技术领域
本申请涉及植介入生物材料的领域,尤其是涉及一种用于单髁术后翻修的全膝关节假体。
背景技术
单髁膝关节假体是用来代替膝关节的外科植入物,用于单髁膝关节置换手术。在进行单髁膝关节手术时,需要对人体胫骨上侧和股骨下侧进行切除,且切除的一半为需要进行植入单髁膝关节假体的一侧,以用于容置单髁膝关节假体。
但是当对单髁膝关节进行翻修,在改为全膝关节置换时,则需要将胫骨上侧和股骨下侧另一半切除,且需要保持本次切除后的胫骨平台与单髁手术切除后的胫骨平台平齐。目前在保持本次切除后的胫骨平台与单髁手术切除后的胫骨平台平齐时的做法为:在单髁手术切除时的平面上增加补块,然后通过锁钉将补块固定在人体胫骨上端,然后再在本次切除的胫骨平台和补块上进行全膝关节假体的安装。
但是在将补块通过锁钉固定在人体胫骨上时,将会额外增加患者的疼痛,导致手术时间较长。
发明内容
为了减少患者在单髁术后翻修时的疼痛,缩短手术时间,本申请提供一种用于单髁术后翻修的全膝关节假体。
本申请提供的一种用于单髁术后翻修的全膝关节假体采用如下的技术方案:
一种用于单髁术后翻修的全膝关节假体,包括胫骨平台以及安装在胫骨平台上的胫骨垫,所述胫骨平台包括安装台以及固接在所述安装台一侧的安装柱,所述安装台一侧的厚度大于所述安装台另一侧的厚度,所述安装台朝向所述安装柱的一侧于所述安装柱中心处形成有台阶面。
通过采用上述技术方案,当对单髁膝关节进行翻修改完全膝关节置换时,直接根据手术需要对人体胫骨上侧和股骨下侧进行处理即可,然后将胫骨平台安装在人体胫骨上侧,由于安装台一侧的厚度大于另一侧的厚度,所以对于前期做单髁膝关节置换的一侧无需再通过手术安装补块,直接将安装柱安装在人体胫骨上侧,此时,安装台朝向安装柱一侧形成的台阶面将与人体胫骨上侧由于单髁手术而形成的台阶面相适配,减少了患者翻修时由于安装补块而增加的疼痛,减少了安装补块时的手术,缩短了手术时间。
可选的,所述安装台上固接有两个限位凸台,两个所述限位凸台分别位于所述安装台相对的两侧,两个所述限位凸台相对/相背的一侧倾斜设置,每个所述限位平台从靠近安装台的一侧向远离所述安装台的一侧宽度逐渐增加,所述胫骨垫上开设有供两个限位凸台滑入的滑槽。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过两个限位凸台与滑槽的配合,可以固定住胫骨垫在限位凸台宽度方向上的位置,避免胫骨垫在限位凸台宽度方向上滑动,同时由于限位凸台相对/相背的一侧倾斜设置,所以可以限制住胫骨垫的轴向位置。
可选的,所述安装台上还固接有前侧凸台,所述前侧凸台和两个所述限位凸台在空间上形成三角形的锁定结构。
通过采用上述技术方案,前侧凸台的设置可以固定住胫骨垫在限位凸台长度方向的位置,避免胫骨垫在外力作用下在安装台上滑动,而实现限位凸台与滑槽解除配合关系。
可选的,所述前侧凸台朝向所述限位凸台的一侧开设有卡槽,所述胫骨垫一侧固接有用于与所述卡槽卡接配合的卡块。
通过采用上述技术方案,当将胫骨垫安装在安装台上时,胫骨垫上的卡块刚好插入卡槽内,可以固定住胫骨垫的周向位置,使得胫骨垫的固定更加牢固。

限位台宽度的渐变设置,使得可以同时固定住胫骨垫的径向位置和轴向位置,降低了胫骨垫从放置容腔内滑出的概率;
水泥槽的设置可以增加安装台和人体胫骨的安装面积,使得胫骨平台的安装更加牢固,安装稳定性更好。

本申请实施例公开一种用于单髁术后翻修的全膝关节假体。参照图1,全膝关节假体包括胫骨平台1以及安装在胫骨平台1上的胫骨垫2,其中,胫骨平台1包括安装台11以及固接在安装台11一侧的安装柱12,安装台11一侧的厚度大于安装台11另一侧的厚度,在安装台11朝向安装柱12的一侧形成有台阶面,台阶面位于安装柱12中心处。胫骨垫2位于安装台11远离安装柱12的一侧。当对单髁膝关节假体术后翻修时,由于单髁膝关节手术时对人体胫骨的切除较多,所以在进行全膝关节置换手术中安装胫骨平台1时,设置安装台11位于单髁手术一侧的厚度大于另一侧的厚度,然后在将胫骨平台1安装在人体胫骨上时,安装台11形成的台阶面将和人体胫骨上由于单髁手术切割而形成的台阶面贴合。使得无需进行补块,即可完成胫骨平台1的安装,且安装后的胫骨平台1与人体胫骨非常贴合。减少了安装补块所占用的手术时间和操作过程,大大减少了患者由于安装补块而产生的疼痛,简化了手术步骤,缩短了手术时间。
