Abstract

本发明提供了一种环保阻燃铝箔胶带及其制作方法,该铝箔胶带是在铝箔层基层上依次设置了第一胶层、玻璃纤维丝网夹筋强化层、第二胶层和覆膜牛皮纸层,经涂覆、烘干、固化、辊压制得。在制作过程中,采用了氢化松香改性的聚氨酯‑丙烯酸酯共聚复合乳液作为主粘剂,不使用有机溶剂,避免了环境污染,所用的磷氮复合阻燃剂,具有优秀的阻燃效果且燃烧时不会有大量黑烟和有害物质,添加的玻璃纤维丝网夹筋强化层,能有效提高铝箔胶带的纵向和横向抗拉强度。成品具有优秀粘黏性和阻燃性,无毒、无挥发性,具有环境友好特性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶带及其制作方法,尤其涉及一种环保阻燃铝箔胶带及其制作方法。
背景技术
目前市场上的胶带种类错综复杂,以油性胶带占据市场主导地位,油性胶带的油性涂层胶是以油性溶剂(甲苯、DMF、酮等)作为溶剂,将丙烯酸或聚氨酯溶解而成,其优点是成膜性好、牢度好,缺点是由于使用了油性溶剂,所以环保方面存在比较大的问题,满足不了营运客车等相关行业对空气质量的要求,而且油性胶烘干过程中挥发出来的溶剂存在燃烧爆炸的潜在危险,对环境造成污染和对操作人员产生刺激或毒害。在阻燃方面,胶带常用卤系(氟氯溴碘)阻燃剂,其优点是用量少、阻燃效率高且适应性广,但其严重缺点是燃烧时生成大量的烟和有毒且具腐蚀性的气体,危害很大。
铝箔胶带因其粘性好、附着力强、吸热散热快、保温隔热和耐氧化等特性,广泛应用于冰箱、空凋、汽车、建筑、电子等行业,传统的油性阻燃铝箔胶带和水性卤系阻燃铝箔胶带因使用油性溶剂和卤系阻燃剂、导致的环保问题,已经不适用于这些行业了。
发明内容
根据以上情况,本发明提供了一种环保阻燃铝箔胶带,包括铝箔层、第一胶层、玻璃纤维丝网夹筋强化层、第二胶层和覆膜牛皮纸层,所述铝箔层是基层,在铝箔层上依次设置有第一胶层、玻璃纤维丝网夹筋强化层、第二胶层和覆膜牛皮纸层。
其中,所述第一胶层和第二胶层均为阻燃水性压敏胶,配方重量比如下:主黏剂1000份、增稠剂2-10份、润湿剂20-100份和磷氮复合阻燃剂40-100份;所述主黏剂为氢化松香改性的聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯共聚复合乳液,所述增稠剂为ASE-60,所述润湿剂为拉开粉BX、渗透剂JFC、快T中的一种,所述磷氮复合阻燃剂为添加了阻燃增塑剂磷酸三甲苯酯,主要成分是磷酸铵盐、三聚氰胺、聚磷酸铵和氢氧化铝含磷量27-32%含氮量35-42%的复配阻燃剂。
优选地、所述氢化松香改性的聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯共聚复合乳液的固含量为42-52%,氢化松香含量为4-7wt%,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯前驱单体和丙烯酸酯前驱单体的重量比为7.5-9:10。
一种环保阻燃铝箔胶带的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)阻燃水性压敏胶制备:将磷氮复合阻燃剂加入主黏剂中搅拌均匀,用球磨机湿磨40-60min,再加入增稠剂、润湿剂、中和剂,用搅拌机高速搅拌1-2h,静置12h-15h使胶液中气泡慢慢消除。
(2)在涂布机上,将铝箔平铺,将过程1所述阻燃水性压敏胶均匀涂布到整个铝箔层上,用鼓风机加热烘干,制得第一胶层;将玻璃纤维丝网裁剪贴合在第一胶层上,制得玻璃纤维丝网夹筋强化层;再次在玻璃纤维丝网上涂覆同等厚度的阻燃水性压敏胶,同样方式鼓机加热烘干,制得第二胶层;最后置于烘箱中在120-140℃下固化2-4min后,冷却至常温。
(3)覆膜牛皮纸放卷、裁剪后,将牛皮纸覆有离型膜的一面与(2)中第二胶层贴合,待完全贴合后在复合机上进行辊压合,再收卷、分切成各种规格的成品进行包装,即得本发明所述的一种环保阻燃铝箔胶带。
优选地、步骤(1)中:所述中和剂为为氢氧化钠、醋酸钠和氨水中的一种或多种,调节pH值至6-8。
