Abstract
The invention provides an effervescent bath salt ball and a preparation method thereof. The effervescent bath salt ball disclosed by the invention wraps the fragrance components in the water-soluble capsule wall to prepare the water-soluble fragrance capsule, and then the fragrance capsule is pressed in the bath salt ball body, so that the volatilization loss of the fragrance components in the processing and shelf life is avoided; when in use, the flavor capsule is dissolved with water together with the product, can timely and sufficiently release the flavor, indirectly reduce the addition of the flavor raw materials and reduce the cost of the raw materials.

Background

In the process of drying, the fragrance components are volatilized to lose nearly half of the fragrance components, and even the fragrance components are blended after the fragrance components are left, so that the optimal fragrance effect of the fragrance raw materials cannot be fully displayed. In addition, the flavor component continues to run off during the shelf life. Further, the vegetable oil comprises eucalyptus globulus oil, coconut oil, olive oil and avocado oil in a mass ratio of 6:1:1: 1.
Further, the weight portion of the fragrance component is 0.2-0.4 portion, and the fragrance component is essence or essential oil.
Further, the water-soluble capsule wall is selected from water-soluble capsule walls taking polyvinyl alcohol water-soluble film or gelatin as a main component.
Further, the water-soluble capsule wall is a polyvinyl alcohol water-soluble film; the fragrant capsule is obtained by filling fragrant components into a polyvinyl alcohol water-soluble film through a packaging machine and performing hot-press film sealing.
Polyvinyl alcohol is an organic compound of the formula [ C ]2H4O]nThe product is white flaky, flocculent or powdery solid, is odorless, is soluble in water (above 95 ℃), is slightly soluble in dimethyl sulfoxide, and is insoluble in gasoline, kerosene, vegetable oil, benzene, toluene, dichloroethane, carbon tetrachloride, acetone, ethyl acetate, methanol, ethylene glycol, etc. The water-soluble capsule wall material can be prepared by mixing and processing the polyvinyl alcohol and the macromolecular additive.
Further, the water-soluble capsule wall is a water-soluble capsule wall taking gelatin as a main component; the fragrant capsule is prepared by a dripping method through a dripping pill machine with double layers of dripping heads.

The invention provides a preparation method of the effervescent bath salt ball, which comprises the following steps of coating the fragrance components in the water-soluble capsule wall to form a fragrance capsule; uniformly mixing the components of the bath salt ball body to obtain a mixture, filling the mixture into a mold, and adding a fragrance capsule into the center of the mixture filled into the mold; pressing and forming; and (6) pumping and packaging.
Further, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
step one, cleaning and disinfecting production equipment and tools;
step two, preparing the flavor capsule: a) putting the flavor raw materials into a packaging machine, filling the flavor raw materials into a polyvinyl alcohol water-soluble film, and performing hot-press film sealing to obtain the flavor capsule; or b) taking gelatin solution prepared from gelatin, plasticizer and water as water-soluble capsule wall raw material, taking oily fragrant raw material as capsule core, and dripping to obtain the final product;
step three, weighing the components of the bath salt ball body according to the following weight parts: 55-60 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 0.1-0.2 part of pigment, 0.3-0.8 part of water, 0.4-1.2 parts of polyethylene glycol-4000.8, 0.5 part of vegetable oil, 0.01-0.02 part of cocoyl propyl betaine, 0.01-0.02 part of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and 38-42 parts of citric acid;
step four, putting the sodium bicarbonate, the pigment and the water into stirring equipment, and uniformly stirring; adding polyethylene glycol-400 and vegetable oil, stirring, and sieving; adding cocoyl propyl betaine and sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, and stirring uniformly; finally, adding citric acid, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture;
filling the mixture into the mold, adding the flavor capsules into the center in the filling process, and performing compression molding;
and step six, putting the formed ball body into a drying chamber for drying to obtain the effervescent bath salt ball, and packaging. Further, the ratio of gelatin, plasticizer and water in the gelatin solution is 1: 0.4-0.6: 1
Compared with the prior art, the effervescent bath salt ball and the preparation method thereof have the following advantages:
the fragrant components are wrapped in the water-soluble capsule wall to prepare the water-soluble capsule, and then are pressed in the bath salt ball body, so that the volatilization loss of the fragrant components in a drying process link and a shelf life link is avoided, and the fragrant components can be sufficiently released when in use; meanwhile, the water-soluble capsule can be dissolved when being effervesced along with the product in use, so that the fragrance is released in time, the fragrance effect is ensured, the addition amount of the fragrance component raw materials is indirectly reduced, and the raw material cost is reduced.

Unless defined otherwise, technical terms used in the following examples have the same meanings as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention belongs. The test reagents used in the following examples, unless otherwise specified, are all conventional biochemical reagents; the experimental methods are conventional methods unless otherwise specified.
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.
Example 1
Preparing an effervescent bath salt ball:
1) cleaning and disinfecting production equipment and tools;
2) weighing the components in the following proportion: 0.3 part of essence, 57.57 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 420900.15 parts of CI, 0.5 part of water, 1 part of polyethylene glycol-4001 parts of eucalyptus globulus leaf oil, 0.05 part of coconut oil, 0.05 part of olive oil, 0.05 part of avocado oil, 0.015 part of cocoyl propyl betaine, 0.015 part of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and 40 parts of citric acid;
3) preparing a flavor capsule: putting the essence into a packaging machine, filling the essence into a polyvinyl alcohol water-soluble film, and performing hot-pressing film sealing to obtain a fragrant capsule;
4) putting sodium bicarbonate, pigment and water into a stirring pot, and uniformly stirring at a high speed; adding polyethylene glycol-400, Eucalyptus globulus Labill leaf oil, oleum Cocois, olive fruit oil and avocado oil, stirring, sieving, and removing large particle impurities; adding cocoyl propyl betaine and sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, and stirring uniformly; finally, adding citric acid, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture;
5) filling the mixture into the mold, adding the flavor capsule into the center during filling, and pressing to form;
6) and (3) putting the formed ball body into a drying chamber for drying for 24-48 h to obtain the effervescent bath salt ball, and packaging.
Example 2
On the basis of example 1, in contrast to example 1, a drop-wise process was used for the preparation of flavor capsules: mixing the components in a mass ratio of 1: 0.5: 1 gelatin solution prepared from gelatin, plasticizer and water and oily flavor component are respectively put into a liquid storage tank of a dripping pill machine with a double-layer dripper, and the two liquid materials are sprayed out at different speeds through a concentric tubular double-layer nozzle, so that the oily flavor component liquid drops are coated by the gelatin liquid drops and fall into cooling liquid, and are gradually solidified into flavor capsules in the cooling liquid.
The rest of the procedure was the same as in example 1.
When the prepared effervescent bath salt ball is not put into water for use, the fragrant substances can be well retained, the fragrance cannot be volatilized in a non-use stage, and the retained fragrant substances are more durable compared with bath salt balls prepared by directly adding essential oil or essence into effervescent ball powder.

3. The effervescent bath salt ball of claim 2, wherein: the vegetable oil comprises eucalyptus globulus leaf oil, coconut oil, olive oil and avocado oil in a mass ratio of 6:1:1: 1.
4. The effervescent bath salt ball of claim 2, wherein: the weight portion of the fragrant component is 0.2-0.4 portion, and the fragrant component is essence or essential oil.
5. The effervescent bath salt ball of claim 1, wherein: the water-soluble capsule wall is selected from water-soluble capsule walls taking polyvinyl alcohol water-soluble film or gelatin as a main component.
