The invention provides a sweet almond oil soft capsule which comprises a capsule shell and an inclusion compound wrapped in the capsule shell, wherein the capsule shell is made of gelatin, glycerol and omega-3 fatty acid, and the inclusion compound comprises sweet almond oil.
The soft sweet almond oil capsule provided by the invention is characterized in that omega-3 fatty acid is added into the capsule shell of the soft sweet almond oil, the omega-3 fatty acid can interact with omega-6 fatty acid linoleic acid in the sweet almond oil to jointly regulate the growth and development of a human body, the dynamic balance of the omega-3 fatty acid and the omega-6 fatty acid linoleic acid is beneficial to the stable environment and the functional stability and the normal growth and development of the human body, the stable cell membrane structure can be maintained, the gene expression can be regulated, and the balance of cell factors and lipoprotein can be maintained. The sweet almond oil soft capsule provided by the invention has balanced nutrition, is beneficial to the growth and development of human bodies, and can maintain the dynamic balance in the human bodies.
Researches show that about 20 percent of linoleic acid is contained in the sweet almond oil, the linoleic acid is omega-6 fatty acid, and in order to ensure that a human body obtains balanced unsaturated fatty acid, in the embodiment of the invention, the omega-3 fatty acid is added into the capsule shell of the sweet almond oil soft capsule, and the omega-3 fatty acid is necessary nutrition for human, can promote the reduction of triglyceride, is beneficial to heart health, and has treatment effect on various diseases of the human body. The omega-3 fatty acid adopted by the invention can be any one of the three, and also can be any two or three of the three, and more preferably, the omega-3 fatty acid comprises at least one of eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid, thus being more beneficial to the growth and development of human bodies.
In addition, preferably, the gelatin is edible gelatin, the edible gelatin is processed by utilizing collagen of bones and skins of animals such as pigs, cows, sheep and the like through denaturation and degradation, contains more than 8L-type amino acids, is pure protein, does not contain fat and cholesterol, is easy to be absorbed by human bodies, and has certain curative effect on certain diseases, especially has ideal nutritive value for the development of children. The sweet almond oil soft capsule has richer nutrition and is easier to be absorbed by human body by adopting edible gelatin.
The invention also does not limit the proportion of the gelatin and the glycerol in the capsule shell, and preferably, the mass ratio of the gelatin to the glycerol is (5-10): (2-4). The capsule shell is not easy to break under the above proportion, and can be uniformly released and absorbed by human body after being ingested by human body.
In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, the capsule shell further includes starch, and the starch is used as a disintegrating agent for accelerating the disintegrating speed of the capsule shell of the sweet almond oil soft capsule, so that the sweet almond oil soft capsule can be rapidly disintegrated after entering a human body, and release nutrients to be absorbed by the human body. And the starch is used as a natural disintegrating agent and is harmless to human bodies.

In addition, the vacuum defoaming time is preferably 1-2 h, and the defoaming effect is good within the defoaming time.
It is understood that the vacuum degree and the time of the vacuum deaeration can be satisfied by both of them, or by only one of them, and as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the both of them are satisfied at the same time, and the deaeration effect is the best.
It should be noted that other raw materials of the capsule shell comprise essential components of glycerol and omega-3 fatty acid, and can also comprise other optional components of starch and organic calcium.
S20, pressing the mixture at 70-80 ℃ to prepare a soft film.
Specifically, this step may operate as follows:

The steps can be carried out in an automatic rotary capsule rolling machine, the sweet almond oil used by the invention can be purchased from the market or can be prepared, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s31, soaking the sweet almonds in water, rubbing the sweet almonds into skins, and cleaning the skins to obtain peeled sweet almonds;
s32, drying the peeled sweet almonds at 40-60 ℃, and performing cold pressing to obtain crude oil;
s33, filtering and refining the crude oil to obtain the sweet almond oil.
Preferably, the temperature during cold pressing is 40-50 ℃, and in the temperature range, the nutrient components are completely reserved and the nutrition is rich.
The preparation method of the sweet almond oil soft capsule provided by the invention is simple and convenient, is convenient to operate, has all the beneficial effects of the sweet almond oil soft capsule, and is not repeated herein.
An example of the method for preparing the sweet almond oil soft capsule proposed by the present invention is given below:
(1) soaking edible gelatin in water for swelling, and adding other raw materials (glycerol, omega-3 fatty acid, starch and organic calcium) of the capsule shell, wherein the mass ratio of the gelatin to the glycerol is (5-10): (2-4), after uniformly stirring, defoaming in vacuum for 1-2 h under the vacuum degree of-0.06 to-0.07 MPa to obtain a mixture;

