Background
The threaded connection is one of connection modes widely applied, and in machining, parts are machined into threaded connection holes and cannot be drilled and tapped. It should be noted that the machining positions of the first drilling mechanism 200 and the first tapping mechanism 300 on the workpiece are consistent, and the specifications of the first drill 210 and the first tap are matched; the second drilling mechanism 500 and the second tapping mechanism 600 work the same position, and the specifications of the second drill and the second tap are matched. As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first drilling mechanism 200 includes a first drill 210, a first drill mount 220, a first compression spring 230, and a first pressure plate 240. Specifically, the first drill 210 is mounted on the first drill mounting seat 220, the driving motor 250 is connected to and drives the first drill mounting seat 220 to move in the vertical direction, and the first drill 210 drills a workpiece. Further, the first pressing plate 240 is located above the positioning plate 120 for pressing the workpiece. The first pressing plate 240 has elasticity in the vertical direction, one end of the first compression spring 230 abuts against the first drill mounting seat 220, and the other end abuts against the first pressing plate 240, so that the vibration generated by the workpiece when the first drill 210 punches is effectively absorbed, and a better processing effect is realized.
