技术领域
本发明涉及防静电、防光防护门技术领域,具体为一种自锁型防静电、防光的防护门。
背景技术
国防、人防等工程,其结构一般都有抗暴防护的要求。这类工程的出入口部位是抗爆和防护的薄弱部位,是保证工程内部空间安全的一道重要屏障。工程出入口的防护门能够抵抗爆炸产生的冲击波,通常采用钢筋混凝土结构或钢结构防护密闭门。
现在家庭市场上用的门都是一种模式,门将室内室外分隔开,同时室内的门也将室内分割出各自独立的空间,起到防护等作用。
目前,一些特殊的工作室或者工作场所需要特殊功能的防护门,目前采用的防护门在有人进出后需要进行手动关闭,而且,因为人的来回走动,空间产的气体与物体之间的摩擦容易产生静电,绝大部分的门在关闭后仍能够看到光线从门的底部透出。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种在多功能防护门本体上设有门体,门体的一侧边缘的中央设有开合控制器,门体的一侧表面中央水平方向设有防撞条,门体两侧表面设有门体表面防护板,门体表面防护板的表面设有镀锌层,门体内侧上半部分设有氧化镁填充层,门体内部中央设有拉绳驱动机构,门体内侧下半部分的活动槽内设有挡光条,挡光条与拉绳驱动机构之间设有拉绳连接,挡光条的两端对称设有挡光条限位槽,挡光条限位槽与门体表面防护板之间固定连接,该多功能防护门可以自动开合,自动锁门,多功能防护门关闭的时候门体底部能够自动遮光,具有防静电、耐腐蚀的优点的耐腐蚀、耐酸碱自锁型多功能防护门,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

(3)挡光条限位槽对挡光条不具有限位作用,挡光条限位槽对门体两侧表面的门体表面防护板起到固定的作用;
(4)氧化镁填充层对门体的背部进行填充,使门体的隔音效果效果更好,同时也提高了门体的防火性能。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自锁型防静电、防光的防护门,其特征在于:所述开合控制器(4)上设有配合安装块(11),配合安装块(11)的一端内部竖直方向设有液压驱动电机(12),所述液压驱动电机(12)为双轴液压驱动电机,所述液压驱动电机(12)的转轴上设有衔接头(13),衔接头(13)与门体(2)之间配合安装。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自锁型防静电、防光的防护门,其特征在于:所述门体表面防护板(3)的外表面设有镀锌层,门体表面防护板(3)的内部等间距设有加强筋,加强筋成网格状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自锁型防静电、防光的防护门,其特征在于:所述拉绳驱动机构(9)上设有外部框架(21),外部框架(21)的内部设有卷收盘(15),卷收盘(15)的一侧设有驱动电机(16),所述驱动电机(16)与外部框架(21)之间固定连接,卷收盘(15)与驱动电机(16)的转轴固定连接,所述外部框架(21)的一侧设有走线槽(17),拉绳(7)放置在走线槽(17)内部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种自锁型防静电、防光的防护门,其特征在于:所述挡光条(6)的上方对称设有拉绳连接耳(8),拉绳连接耳(8)与挡光条(6)为一体结构,所述挡光条(6)的底部均匀设有缓冲条(20),缓冲条(20)的内部中央设有圆形缓冲孔,所述缓冲条(20)与挡光条(6)为一体结构,所述挡光条(20)的截面为倒置的楔形,所述挡光条(6)在竖直方向的移动范围为0-4cm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种自锁型防静电、防光的防护门,其特征在于:所述挡光条限位槽(10)为C型槽,挡光条限位槽(10)的上方开口为敞开式端口。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种自锁型防静电、防光的防护门,其特征在于:所述门体(2)的一侧中央设有开合控制器安装槽,门体(2)的两侧表面中央水平方向设有防撞条(5),所述防撞条(5)与门体(2)表面粘接固定,所述门体(2)内侧上半部分设有氧化镁填充层(18),所述门体(2)的底端为开口。
