The material pushing assembly comprises a scraping plate 42 and a second cylinder 43, a first supporting frame 44 is fixedly welded on the outer side of the garbage disposal box 1, the second cylinder 43 is fixedly supported on the first supporting frame 44 and is obliquely arranged on the outer side of the garbage disposal box 1, and a telescopic rod of the second cylinder 43 penetrates through the garbage disposal box 1 and is fixedly connected with the scraping plate 42. The bottom end of the scraper 42 is attached to the upper surface of the filter 41, and the scraper 42 is perpendicular to the filter 41.
The crushed garbage falls onto the filter screen 41, and the liquid in the garbage is filtered by the filter screen 41 and then discharged through the liquid discharge port 17. When it is desired to push the waste away from the surface of the filter screen 41, the extension rod of the second cylinder 43 is extended, so that the scraper 42 pushes the waste towards the waste outlet 16, thereby facilitating the discharge of the waste from the waste outlet 16.
Referring to fig. 4, a cleaning assembly 5 for cleaning the filter screen 41 is further arranged in the garbage disposal bin 1, the cleaning assembly 5 comprises a cleaning brush 51 and a third cylinder 52, the third cylinder 52 is arranged on the outer side of one side of the garbage disposal bin 1, the side wall is perpendicular to the side wall on which the second cylinder 43 is arranged, a second support frame 53 is welded and fixed on the outer side of the garbage disposal bin 1, and the outer side of the third cylinder 52 is welded and fixed on the second support frame 53. The cleaning brush 51 is positioned in the garbage disposal box 1 and above the filter screen 41, the telescopic rod of the third cylinder 52 penetrates through the garbage disposal box 1 and is fixedly connected with the outer side of the cleaning brush 51, bristles are densely distributed on one side, facing the filter screen 41, of the cleaning brush 51, and the bristles of the cleaning brush 51 are abutted to the upper surface of the filter screen 41.
Referring to fig. 4 and 7, the cleaning brush 51 is hollow, one end of the cleaning brush 51 in the length direction is a water inlet, and a plurality of water spraying openings 511 are formed on one side of the cleaning brush 51 facing the filter screen 41. The outer side of the garbage disposal box 1 is provided with a booster pump 54, the water outlet of the booster pump 54 is connected with a connecting pipe 541, one end of the connecting pipe 541 far away from the booster pump 54 penetrates through the garbage disposal box 1 to be connected with the water inlet of the cleaning brush 51, and the water inlet of the booster pump 54 is connected with a water inlet pipe 542.
When the filter screen 41 needs to be cleaned, the telescopic rod of the third cylinder 52 makes telescopic motion, so that the cleaning brush 51 makes reciprocating motion along the surface of the filter screen 41, and the cleaning brush 51 brushes the filter screen 41; the booster pump 54 pumps water into the cleaning brush 51, and the water is sprayed out through the water spray opening 511 on the cleaning brush 51, so that the filter screen is washed, the filter screen 41 is cleaned up, and the possibility of blockage of the filter screen 41 is reduced.
The implementation principle of the marine vessel domestic waste collection and treatment device in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the garbage is treated, an operator puts the garbage into the garbage treatment box 1 through the garbage putting-in opening 11, then the garbage slides down between the two rotating shafts 31 through the material sliding channel 13, the motor 32 drives the rotating shafts 31 to rotate, and at the same time, the garbage is crushed by the cutting blades 33 on the two rotating shafts 31. The crushed garbage falls onto the receiving plate 21 and falls through the through holes 211 of the receiving plate 21. When the filter screen 41 needs to be cleaned, the third cylinder 52 drives the cleaning brush 51 to brush the filter screen 41, and the cleaning brush 51 is washed towards the filter screen 41, so that the cleaning effect on the filter screen 41 is realized.
