The clamp seat device 5 comprises a clamp fixing base 10, a tapered roller bearing 12, a fixing ring body 13 and a bolt 14. The tapered roller bearing 12 is fixed on the fixed ring body 13 and is blocked by the motor fixing plate 6 to prevent falling, the fixed ring body 13 and the fixed base 10 are welded together, and the inclination angle of the fixed ring body is equal to the inclination angle of an inner raceway of an outer ring of the bearing needing laser marking.
