In one example, when the filter discs 12 are double-sided filter discs 12, the ultrasonic vibration head 4 provided on the rinsing liquid branch pipe 2 is required to clean the double-sided filter discs 12 at the same time, and thus the ultrasonic vibration head 4 is a bidirectional vibration head; further, when the filter disc 12 is a single-sided filter disc 12, the ultrasonic vibration head 4 provided on the rinsing liquid branch pipe 2 may be a one-way vibration head, and the ultrasonic vibration head 4 faces the single-sided filter disc 12.
In order to more clearly describe the filter disc cleaning device provided by the embodiment of the present invention, a cleaning method of the filter disc cleaning device is described in detail below with reference to fig. 4. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the filter disc cleaning method includes the steps of:
step 101, an angle rotation driver drives a high-pressure washing liquid main pipe to perform reciprocating angle rotation according to a set angle, so that a washing liquid spray head connected with a washing liquid main pipe swings in a fan-shaped reciprocating manner, and a washing liquid nozzle longitudinally arranged on the washing liquid spray head sprays high-pressure washing liquid onto a filter disc arranged at an interval with the washing liquid spray head in a fan-shaped manner;
and 102, driving an ultrasonic vibration head to generate ultrasonic waves by an ultrasonic generator so that the ultrasonic vibration head connected with a washing liquid header pipe swings in a fan-shaped reciprocating manner, and performing ultrasonic cleaning on a filter disc arranged at an interval with the ultrasonic waves.
Before the step 101, a washing liquid switch valve needs to be opened, 10MPa high-pressure desalted water reaches a longitudinal nozzle of a washing liquid spray head 1 through a washing liquid inlet 7, a washing liquid main pipe 3 and a washing liquid branch pipe 2 and then is sprayed out in a longitudinal 120-degree sector-shaped surface dispersing mode, the working surfaces of two adjacent filter discs 12 can be washed simultaneously, the longitudinal sector-shaped spraying surfaces are perpendicularly intersected with the working surfaces of the filter discs 12, and an intersection line is a small segment of straight line segment.
In step 101, the angular rotation driver 6 is started, and the angular rotation driver 6 is connected to the flushing liquid main pipe 3, so that the flushing liquid main pipe 3 can be driven to perform a set reciprocating angular rotation of 45 °, and the flushing liquid branch pipe 2 and the flushing liquid spray head 1 fixed thereto are also driven to perform a set reciprocating sector swing of 45 °, and the set reciprocating sector swing of 45 ° can enable the swing range of the flushing liquid spray head 11 to cover the radius of the working surface of the filter disc 12, and enable the intersection line of the flushing liquid spray which is sprayed by the longitudinal nozzle on the flushing liquid spray head 1 and distributed in the longitudinal sector plane and the working surface of the filter disc 12 to move in an arc shape along the radius direction of the filter disc 12, thereby forming a filter cake washing area in the sector annular area as shown in fig. 2.
In this case, since the rotation shaft 11 drives the filter disc 12 to rotate slowly, the reciprocating fan-shaped swing of the washing liquid nozzle 1 and the slow continuous rotation of the filter disc 12 cooperate to wash the washing liquid onto the entire surface of the filter disc 12.
In step 102, the ultrasonic generator 8 drives the ultrasonic vibration head 4 to generate ultrasonic waves, so that the ultrasonic vibration head 4 connected with the washing liquid header pipe swings in a fan-shaped reciprocating manner, and the filter disc 12 arranged at an interval with the ultrasonic waves is subjected to ultrasonic cleaning. It is mainly divided into the following two cases:
one situation is: when high-pressure flush fluid washes filter disc 12, if the flush fluid is the same kind of liquid with the soak solution of later stage use, can cover completely when being located the filter disc 12 of highest level at the flush fluid, directly start supersonic generator 8, supersonic generator 8 drives ultrasonic wave vibrations head 4 and produces the ultrasonic wave in the flush fluid, and at this moment, the ultrasonic wave can shake the pine with 14 mouthful of jam granule of flush fluid nozzle, can dredge the nozzle opening of flush fluid shower nozzle 1 rapidly under the impact of high-pressure flush fluid moreover. In other words, in this case, the rinse liquid discharged through the rinse liquid nozzle 14 can be used as the soaking liquid, and the ultrasonic vibration head 4 can complete the ultrasonic cleaning of the filter disk 12 in the rinse liquid.
The above washing liquid cleaning, soaking, and ultrasonic cleaning may be repeatedly performed for a plurality of cycles, so that the cleaning of the filter discs 12 may be completed.
The other situation is as follows: in the step 101, the flushing liquid and the soak solution are different liquids, so that after the filter disc 12 is flushed by the flushing liquid for about 10 minutes, the valve of the flushing liquid inlet 7 is closed, the valve of the slag discharging port 9 of the filter is opened, and muddy water mixed with flushed filter cake slag blocks is emptied through the slag discharging port 9. Then the valve of the soaking liquid inlet 13 positioned at the top of the shell 10 is opened to enable the soaking liquid to fill the shell 10, then the valve of the soaking liquid inlet 13 is closed, the ultrasonic generator 8 is started to drive the ultrasonic vibration head 4 to generate ultrasonic waves in the soaking liquid, filter cakes on the working surface of the filter disc 12 and blocking particles in holes inside the filter material are cleaned by the ultrasonic waves, the ultrasonic vibration head 4 is fixed at the front part of the flushing liquid branch pipe 2, the ultrasonic vibration head 4 is driven by the angular rotation driver 6 to do reciprocating fan-shaped swing with the flushing liquid nozzle 1, the ultrasonic vibration head 4 can perform close-range ultrasonic cleaning on the whole working surface of the filter disc 12 by matching with the continuous rotation of the filter disc 12, and after the soaking liquid is soaked and the ultrasonic cleaning for 10 minutes, the valve of the slag discharge port 9 of the filter is opened to empty muddy water.