其中,安装台11一侧的厚度大于安装台11另一侧的厚度,具体的为,在安装台11一侧固接有增加安装台11厚度的填块13,通过填块13可以增加安装台11一侧的厚度,使得安装台11一侧的厚度大于另一侧的厚度。其中,填块13的厚度值可以根据实际情况设计。因为在进行单髁手术时,每个患者病患的程度不同,切除的胫骨程度也不同,所以在实际使用时,可以根据不同患者的切除程度选择合适厚度的填块13。且填块13的位置也需要根据患者前期单髁手术的位置确定,使得填块13位于单髁手术切除的一侧,安装时,填块13将位于待安装补块的位置。本申请通过将填块13固接在安装台11上,相比较现有的将补块通过锁钉安装在人体胫骨上,操作更加方便,降低了对人体造成的伤害,节省了手术时间。
同时填块13固接在安装台11上一方面避免了将补块直接安装在人体胫骨上而对人体造成的伤害,缩短手术时间;另一方便,填块13的设置而形成的台阶面,使得安装台11与人体胫骨之间的配合更加贴合,可以对安装台11起到周向限位的作用,提高安装台11安装后的稳定性。
其中,为了增加安装台11和安装柱12之间的连接强度,在安装台11和安装柱12之间固接有加强肋14,加强肋14环绕安装柱12的轴线等间距设置有多个,本申请以加强肋14设置四个为例进行说明。
参照图2,在将胫骨平台1安装在人体胫骨上时,通过将安装柱12固定在人体胫骨上,即可实现胫骨平台1的安装。其中,为了提高胫骨平台1的安装强度,在安装台11朝向安装柱12的一侧还开设有水泥槽111,水泥槽111中可以填充骨水泥,在将胫骨平台1通过安装柱12固定在人体胫骨上时,也可以在水泥槽111中填充骨水泥,通过骨水泥将安装台11固定在人体胫骨上,使得胫骨平台1的安装更加牢固。
参照图1和图3,胫骨垫2可拆卸连接在安装台11远离安装柱12的一侧,具体的,在安装台11远离安装柱12的一侧固接有两个限位凸台15,两个限位凸台15分别位于安装台11的两侧;且两个限位凸台15一侧倾斜设置,具体的,每个限位凸台15的厚度从靠近安装台11的一侧向远离安装台11的一侧逐渐增加。其中,两个限位凸台15一侧倾斜设置,可以为两个限位凸台15相对的一侧倾斜设置,也可以为两个限位凸台15相背的一侧倾斜设置。参照图4,在胫骨垫2上开设有供两个限位凸台15嵌入的滑槽21,滑槽21连通至胫骨垫2一侧,通过将限位凸台15从胫骨垫2一侧滑动至滑槽21中,即可固定住胫骨垫2在安装台11上的位置,避免胫骨垫2向限位凸台15宽度方向滑动,同时也避免胫骨垫2向远离安装台11的方向滑动。
参照图3和图4,为了避免在将胫骨垫2安装在安装台11上时,胫骨垫2在安装台11上沿限位凸台15长度方向滑动,在安装台11上还固接有前侧凸台16,在胫骨垫2上开设有供前侧凸台16嵌入的容纳槽22。前侧凸台16和两个限位凸台15之间在空间上形成三角形的锁定结构,且前侧凸台16和两个限位凸台15之间形成供供胫骨垫2放入的放置容腔17。安装时,直接将胫骨垫2从放置容腔17处放置在安装台11上,然后操作胫骨垫2向限位凸台15所在方向滑动,从而使得限位凸台15与滑槽21配合。通过限位凸台15和前侧凸台16的配合即可固定住胫骨垫2的径向位置和轴向位置,降低胫骨垫2在安装台11上滑动以及胫骨垫2从安装台11上掉落的概率。
滑槽21和容纳槽22的设置,使得当将胫骨垫2安装在安装台11上时,能够牢固的固定住胫骨垫2在安装台11上的位置,且限位凸台15和前侧凸台16也不会露至外界影响正常的手术工作。
参照图3和图4,同时,为了限制住胫骨垫2的周向位置,降低胫骨垫2安装在安装台11上后在外力作用下转动,在前侧平台朝向限位凸台15的一侧开设有卡槽161,同时在胫骨垫2上固接有与卡槽161卡接配合的卡块23,卡块23固接在容纳槽22侧壁上,卡块23包括固接在胫骨垫2上的固定块231和垂直固接在固定块231一侧的抵接块232。抵接块232和固定块231一体成形,使得抵接块232和固定块231形成弹性件。当将胫骨垫2从放置容腔17处滑动至限位凸台15处时,两个限位凸台15将与滑槽21配合,然后直接向下压动胫骨垫2,抵接块232将抵接前侧凸台16侧壁处,并在前侧凸台16抵接力的作用下相对于胫骨垫2弹性移动,直至抵接块232滑动至卡槽161内,从而固定住胫骨垫2的周向位置。当然,为了便于将卡块23滑动至卡槽161内,在抵接块232与前侧凸台16抵接的一侧设置有导向面2321,导向面2321位于抵接块232远离固定块231的一侧,当将胫骨垫2从放置容腔17处放置在安装台11上时,两个限位凸台15将与滑槽21配合,然后按压胫骨垫2,抵接块232的导向面2321将与前侧凸台16抵接并顺利的滑动至卡槽161内。从而实现对胫骨垫2周向位置的固定。
