information related to the product for a receiver to browse, and the filtered list is a public list.
Or, for example, not entering a manifest based on its own repository: when the supplier or the demander does not have a self material library or directly inputs a list sent by the other party, the list can be input as a public list, and the list only records transaction information and is not directly related to products in the self material library.
When the supplier or the demander does not input the list based on the self material library and transmits the list to the other party, the platform can directly transmit the transaction information to the other party by using the public list.
The platform reserves an independent material library management function and a product bidirectional matching function for both transaction parties, and the both parties respectively associate products in a public (view angle) list with the products managed by the material libraries on the basis of the material libraries of the both parties, so that a supplier (view angle) list or a demand party (view angle) list is obtained.
For a product supplier, acquiring a supplier list based on matching of the public list and a supplier material library; and for the product demander, matching and acquiring a demander list based on the public list and a demander material library.
In this embodiment, the supplier list includes product transaction information in the public list, and also includes product information associated with the supplier library, and the product information is captured and managed by the supplier management system. The demander list comprises product transaction information in the public list and product information related to the demander material library, and can be captured and managed by a demander management system.
In this embodiment, the product supplier and the product demander may simultaneously receive a public list from each other and perform product matching with their respective material libraries according to the received public list.
Namely, the platform allows the transaction parties to send transaction lists in two directions and complete the two-way matching process. For example, the supplier may select a product based on its own material library and generate a supplier (view angle) list, and incorporate the management flow of the supplier, and when the transaction list is sent through the platform, the platform separates data information required by the public (view angle) list from the supplier (view angle) list and transmits the data information to the demander, and the demander performs matching work for the product in the public (view angle) list based on its own material library, thereby converting the received public (view angle) list into a demander (view angle) list and incorporating the product into the management flow of the demander. Conversely, the requesting party may also send the public (perspective) list to the supplying party based on the requesting party (perspective) list and convert the public (perspective) list to the supplying party (perspective) list via the supplying party's product matching process.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a product matching relationship between the supplier material library or the demand material library and the public list is established to form a first-level matching relationship; establishing a product matching relationship between the supplier material library and the demand side material library based on the first-stage matching relationship to form a second-stage matching relationship; and establishing a matching relation of products among a plurality of supplier material libraries and/or a plurality of demand material libraries based on the second-stage matching relation to form a third-stage matching relation.
The first-stage matching relation of the platform can assist different users to freely receive or send product lists, and more detailed product information including the inventory level or historical quotation records of products can be obtained after matching processing is carried out on the products in the lists according to the management conditions of the material libraries of the supplier and the demander, so that the management efficiency and accuracy of the platform are improved.
Specifically, in this embodiment, in the first-stage matching relationship, the products in the public list forming the transaction in one transaction activity are associated with the products in the supplier material library or the demand material library, and a corresponding supplier list or demand list is formed.
In the first-stage matching relationship, aiming at a specific transaction activity (list) between two parties, the platform provides product association between products in the public (view angle) list and products in the supplier or demand side material library to form the supplier or demand side (view angle) list, and the supplier or demand side (view angle) list is respectively included in the management flow of the supplier or demand side, so that internal management of the two parties on the transaction activity (list) is realized. The product information in the transaction list is only the product description information approved by both parties, and does not represent the products of the material library of a specific supplier or demander.
In this embodiment, the process of the first-stage matching is relatively independent for both the supplier and the demander, and the supplier or the demander does not depend on whether the other party matches the products in the public (view angle) list with the products in the material library, nor influences the final achievement of the transaction, in the process of matching the products in the public (view angle) list with the products in the material library. It is possible that one party does product matching and the other party does not, which affects the management flow that the party who does not do product matching cannot bring the transaction activity into the material library based on the products of the material library.
In this embodiment, the first-stage matching process is as follows:
1) process for generating order form from product selected from material library
After the supplier or the demander generates the list of the product view angle based on the material library, the system separates out a public list so as to be transmitted in the platform. At the moment, the product items in the public product visual angle list naturally form a direct matching relation with the material library products of the policy making party, and the direct matching relation is primary matching. After the opposite side responds based on the public list, the making side can immediately make timely and accurate judgment based on the related information of the material library of the opposite side.
2) Process for matching products in material library by receiving public list
After the supplier or the demander receives the public list sent by the opposite party, the product in the public list and the product in the material library form a direct matching relation, which is also a first-level matching. After matching, the acquirer can give timely and accurate response to the other side based on the related information of the material library of the acquirer.
In this embodiment, the second-level matching of the platform can assist the platform user to more conveniently acquire the product data of the user material library in the client directory or the provider directory, and the product data can be recorded as long as the products in the two material libraries are matched, so that the data of the other party can be automatically called later. For example, the inventory or demand information of the opposite material library can be quickly acquired, or the update data such as the price of the product in the opposite material library can be acquired in real time.
Specifically, in this embodiment, in the second-stage matching relationship, based on the matching relationships between the supplier material library and the demander material library and the products in the public list respectively, the matching relationship between the trade products in the supplier material library and the demander material library is established, and when a secondary trading action occurs between the supplier material library and the demand side material library, based on the established matching relation of trading products between the supplier material library and the demand side material library, generating a matching recommendation of products between the material library of the demand side and the new public list according to the matching relation of the products between the material library of the supply side and the new public list generated in the secondary transaction action, or generating a matching recommendation of the products between the supplier material library and the new public list according to the matching relation of the products between the demand side material library and the new public list.