The above washing liquid cleaning, soaking in the soaking liquid, and ultrasonic cleaning may be repeatedly performed for a plurality of cycles, so that the cleaning of the filter disc may be completed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the soaking solution may be an aqueous solution containing 2% of alkali; the irrigation fluid may be high pressure desalinated water.
The filter disc cleaning method provided by the embodiment of the invention has a good online cleaning effect, avoids the disassembly and the assembly of the filter disc from the filter, and powerfully improves the continuous working level of the filter.
In summary, an embodiment of the present invention provides a filter disc cleaning apparatus and a cleaning method, where the filter disc cleaning apparatus includes: the rotating shaft is arranged in the shell, penetrates through the centers of the plurality of filter discs and drives the filter discs to horizontally rotate; one end of the flushing liquid main pipe is connected with the flushing liquid inlet, the other end of the flushing liquid main pipe extends into the shell, and the flushing liquid main pipe is respectively connected with the plurality of flushing liquid branch pipes; the flushing liquid branch pipe is arranged at a distance from the filter disc, a flushing liquid spray head is arranged on an outlet of the flushing liquid branch pipe, and an ultrasonic vibration head is arranged at one end close to the flushing liquid spray head; the angle rotation driver is arranged on the flushing fluid main pipe and is close to the flushing fluid inlet, and the flushing fluid nozzle and the ultrasonic vibration head are driven to swing in a fan-shaped reciprocating manner in the radial direction of the filter disc when the filter disc rotates horizontally. This filter disc belt cleaning device, can wash the washing with high pressure, ultrasonic vibration washs and soak and wash integrated to one set of belt cleaning device, set up a washing terminals and an ultrasonic vibration head on every flush fluid branch pipe, and the flush fluid branch pipe can drive washing terminals and the relative filter disc working face of ultrasonic vibration head and be the fan-shaped swing of reciprocity, combine together with the slow rotation of filter disc and just can accomplish the high pressure washing of whole filter disc quotation and closely ultrasonic cleaning, the cleaning performance is good, this belt cleaning device has spare part is small in quantity simultaneously, moreover, the steam generator is simple in structure, compact size's advantage. Claims (10)
1. A filter disc cleaning apparatus, comprising:
the rotating shaft is arranged in the shell, penetrates through the centers of the plurality of filter discs and drives the filter discs to horizontally rotate;
one end of the flushing liquid main pipe is connected with the flushing liquid inlet, the other end of the flushing liquid main pipe extends into the shell, and the flushing liquid main pipe is respectively connected with the plurality of flushing liquid branch pipes;
the flushing liquid branch pipe is arranged at a distance from the filter disc, a flushing liquid spray head is arranged on an outlet of the flushing liquid branch pipe, and an ultrasonic vibration head is arranged at one end close to the flushing liquid spray head;
the angle rotation driver is arranged on the flushing fluid main pipe and is close to the flushing fluid inlet, and the flushing fluid nozzle and the ultrasonic vibration head are driven to swing in a fan-shaped reciprocating manner in the radial direction of the filter disc when the filter disc rotates horizontally.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a rinse solution nozzle;
the flushing liquid nozzle is longitudinally arranged on the flushing liquid nozzle and used for swinging in a fan-shaped reciprocating manner along the radius direction of the filter disc, and flushing liquid is sprayed from the flushing liquid nozzle in a longitudinal fan-shaped surface.
3. The apparatus of claim 2 wherein said longitudinal fan spray is perpendicular to the working face of the filter disc;
when the flushing liquid spray head is arranged between two adjacent filter discs, the flushing liquid from the flushing liquid spray nozzle simultaneously flushes the working surfaces of the two adjacent filter discs.
4. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising an ultrasonic power signal line and an ultrasonic generator;
the ultrasonic generator is arranged outside the shell and is electrically connected with the ultrasonic vibration head through the ultrasonic power signal wire; the ultrasonic power supply signal wire is sequentially bonded in the flushing liquid header pipe and the flushing liquid branch pipe through insoluble insulating glue;
and the ultrasonic generator is used for carrying out ultrasonic cleaning on the whole working surface of the filter disc by the ultrasonic vibration head when the flushing liquid spray head swings in a fan-shaped reciprocating manner along the radius direction of the filter disc.
5. The device as claimed in any one of claims 1, 2 and 4, wherein the angle of the fan-shaped reciprocating swing is 60-150 °, and wherein the fan-shaped angle of the fan-shaped reciprocating swing is 20-50 °.
6. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the number of the washing liquid branch pipes is matched with the number of the filter discs, and when the number of the filter discs is N, the number of the washing liquid branch pipes is N +1, where N is a natural number.
7. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein when the filter disk is a double-sided filter disk, the ultrasonic vibrator head provided on the rinsing liquid branch pipe is a bidirectional vibrator head; or
When the filter disc is a single-sided filter disc, the ultrasonic vibration head arranged on the washing liquid branch pipe is a one-way vibration head, and the ultrasonic vibration head faces the single-sided filter disc.
8. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a slag discharge port and a soaking solution inlet;
the slag discharge port is arranged at the bottom of the shell;
