Description

Formula for regulating constipation and preparation process thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a formula for regulating constipation and a preparation process thereof, belonging to the field of medicine and food homology.
Background
Functional constipation is manifested by constipation, prolonged defecation period, dry and hard feces, etc. Epidemiological investigations have shown that the incidence of functional constipation is generally higher in the elderly than in the young. Constipation, a common clinical symptom, can be accompanied by various acute and chronic diseases, which brings great inconvenience to patients, especially the elderly patients, and can induce or aggravate the original intestinal tract and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The clinical symptoms of functional constipation can be temporarily relieved by conventional medicament treatment, hydrotherapy enema and operation treatment of western medicine, and the problems of high recurrence rate and obvious medicament side effect after medicament withdrawal exist. The unique and diverse treatment modes of the traditional Chinese medicine play an irreplaceable role in treating the functional constipation, and have the advantages of obvious curative effect, small side effect and the like.
The semen Pruni is dry mature seed of Prunus humilis Bunge, Prunus japonica Linn or Prunus amygdalus Membrananas gracilis of Rosaceae, the former two are called "small semen Pruni", and the latter one is called "big semen Pruni". The bunge cherry seed is pungent, bitter and sweet in flavor and mild in nature. It enters spleen, large intestine and small intestine meridians. Has the functions of moistening dryness, smoothing intestine, descending qi and promoting diuresis. Can be used for treating consumption of body fluid, intestinal dryness, food stagnation, abdominal distention, constipation, dysuria, etc. The perilla leaf has pungent and warm nature and has the effects of relieving exterior syndrome, dispelling cold, regulating qi and harmonizing nutrient. It can be used for treating common cold, fever, cough, asthma, and abdominal distention. The compendium of materia medica carries the actions of promoting the circulation of qi, relieving epigastric distention, clearing phlegm, benefiting lung, harmonizing blood, warming middle energizer, alleviating pain, relieving asthma and preventing abortion. Cassia seed, semen Cassiae is sweet, bitter, salty and slightly cold. It enters liver and large intestine meridians. Mainly used for clearing heat, improving eyesight, moistening intestines and relaxing bowels. Can be used for treating conjunctival congestion, photophobia, lacrimation, headache, vertigo, dim eyesight, and constipation. Yam can tonify spleen and stomach, and treat deficiency of qi, asthenia and dyspepsia.
