本发明公开了一种带石质面层的竹基地板砖,包括竹质基底以及石质面层;所述竹质基底为两层复合竹基材料板,包括重竹基板以及楠木拼接底板,其重竹基板的上表面上成型有圆形弧面凹槽,下表面上成型有多条间隔盲槽,所述楠木拼接底板通过第一PVC树脂胶层与竹质基底粘连成型,并在间隔盲槽中填充有与第一PVC树脂胶层一体成型的PVC树脂填充条;而石质面层扣装于竹质基底的外缘表面,石质面层具有粗糙的下表面,并在石质面层的下表面上通过第二PVC树脂胶层与重竹基板的上表面粘连并成型为一体。本发明兼备木地板以及瓷砖地板的优点,具有较佳的强度、手感、稳定性,同时竹木作为速生材,使得该地板砖结构成本造价较低。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域中的地板砖技术,具体涉及一种带石质面层的竹基地板砖。
背景技术
在现有技术中,用于地板铺装的建筑材料主要有瓷砖/石材地板以及木地板两种,其中,瓷砖地板造价便宜、表面光滑度好且易清理,但由于其材质本身原因,容易使得地板呈现冰冷状态,且由于表面硬度高,因而舒适感较差,不适合脱鞋直接踩在表面,同时质脆并且韧性不足,抗冲击性能差,在受到应力冲击时容易因而受力不匀而开裂、损坏;石材地板通常为大理石或者石英石整体裁切成型,其装饰效果极佳,质感好,但材质缺陷与瓷砖地板类似,且造价高昂;而木地板虽然舒适度好,可以直接拖鞋或者赤脚直接踩在表面,但是也存在日常清洗维护困难、表面易滋生细菌的缺陷。
基于上述缺陷,近年来的市面上也出现了一些新的产品类型,如PVC地板、人造石材地板以及竹木复合地板,其中,PVC地板可以根据不同的材料特性添加填料来实现不同性能的强化,以获得隔音、隔热、抗冲击等不同方面性能的加强,但是PVC材质在用作地板时容易受力变形,直线度差,容易使铺装产生缝隙,同时表面质感较差,容易带给人一种塑料感,装饰效果不如传统地板材料,且考虑到材质的表面强度和耐磨性,往往需要在发泡板表面再挤包一层饰面层来进行强化和获得装饰效果;而人造石英石板由石英粉、树脂压制而成,其易于加工且色泽丰富、具有天然石材的质感和表面光泽等优点,被广泛应用于工业生产和人们的日常生活中,但是目前市场上的人造石英石板材在使用时不够抗击,并且韧性不足,在安装后不便于将外界收到的力均匀发散出去,造成了板材受力不匀而损坏的问题,另外,单材质的人造石英石板材在受到冷热变化时容易在内部形成细小裂纹,这种裂纹使得人造石英石在作为地板使用时会因为承压而向外扩展,进而导致板材开裂、失效;而竹木作为速生材,采用竹材料制成的地板越来越成为重要的木地板替代品,而竹木复合地板近年来在地板领域也有应用,其兼具竹材和木材的特性,具有稳定性好、表层硬度高、纹理流畅、安装便捷等优点而广泛用于宾馆、别墅、公共场所和景观园林等地面装饰材料,但竹木复合地板容易在受到冲击力后发生层间剥离。
基于上述原因,若能在原料地板材料的特性和结构上进行二次开发,获得具有较佳质感、使用舒适度和装饰效果的地板材料,将具有市场价值。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种带石质面层的竹基地板砖,以解决上述技术背景中的缺陷。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种带石质面层的竹基地板砖,包括竹质基底以及石质面层;
所述竹质基底为两层复合竹基材料板,其上层为重竹基板,而下层为楠木拼接底板,所述重竹基板的厚度为10~15mm,所述重竹基板的上表面上成型有圆形弧面凹槽,所述重竹基板的下表面上成型有多条间隔盲槽,单条间隔盲槽沿重竹基板的长度方向设置,而不同条的间隔盲槽在重竹基板的宽度方向上等间距平行设置;而所述楠木拼接底板设置于所述重竹基板的下表面上,通过第一PVC树脂胶层粘连成型,另外在所述间隔盲槽中填充并成型有PVC树脂填充条,所述第一PVC树脂胶层与所述PVC树脂填充条为同材质PVC树脂胶料模压后填充并硬化成型;
所述竹质基底在外缘设置有阶槽,所述阶槽设置于重竹基板的中间高度位置,所述石质面层具有3~5mm的基础厚度,并在外缘设置有与阶槽相匹配的阶边,并通过阶边与阶槽的配合扣装固定于所述重竹基板的表面,石质面层具有粗糙的下表面,并在石质面层的下表面上通过第二PVC树脂胶层与重竹基板的上表面粘连并成型为一体。
作为进一步限定,所述竹基地板砖的长度不少于500mm,宽度不少于300mm。
作为进一步限定,所述重竹基板上表面上成型的圆形弧面凹槽包括若干尺寸不一的凹槽单元,这些凹槽单元在重竹基板的上表面上为不规则排布并布满重竹基板的板面。