(3) soaking sweet almonds in water, then rubbing the soaked sweet almonds into skins, cleaning the skins to obtain peeled sweet almonds, drying the peeled sweet almonds at 40-60 ℃, carrying out cold pressing at 40-50 ℃ to obtain crude oil, and filtering and refining the crude oil to obtain sweet almond oil;
(4) pressing the soft capsule, sweet almond oil and linseed oil into a soft capsule, wherein the mass ratio of the sweet almond oil to the omega-3 fatty acid is (30-45): 1, the mass ratio of the sweet almond oil to the linseed oil is 1: (0.5 to 4).
The technical solutions of the present invention are further described in detail with reference to the following specific examples, which should be understood as merely illustrative and not limitative.
Example 1
(1) Soaking edible gelatin in water to swell, adding other raw materials (glycerol, eicosapentaenoic acid, starch and organic calcium) of the capsule shell, wherein the mass ratio of the gelatin to the glycerol is 5: 4, stirring uniformly, and then defoaming in vacuum for 1h under the vacuum degree of-0.06 MPa to obtain a mixture;
(2) pressing the mixture at 70 ℃ to prepare a soft film;
(3) soaking sweet almond in water, peeling, cleaning to obtain peeled sweet almond, oven drying at 40 deg.C, cold pressing at 40 deg.C to obtain crude oil, filtering and refining to obtain sweet almond oil;
(4) and pressing the soft capsule, the sweet almond oil and the linseed oil into the soft capsule, wherein the mass ratio of the sweet almond oil to the eicosapentaenoic acid is 30: 1, the mass ratio of the sweet almond oil to the linseed oil is 1: 0.5.
example 2
(1) Soaking edible gelatin in water to swell, adding other raw materials (glycerol, eicosapentaenoic acid, docosahexaenoic acid, starch and organic calcium) of the capsule shell, wherein the mass ratio of the gelatin to the glycerol is 10: 2, after uniformly stirring, defoaming in vacuum for 2 hours under the vacuum degree of-0.07 MPa to obtain a mixture;
(2) pressing the mixture at 80 ℃ to form a soft film;
(3) soaking sweet almond in water, peeling, cleaning to obtain peeled sweet almond, oven drying at 60 deg.C, cold pressing at 50 deg.C to obtain crude oil, and filtering and refining to obtain sweet almond oil;
(4) and pressing the soft capsule, the sweet almond oil and the linseed oil into the soft capsule, wherein the mass ratio of the sweet almond oil to the eicosapentaenoic acid and the docosahexaenoic acid is 45: 1, the mass ratio of the sweet almond oil to the linseed oil is 1: 1.
example 3
(1) Soaking edible gelatin in water to swell, and adding other raw materials (glycerol, linolenic acid, starch and organic calcium) of the capsule shell, wherein the mass ratio of the gelatin to the glycerol is 7: 3, after uniformly stirring, defoaming in vacuum for 1h under the vacuum degree of-0.07 MPa to obtain a mixture;
(2) pressing the mixture at 75 ℃ to form a soft film;
(3) soaking sweet almond in water, peeling, cleaning to obtain peeled sweet almond, oven drying at 50 deg.C, cold pressing at 45 deg.C to obtain crude oil, and filtering and refining to obtain sweet almond oil;
(4) and pressing the soft capsule, the sweet almond oil and the linseed oil into a soft capsule, wherein the mass ratio of the sweet almond oil to the linolenic acid is 38: 1, the mass ratio of the sweet almond oil to the linseed oil is 1: 2.
example 4
(1) Soaking edible gelatin in water to swell, adding other materials (glycerol, linolenic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid, docosahexaenoic acid, starch, organic calcium) of capsule shell, wherein the mass ratio of gelatin to glycerol is 8: 3, after uniformly stirring, defoaming in vacuum for 2 hours under the vacuum degree of-0.06 MPa to obtain a mixture;
(2) pressing the mixture at 72 ℃ to form a soft film;
(3) soaking sweet almond in water, peeling, cleaning to obtain peeled sweet almond, oven drying at 45 deg.C, cold pressing at 48 deg.C to obtain crude oil, and filtering and refining to obtain sweet almond oil;
(4) and pressing the soft capsule, the sweet almond oil and the linseed oil into the soft capsule, wherein the mass ratio of the sweet almond oil to the substances of linolenic acid, eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid is 37: 1, the mass ratio of the sweet almond oil to the linseed oil is 1: 3.
example 5
(1) Soaking edible gelatin in water to swell, adding other raw materials (glycerol, docosahexaenoic acid, starch and organic calcium) of capsule shell, wherein the mass ratio of gelatin to glycerol is 5: 2, after uniformly stirring, defoaming in vacuum for 1h under the vacuum degree of-0.07 MPa to obtain a mixture;
(2) pressing the mixture at 79 ℃ to form a soft film;
(3) soaking sweet almond in water, peeling, cleaning to obtain peeled sweet almond, oven drying at 55 deg.C, cold pressing at 44 deg.C to obtain crude oil, and filtering and refining to obtain sweet almond oil;
(4) and pressing the soft capsule, the sweet almond oil and the linseed oil into a soft capsule, wherein the mass ratio of the sweet almond oil to the docosahexaenoic acid is 35: 1, the mass ratio of the sweet almond oil to the linseed oil is 1: (0.5-4) the mass ratio of the sweet almond oil to the linseed oil is 1: 4.
example 6
(1) Soaking edible gelatin in water to swell, adding other materials (glycerol, eicosapentaenoic acid, and docosahexaenoic acid) of capsule shell, wherein the mass ratio of gelatin to glycerol is 9: 3, after uniformly stirring, defoaming in vacuum for 2 hours under the vacuum degree of-0.07 MPa to obtain a mixture;

