the complete set of preparation device for the super-wear-resistant brake disc brake comprises a workbench, a support table, two fixing mechanisms, a rack, a first air cylinder, a connecting rod, an isolation cover, a partition plate, a drilling mechanism and a plurality of springs; the support table is fixedly connected with the workbench and is positioned above the workbench; the support table is provided with a position avoiding hole; the two fixing mechanisms are respectively fixedly connected with the workbench and positioned at two sides of the workbench; the rack is fixedly connected with the workbench and is positioned above the workbench; the first air cylinder is fixedly connected with the rack and is positioned below the rack; the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the first cylinder and is positioned below the first cylinder; the isolation cover is connected with the connecting rod in a sliding manner and is positioned on the side edge of the connecting rod; the partition plate is fixedly connected with the connecting rod and is positioned below the connecting rod; the drilling mechanism is fixedly connected with the partition plate and is positioned below the partition plate; the springs are fixedly connected with the isolation cover and the partition plate respectively and are positioned between the isolation cover and the partition plate respectively.

opening the drilling mechanism, controlling the first cylinder to drive the connecting rod to move downwards, and driving the partition plate to move downwards by the connecting rod so that the isolation cover and the drilling mechanism move downwards;
the isolation cover is firstly contacted with the two fixing mechanisms and wraps the brake disc;
under the continuous pushing of the first air cylinder to the connecting rod, the partition plate and the drilling mechanism move downwards, the springs are stretched, the brake disc is drilled through the drilling mechanism, and scraps are prevented from splashing through the isolation cover;
after drilling is finished, the first air cylinder drives the connecting rod to move upwards, so that the drilling mechanism and the isolation cover move upwards, and drilling is conveniently carried out on the next brake disc.