作为进一步限定,所述重竹基板上表面上成型的圆形弧面凹槽为一个,该凹槽的槽深为重竹基板厚度的1/4~1/3、设置于重竹基板的中心位置,且圆形弧面凹槽在重竹基板表面的直径为重竹基板宽度的2/3~4/5。
作为进一步限定,所述重竹基板下表面上成型的间隔槽截面的槽深为3~5mm,槽宽为5~6mm,槽间距为槽宽的2~3倍。

作为进一步限定,所述第二PVC树脂胶层由掺有增强纤维以及填料的PVC树脂胶料硬化成型;所述增强纤维为短切玻璃纤维,其掺加量为PVC树脂胶料的5~7wt%,所述填料为TiO2粉末以及石墨粉末,其掺加量为0.5~3wt%。
作为进一步限定,所述第二PVC树脂胶层的厚度为3~5mm,并完全填充所述重竹基板上表面的圆形弧面凹槽。
有益效果:本发明的带石质面层的竹基地板砖制作成本低,兼具较佳的强度、抗温变性能和舒适的脚感,同时易于清洁打理,也克服了实木地板湿胀干缩的缺点,在应力冲击下具有较好的尺寸稳定性,也不易发生层间剥离,同时保留了石质面层的花纹、质感,也提高了地板砖拼装后地板整体的外观一致性。

参见图1的一种带石质面层的竹基地板砖的较佳实施例,在本实施例中,该竹基地板砖为正方形地板砖结构,其长度和宽度均为600mm,而在其他实施例中,竹基地板砖也可以为长度不少于500mm,宽度不少于300mm的矩形地板砖,竹基地板砖若小于该尺寸,则会导致重竹基板5与楠木拼接底板7之间通过第一PVC树脂胶层6进行成型连接的连接强度变低,导致竹质基底之间发生剥离。
竹基地板砖整体在进行铺装时,可参照传统的瓷砖铺装方式进行铺装,也可以在对应重竹基板5和楠木拼接底板7的侧边位置设置插接结构,以通过类似于木地板的插接装配方式进行铺装。
本实施例的竹基地板砖包括竹质基底以及成型于竹质基底表面的石质面层1,其竹质基底为两层复合竹基材料板,包括重竹基板5以及楠木拼接底板7,其重竹基板5的厚度为12cm,重竹基板5的下表面上成型有多条间隔盲槽,这些间隔盲槽的槽型一致,间隔盲槽的单槽沿重竹基板的长度方向设置,而不同条的间隔盲槽在重竹基板的宽度方向上等间距平行设置,其单槽槽深为4mm,槽宽为5mm,槽间距为15mm,重竹基板5在间隔盲槽的外侧设置有楠木拼接底板7,成型时,先将铣好间隔盲槽的重竹基板5在模具表面平铺,然后在其表面涂装PVC树脂胶料,该PVC树脂胶料可以为市售的现成PVC树脂胶料,也可以为自配制PVC树脂胶料,将PVC树脂胶料涂覆于重竹基板5的间隔盲槽侧表面,然后在PVC树脂胶料表面,平铺楠木拼接底板7,控制楠木拼接底板7的厚度为4mm,并在楠木拼接底板7与重竹基板5的相对面上成型有粗糙表面以方便附着胶料,以0.5~0.7MPa的压力进行重压,压力成型后裁边,即得到成型为一体的竹质基底。此时,楠木拼接底板7与重竹基板5之间成型有由PVC树脂胶料固化后的第一PVC树脂胶层,而PVC树脂胶料填充于间隔盲槽中的部分则在固化后成为PVC树脂填充条4,而在PVC树脂胶料的上料和成型过程中,可以控制上料量控制第一PVC树脂胶层6厚度,通过控制压力值保证成型强度。
这种重竹基板5与楠木拼接底板7的结构拼接组合能以保证整个竹木材质结构的稳定性,防止重竹基板5与楠木拼接底板7在使用一段时间后产生层间剥离,同时也有效减少了局部受热对地板的热应力冲击损坏。
重竹基板5的上表面上成型有圆形弧面凹槽,圆形弧面凹槽包括若干凹槽单元3,这些凹槽单元3的尺寸和深度互补相同,且在重竹基板5的上表面上不规则排布,凹槽单元3组成的圆形弧面凹槽铺满整个重竹基板5的上表面;而在重竹基板5的外缘中间高度位置设置有阶槽,而与竹质基底相匹配的石质面层1在外缘设置有与该阶槽相匹配的阶边,以方便将石质面层1在竹质基底的重竹基板5侧表面进行扣装。
而在另一实施例中,重竹基板5上表面上成型的圆形弧面凹槽也可以为一个单独的大尺寸凹槽,该凹槽的槽深为重竹基板5厚度的1/4~1/3、设置于重竹基板5的中心位置,且圆形弧面凹槽在重竹基板5表面的直径为重竹基板5宽度的2/3~4/5。在该实施例的条件下,其成型强度与本实施例的成型强度接近。