本申请实施例一种用于单髁术后翻修的全膝关节假体的实施原理为:当对单髁膝关节手术进行翻修改为全膝关节置换时,可以根据患者需要增加补块的位置和需要增加补块的尺寸设置填块13,并将填块13与安装台11固接。手术时,医生直接将安装柱12插入人体胫骨上待安装位置,使得安装台11朝向安装柱12一侧的台阶面与人体胫骨上端由于单髁手术时切割形成的台阶面配合。医生直接就可以进行全膝关节置换手术,而无需将补块通过锁钉安装在人体胫骨上,减少了患者在翻修时的疼痛,减少了手术步骤,缩短了手术时间。在进行手术时,直接通过骨水泥将安装柱12固定在人体胫骨上,并在水泥槽111中填充骨水泥,即可将安装台11固接在人体胫骨上。然后再将胫骨垫2安装在安装台11上,即可固定住胫骨垫2在胫骨平台1上的位置。
以上均为本申请的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本申请的保护范围,故:凡依本申请的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于单髁术后翻修的全膝关节假体,包括胫骨平台(1)以及安装在胫骨平台(1)上的胫骨垫(2),其特征在于:所述胫骨平台(1)包括安装台(11)以及固接在所述安装台(11)一侧的安装柱(12),所述安装台(11)一侧的厚度大于所述安装台(11)另一侧的厚度,所述安装台(11)朝向所述安装柱(12)的一侧于所述安装柱(12)中心处形成有台阶面;
所述安装台(11)上固接有两个限位凸台(15),两个所述限位凸台(15)分别位于所述安装台(11)相对的两侧,两个所述限位凸台(15)相对或相背的一侧倾斜设置,每个所述限位平台从靠近安装台(11)的一侧向远离所述安装台(11)的一侧宽度逐渐增加,所述胫骨垫(2)上开设有供两个限位凸台(15)滑入的滑槽(21);
所述安装台(11)上固接有前侧凸台(16),所述前侧凸台(16)和两个所述限位凸台(15)在空间上形成三角形的锁定结构;
在安装台(11)一侧固接有增加安装台(11)厚度的填块(13),通过填块(13)可以增加安装台(11)一侧的厚度,使得安装台(11)一侧的厚度大于另一侧的厚度;在安装台11朝向安装柱(12)的一侧还开设有水泥槽(111)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于单髁术后翻修的全膝关节假体,其特征在于:所述前侧凸台(16)朝向所述限位凸台(15)的一侧开设有卡槽(161),所述胫骨垫(2)一侧固接有用于与所述卡槽(161)卡接配合的卡块(23)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于单髁术后翻修的全膝关节假体,其特征在于:所述卡块(23)包括固接在胫骨垫(2)上的固定块(231)和垂直固接在固定块(231)上的抵接块(232)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于单髁术后翻修的全膝关节假体,其特征在于:所述抵接块(232)远离所述胫骨垫(2)的一侧设置有导向面(2321)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于单髁术后翻修的全膝关节假体,其特征在于:所述安装柱(12)和所述安装台(11)之间固接有加强肋(14)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于单髁术后翻修的全膝关节假体,其特征在于:所述加强肋(14)环绕所述安装柱(12)的轴线间隔设置有多个。