The procedure was the same as in example 1 except that the omega-3 fatty acid (eicosapentaenoic acid) was not added.

The following tests were carried out for examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 2:
the test consisted of 35 healthy volunteers, and 35 volunteers were randomly divided into 7 groups of 5 persons each, corresponding to the administration of the same dose of the sweet almond oil software capsules of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 2 per day, and after 30 days, the BMI (body mass index) and the total content of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) in the blood of the volunteers were measured, to obtain table 1.

Referring to table 1, it can be seen that the sweet almond oil soft capsules provided by the embodiments of the present invention can effectively regulate the dynamic balance of human body, regulate the mass ratio of human body to be in the middle most healthy state, improve the body quality of human body, and increase the content of omega-3 fatty acids in blood, but the comparative example 1 without adding omega-3 fatty acids, and the comparative example 2 without adding linseed oil, the regulating effect on human body mass index and the content of omega-3 fatty acids in body are both less than those of the embodiments 1 to 6, which shows that the addition of the omega-3 fatty acids and linseed oil of the present invention can interact with linoleic acid in sweet almond oil, regulate the growth and development of human body, and maintain the dynamic balance in human body.
In conclusion, the sweet almond oil soft capsule provided by the invention has balanced nutrition, is beneficial to the growth and development of human bodies, and can maintain the dynamic balance in the human bodies.

s20, pressing the mixture at 70-80 ℃ to prepare a soft film;
s30, pressing the soft capsule, the sweet almond oil and the linseed oil into soft capsules.
8. The method for preparing a sweet almond oil soft capsule as claimed in claim 7, wherein in step S10, the degree of vacuum of the vacuum defoamation is-0.06 to-0.07 MPa; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the vacuum defoaming time is 1-2 h.
9. The method for preparing a sweet almond oil soft capsule according to claim 7, wherein in step S30, the sweet almond oil is prepared by the following method:
