That is, in this case, the rinse liquid discharged through the rinse liquid nozzle 14 may be used as the immersion liquid, and the ultrasonic vibration head 4 may perform ultrasonic cleaning of the filter disc 12 in the rinse liquid.
The above washing liquid washing, soaking, and ultrasonic washing may be repeatedly performed for a plurality of cycles, so that the washing of the filter disc 12 may be completed.
Another case is: in the step 101, the flushing liquid and the soaking liquid are different liquids, so that after the flushing liquid flushes the filter disc 12 for about 10 minutes, the valve of the flushing liquid inlet 7 is closed, the valve of the slag discharge port 9 of the filter is opened, and muddy water mixed with the flushed filter cake slag blocks is emptied through the slag discharge port 9. Then, the valve of the soaking liquid inlet 13 positioned at the top of the shell 10 is opened to enable the soaking liquid to be filled in the shell 10, then, the valve of the soaking liquid inlet 13 is closed, the ultrasonic generator 8 is started to drive the ultrasonic vibration head 4 to generate ultrasonic waves in the soaking liquid, the ultrasonic vibration head 4 is used for cleaning filter cakes on the working surface of the filter disc 12 and blocking particles in holes in the filter material, and as the ultrasonic vibration head 4 is fixed at the front part of the flushing liquid branch pipe 2, the ultrasonic vibration head 4 is driven by the angle rotation driver 6 to do reciprocating fan-shaped swing with the flushing liquid spray head 1, and the ultrasonic vibration head 4 can carry out close-range ultrasonic cleaning on the whole working disc surface of the filter disc 12 by being matched with the continuous rotation of the filter disc 12, and after the soaking liquid is soaked and the ultrasonic cleaning is carried out for 10 minutes, the valve of the slag discharge port 9 of the filter is opened to empty muddy water.
The washing liquid, the soaking liquid and the ultrasonic washing can be repeatedly executed for a plurality of cycles, so that the washing of the filter disc can be completed.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the soaking solution may be an aqueous solution containing 2% alkaline water; the rinse solution may be high pressure desalted water.
The filter disc cleaning method provided by the embodiment of the invention has good online cleaning effect, avoids the disassembly and the assembly of the filter disc from the filter, and effectively improves the continuous working level of the filter.