石质面层1中间位置的厚度为3~5mm,其厚度过厚则会造成强度和材料浪费,而厚度过薄则容易因为石材的脆性而容易发生开裂和破坏,在本实施例中,石质面层1为厚4mm的人造石英石板,而在其他实施例中,石质面层1也可以采用人造大理石板或者MCM软瓷材料。石质面层1具有粗糙的下表面,并在石质面层的下表面上通过PVC树脂胶料与扣合后的竹质基底进行粘连成型。成型时将石质面层1倒放于模具中,在石质面层1的阶边位置内侧槽内填充PVC树脂胶料,该PVC树脂胶料与第一PVC树脂胶层6中采用的PVC树脂胶料一致,并在使用前在PVC树脂胶料中掺加有占PVC树脂胶料5wt%的短切玻璃纤维作为增强纤维、掺加有占PVC树脂胶料1wt%的石墨粉末作为填料并分散均匀;控制PVC树脂胶料的加入量,然后在PVC树脂胶料位置通过模具定位,放入固化成型后的竹质基底,然后施加0.2~0.35MPa的压力进行重压,压力成型后裁边,即得到成型后的竹基地板砖。而在此过程中,控制PVC树脂胶料加入量的结果为保证PVC树脂胶料固化成型后的第二PVC树脂胶层8的厚度为3~5mm,并完全填充重竹基板5上表面的圆形弧面凹槽区域内;在此第二PVC树脂胶层8的厚度条件下配合重竹基板5上表面的圆形弧面凹槽、石质面层1下表面的凹凸表面和石质面层1外缘的阶边能有效提高地板的抗温变性能和抗裂纹性能,以克服重竹材质作为地板的易产生层间剥离的材质缺陷。
本实施例的复合地板密度高、脚感好,且比普通竹、实木地板更耐磨,其外观贴近于天然石英石纹路,色泽高雅,纹理清爽悦目,同时,不易蛀虫变形。可用于高档住宅,办公室,卧室,宾馆饭店,体育场所和室外休闲等场所的地板铺设。

Claims (9)

1.一种带石质面层的竹基地板砖,其特征在于,包括竹质基底以及石质面层;
所述竹质基底为两层复合竹基材料板,其上层为重竹基板,而下层为楠木拼接底板,所述重竹基板的厚度为10~15mm,所述重竹基板的上表面上成型有圆形弧面凹槽,所述重竹基板的下表面上成型有多条间隔盲槽,单条间隔盲槽沿重竹基板的长度方向设置,而不同条的间隔盲槽在重竹基板的宽度方向上等间距平行设置;而所述楠木拼接底板设置于所述重竹基板的下表面上,通过第一PVC树脂胶层粘连成型,另外在所述间隔盲槽中填充并成型有PVC树脂填充条,所述第一PVC树脂胶层与所述PVC树脂填充条为同材质PVC树脂胶料模压后填充并硬化成型;
所述竹质基底在外缘设置有阶槽,所述阶槽设置于重竹基板的中间高度位置,所述石质面层具有3~5mm的基础厚度,并在外缘设置有与阶槽相匹配的阶边,并通过阶边与阶槽的配合扣装固定于所述重竹基板的表面,石质面层具有粗糙的下表面,并在石质面层的下表面上通过第二PVC树脂胶层与重竹基板的上表面粘连并成型为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带石质面层的竹基地板砖,其特征在于,所述竹基地板砖的长度不少于500mm,宽度不少于300mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带石质面层的竹基地板砖,其特征在于,所述重竹基板上表面上成型的圆形弧面凹槽包括若干尺寸不一的凹槽单元,这些凹槽单元在重竹基板的上表面上为不规则排布并布满重竹基板的板面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带石质面层的竹基地板砖,其特征在于,所述重竹基板上表面上成型的圆形弧面凹槽为一个,该凹槽的槽深为重竹基板厚度的1/4~1/3、设置于重竹基板的中心位置,且圆形弧面凹槽在重竹基板表面的直径为重竹基板宽度的2/3~4/5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带石质面层的竹基地板砖,其特征在于,所述重竹基板下表面上成型的间隔槽截面的槽深为3~5mm,槽宽为5~6mm,槽间距为槽宽的2~3倍。
6.根据权利要求1所述的带石质面层的竹基地板砖,其特征在于,所述楠木拼接底板的厚度为3~5mm,并在楠木拼接底板与重竹基板的相对面上成型有粗糙表面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的带石质面层的竹基地板砖,其特征在于,所述石质面层为人造石英石板、人造大理石板、MCM软瓷中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的带石质面层的竹基地板砖,其特征在于,所述第二PVC树脂胶层由掺有增强纤维以及填料的PVC树脂胶料硬化成型;所述增强纤维为短切玻璃纤维,其掺加量为PVC树脂胶料的5~7wt%,所述填料为TiO2粉末以及石墨粉末,其掺加量为0.5~3wt%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的带石质面层的竹基地板砖,其特征在于,所述第二PVC树脂胶层的厚度为3~5mm,并完全填充所述重竹基板上表面的圆形弧面凹槽。
