The invention provides an environment-friendly water-based cleaning agent for a galvanized steel rope, a preparation method and a cleaning method. The product cleaned by the cleaning agent has almost no change in oil content and glossiness compared with the product treated by trichloroethylene, and the adhesive force after subsequent gluing is higher than the required value. The cleaning agent is not easy to volatilize, and is non-toxic and harmless. An environment-friendly water-based cleaning agent for galvanized steel ropes is characterized by being prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 10% -30% of nonionic surfactant; 1% -20% of defoaming agent; 1% -5% of preservative; 5 to 15 percent of inorganic salt; 1% -10% of penetrant; 50 to 80 percent of water.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of industrial cleaning agents, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly water-based cleaning agent for a galvanized steel rope, a preparation method and a cleaning method.
Technical Field
The traditional cleaning agent for treating the oil stain on the surface of the galvanized steel rope is generally organic solvent such as trichloroethylene, and the cleaning agent has the problems of easiness in generation, toxicity, harm, easiness in carcinogenesis and the like. Such problems are also more prominent as national policies on environmental protection become stricter. For the product of steel rope surface needing glue coating and rubber wrapping, if the product is cleaned by trichloroethylene, the adhesive force of the steel rope after glue coating is mostly lower than that of a purchaser to be evaluated, which is not only unfavorable for the price of the product, but also has certain disadvantages for the subsequent use of the product.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention develops an environment-friendly water-based cleaning agent for galvanized steel ropes, a preparation method and a cleaning method for solving the problems. The product cleaned by the cleaning agent has almost no change in oil content and glossiness compared with the product treated by trichloroethylene, and the adhesive force after subsequent gluing is higher than the required value. The cleaning agent is not easy to volatilize, and is non-toxic and harmless.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

step three, mixing and dissolving the rest components in percentage by weight in the deionized water heated in the step two;
and step four, mixing the mixed solution prepared in the step one with the mixed solution prepared in the step three to prepare the environment-friendly water-based cleaning agent for the galvanized steel wire rope.
The cleaning method of the environment-friendly water-based cleaning agent for the galvanized steel rope is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step a, ultrasonic cleaning, namely cleaning a galvanized steel rope in an environment-friendly water-based cleaning agent at 30 ℃ for 120 seconds;
step b, ultrasonic rinsing, namely rinsing the galvanized steel wire rope in deionized water at the temperature of 60 ℃ for 60 seconds;
and step c, drying, namely drying the galvanized steel wire for 20 minutes at the temperature of 110-120 ℃.
The environment-friendly water-based cleaning agent comprises raw materials including a nonionic surfactant, a defoaming agent, a preservative, inorganic salt, a penetrating agent and water, the used raw materials are not in a chemical catalogue limited and not contained by the REACH regulation of the European Union, accord with the import standard of the European Union, do not contain controlled harmful substances such as phosphorus, nitrite and the like, can be quickly biodegraded, and are environment-friendly; the environment-friendly water-based cleaning agent is suitable for cleaning galvanized steel wire rope products, can remove oil stains on the surfaces of the products, and has the advantages of strong dirt-removing capability, strong cleaning force and good cleaning effect.

And step b, adding 40L of deionized water into an ultrasonic rinsing chamber in an ultrasonic cleaning machine with the volume of 50L, heating the deionized water to 60 ℃, putting the steel rope subjected to ultrasonic cleaning into the ultrasonic rinsing chamber in the ultrasonic cleaning machine for rinsing, adjusting the parameters of the ultrasonic cleaning machine to be 40Hz and 500w, and carrying out ultrasonic rinsing on the steel rope to be cleaned for 60 seconds.
And c, taking out the steel rope after rinsing from an ultrasonic rinsing chamber in the ultrasonic cleaning machine, and putting the steel rope into a drying box of the ultrasonic cleaning machine for drying treatment, wherein the drying temperature of the drying box of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is set to be 120 ℃, and the drying time of the steel rope to be dried is 20 minutes.
Analytical experiments
The results of the performance tests of the environmentally friendly aqueous cleaner prepared in examples 1-5 with the existing trichloroethylene cleaner (pure trichloroethylene, without addition of other solvents) are shown in the following table:
the oil content and the optical measurement test are specific to the sample one cleaned by the method of example 7, the oil content of the steel rope to be cleaned before cleaning is 0.3%, and the oil content is as follows: drawing oil;
the adhesive force test is carried out on a sample II after being glued, and the sample II is placed in a gluing chamber for gluing and drying on the basis of the cleaned sample I.
As can be seen from the data in the table, after the steel rope is cleaned by the environment-friendly water-based cleaning agent disclosed by the invention, the oil content on the surface of the steel rope is lower than a standard value, the glossiness is normal, and the adhesive force is obviously improved compared with the standard value.
The galvanized steel cords of the first and second samples used in the present invention are all provided by Jiangsu Falsen Fine Steel cords Co., Ltd. the galvanized steel cords have a specification of 1 × 3+5 × 7-1.21 mm (outside diameter). Other sizes of steel cord are also suitable for this invention.
