Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the device comprises a clamp 1, a servo control interface 2, a PC industrial personal computer 3 and a computer interface 4;

The core part of the tapered roller bearing outer ring raceway laser marking clamp is a clamp device 7. The fixture device comprises a fixture rotating shaft 15, a key groove 16, a bearing outer ring supporting plate 17, bolts 18, a retainer ring 19 and a tapered roller bearing outer ring 20. Parameters are input at a computer interface, a motor device is executed, the motor is fixed on the seat body device 5 through bolts, a motor shaft is connected with the clamp rotating shaft 15 through keys, and when the motor shaft rotates, the clamp rotating shaft 15 rotates along with the rotation.
The fixture seat device 5 comprises a fixture fixing base 10, a tapered roller bearing 12, a fixing ring body 13 and bolts 14. The tapered roller bearing 12 is fixed on a fixed ring body 13, is blocked by a motor fixing plate 6 to prevent falling, the fixed ring body 13 and a fixed base 10 are welded together, and the inclination angle of the fixed ring body is equal to the inclination angle of an outer ring inner race of the bearing required to be subjected to laser marking. The fixed base is fixed to the table top or the ground by bolts 14.

Then, a power supply is turned on, a servo motor on the clamp is combined with a laser marking machine through a motion control card, a graph needing marking on a roller path is determined and positioned, a computer interface graph shown in fig. 5 is turned on, the number of marking strips and the number of repeated marking times are input, the number of marking strips is the number of rows needing marking in one circle, the number of repeated marking times is the number of repeated marking in the same row, and the current number of marking strips and the current number of repeated marking times are the current marking conditions as shown in an interface. The marking mode can select a circle of internal circulation marking, namely a circulation marking mode; repeated marking may also be performed for one strip, i.e. a single object marking pattern. After inputting, clicking and marking, rotating a specific angle by the servo motor according to the set marking number, driving the bearing outer ring supporting plate to rotate by the clamp rotating shaft, rotating the bearing outer ring along with the bearing outer ring, marking by the laser marking machine, repeating the set repeated marking times by the first marking, and after finishing, rotating the motor, repeating the marking of the second marking in sequence until the last marking is performed. After all marking is completed, the power supply is turned off, the bolts are unscrewed, the bearing outer ring is taken down, the clamp is cleaned, and the experiment is completed.
