Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of insulating waterproof sealing tapes, and particularly relates to a heat-conducting waterproof insulating tape.
Background
The waterproof insulating tape is widely applied to the application fields of waterproof sealing protection, electric insulation protection and the like of overhead insulated conductor joints, communication base station antenna feeder line joints, cable outer sheaths and the like, and the fields need good waterproof and insulating properties and good heat dissipation.
At present, the invention patent disclosed in China about waterproof insulating tape does not relate to the improvement of heat conductivity, and the invention is also a performance for optimizing the waterproof field of electric sealing. The common waterproof insulating adhesive tape mainly comprises two layers of structures, wherein an ethylene propylene rubber base layer and a butyl adhesive layer are arranged on the two layers, the heat conductivity coefficient of rubber is low, the heat conductivity coefficient of added filler calcium carbonate is also low, so that the overall heat conductivity coefficient is low, the heat conductivity coefficient is only 0.1-0.2W/(m.K), and when an electric appliance circuit is overloaded, the heat conductivity is poor, so that fire disasters and the material aging of the insulating adhesive tape can be caused, and the proper performance of the insulating adhesive tape can be lost.
Therefore, the basic layer and the self-adhesive layer of the waterproof insulating tape need to be improved in heat conduction, the heat conduction capability of a product is improved, and the waterproof insulating tape is suitable for the existing production and application requirements.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide a heat-conducting waterproof insulating tape, which improves the heat-conducting capacity of a product, is beneficial to dissipating heat when the overload temperature of a cable joint is high, and improves the service life and the safety coefficient of the insulating tape.