In the second-stage matching relationship, based on the first-stage matching relationship, aiming at one type of transaction activities between the two parties of supply and demand, the platform records the association relationship of products between the material libraries of the two parties of supply and demand so as to better meet the requirement of automatic matching of the products of the two parties in the bilateral transaction process. When the two parties take place the purchasing transaction behavior again, the platform can automatically give suggestions for product matching.
In this embodiment, when there is a matching relationship between a product in the material library of the demand side and a plurality of products in the material library of the supply side, or there is a matching relationship between a product in the material library of the supply side and a plurality of products in the material library of the demand side, the matching relationship with the latest transaction time is recommended, or a plurality of matching relationships are recommended for selection.
That is, matching does not represent the exact same, but only indicates generality or interchangeability, so that only recommendation can be made, consistency determination cannot be made, and when different products have interchangeability, matching relationship can be switched. When the same material library product of the supplier or the demander is matched with a plurality of material library products of the other party, the platform records the matching relation of the previous times and gives the recommendation of the latest product matching when the transaction occurs again, and the user can select other interchangeable products in the material library according to the recommended products to establish a new matching relation.
In this embodiment, if one of the supplier material warehouse and the demander material warehouse updates the information of a certain product, the second-level matching relationship of the supplier material warehouse and the demander material warehouse with respect to the product is invalid.
That is, on the basis of the first-stage matching, the platform records the second-stage matching relationship of the products of the two material libraries, and can be applied to the transaction activities of the two parties for a long time, but if one of the two parties updates the information of the related products in the material libraries, the original long-term matching relationship is invalid, and when the transaction occurs again, the related products in the material libraries of the two parties need to be manually matched again, so that the platform is prevented from sending wrong or untimely matching information.
In this embodiment, the second stage matching process is as follows:
the platform system can establish secondary matching between the products of the material libraries of the two parties based on the result of respectively matching the material libraries of the two parties of supply and demand with the public list. When the supplier or the demander produces the list again based on the self material library products and sends the public list to the opponent, the platform system recommends the opponent to give a suggestion that the transaction activity matches the material library products based on the result of the last secondary matching, and the process that the acquirer manually matches the products again is greatly simplified.
In this embodiment, the third-level matching of the platform may assist the user in expanding the range of product retrieval or matching, and when cross-matching of products in multiple user material libraries occurs on the platform, the platform may capture the matching relationship and give the user product recommendations.
Specifically, in this embodiment, in the third-stage matching relationship, based on the matching relationship between the plurality of sets of supplier material libraries and the plurality of sets of product trading requests in the supplier material library, a matching relationship is established between the plurality of other suppliers material libraries and/or the plurality of products in the plurality of suppliers material libraries, which have matching relationships with each other in each of the plurality of suppliers material libraries and each of the plurality of products in each of the plurality of suppliers material libraries.
When recommendation suggestions are generated according to matching relations established among products of the supplier material libraries and/or the demander material libraries, the suppliers and/or the demanders recommend the suppliers and/or the demanders mutually based on the supply-demand relations of the products.
That is, on the basis of the second-level matching, the platform records the supply and demand relationship of the product, and performs screening based on the supply and demand relationship when recommending to different users, that is, a supplier of a certain product recommends to a demander, or a supplier of a certain product recommends to a supplier, or recommends among multiple demanders or suppliers as required.
As shown in fig. 2, the process of the third-level matching is as follows:
and the platform system conjectures possible matching relations among different user material library products based on a plurality of groups of secondary matching results. For example, when a product in the warehouse of formula a in fig. 2 matches a product in the warehouse of formula B, and a product in the warehouse of formula B matches a product in the warehouse of formula C, the system may determine that the product in the warehouse of formula a may be associated with the product in the warehouse of formula C, and particularly, when the product in the warehouse of formula a is a demand and the product in the warehouse of formula C is a supply, the system may recommend the other party to either formula a or formula C.
The embodiment also provides a terminal, which comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores program instructions, and the processor executes the program instructions to implement the method for matching products based on online transaction. The above-mentioned method for matching products based on online transaction is described in detail, and will not be described herein again. The terminal is, for example, a mobile phone, a computer, a PAD, and the like.
The present embodiments also provide a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method for product matching based on online transactions as described above. The above-mentioned method for matching products based on online transaction is described in detail, and will not be described herein again. The computer readable storage medium is, for example, a memory, a removable hard disk, or the like.
The embodiment also provides a platform based on online transaction product matching, which comprises: the public list module is used for generating a public list containing product transaction information and transmitting the public list to the supplier material library or the demand side material library; for a product supplier, acquiring a supplier list based on matching of products between the public list and a supplier material library; for the product demander, acquiring a demander list based on the matching of the product between the public list and a demander material library; the matching relation module is used for establishing a product matching relation between the supplier material library or the demand side material library and the public list to form a first-stage matching relation; establishing a product matching relationship between the supplier material library and the demand side material library based on the first-stage matching relationship to form a second-stage matching relationship; and establishing a matching relation of products among a plurality of supplier material libraries and/or a plurality of demand material libraries based on the second-stage matching relation to form a third-stage matching relation.