优选地、步骤(2)中:所述鼓风机加热鼓风温度为80-90℃,烘干时间为4-7min;所述俩次阻燃水性压敏胶涂覆量根据烘干后每层胶层胶厚为15-25μm决定。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明提供的一种环保阻燃铝箔胶带,用水性共聚复合乳液代替传统的橡胶类来制备压敏胶,可以避免有机溶剂的使用,避免环境污染,所用的磷氮复合阻燃剂较传统的卤系阻燃剂,具有等效的阻燃效果且燃烧时不会有大量黑烟和有害物质,添加的玻璃纤维丝网夹筋强化层,能有效提高铝箔胶带的纵向和横向抗拉强度。同时本发明优化了铝箔胶带制作方法,使其成品具有优秀的粘性和阻燃性,氧指数可达28%以上,各项性能达到客车等行业规定的内饰材料阻燃特性标准。
2、本发明第一胶层和第二胶层提供的阻燃水性压敏胶,是一种水性磷氮系阻燃胶,制作过程中以水代替传统的有机溶剂,磷氮复合阻燃剂代替传统的卤系阻燃剂,使得该压敏胶无毒、无挥发性,具有环境友好特性,能满足极高的空气质量要求,产品TVOC含量较低,不含氟氯溴碘成分。
3、在本发明提供的作为主黏剂的氢化松香改性的聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯共聚复合乳液中,氢化松香是一种增粘树脂,少量的加入能有效的增加压敏胶的粘性,聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯共聚复合乳液相比单一的丙烯酸酯聚合乳液,共聚物具有更高的交联程度,剪切强度得到强化,从而持粘性得到极大的提升。同时本发明优化了水性阻燃压敏胶制作配方比,在阻燃性和粘性上面找到了一个平衡点,极大提升其阻燃性的同时,原有的粘黏性也得到了保障,在高温环境下,粘性仍然保持。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例来进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1:
本实施例按本发明提供的内容制成的一种环保阻燃铝箔胶带,主要用于营运客车内,解决营运客车内饰材料拼接接缝问题,能满足客车整车全系阻燃要求和到达客车内饰用材料的阻燃标准。
该环保阻燃铝箔胶带,从基层到外层依次包括:0.045mm厚的铝箔层、20μm厚的第一胶层、0.1mm厚的玻璃纤维丝网夹筋强化层、20μm厚的第二胶层和0.065mm厚的覆膜牛皮纸层。第一胶层和第二胶层的阻燃水性压敏胶,配方重量比如下:主黏剂1000份、ASE-60增稠剂6份、JFC渗透剂50份和磷氮复合阻燃剂70份。
选择固含量为50%的氢化松香改性的聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯共聚复合乳液作为主黏剂:是向溶解有6wt%氢化松香的聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯混合前驱单体水溶液中加入0.4wt%的引发剂、0.9wt%的交联剂和2.5wt%的乳化剂,在反应釜内通过乳液聚合方法制得,所用聚氨酯丙烯酸酯前驱单体和丙烯酸酯前驱单体的重量比为4:5。选择含磷量29%含氮量38%的磷氮复合阻燃剂,为添加了阻燃增塑剂磷酸三甲苯酯,主要成分是磷酸铵盐、三聚氰胺、聚磷酸铵和氢氧化铝的复配阻燃剂。
该环保阻燃铝箔胶带的制作过程如下:
(1)阻燃水性压敏胶制备:将70份磷氮复合阻燃剂加入1000份主黏剂乳液,用球磨机湿磨50min,再加入ASE-60增稠剂6份和JFC渗透剂50份,加入25%浓度的氨水调节pH值至7左右。最后用搅拌机高速搅拌1.5h,静置14h使胶液中气泡慢慢消除。
(2)在涂布机上,将铝箔平铺,将过程1所得到阻燃水性压敏胶均匀涂布到整个铝箔层上,用鼓风机加热到90℃烘干5min,制得胶厚为20μm第一胶层。将0.1mm厚的玻璃纤维丝网裁剪贴合在第一胶层上,制得玻璃纤维丝网夹筋强化层。再次在玻璃纤维丝网上涂覆同等厚度的阻燃水性压敏胶,同样方式鼓机加热烘干,制得20μm厚第二胶层。最后置于烘箱中在130℃下固化3min后,冷却至常温。
(3)0.065mm厚覆膜牛皮纸放卷、裁剪后,将牛皮纸覆有离型膜的一面与第二胶层贴合,待完全贴合后在复合机上以5m/min的速度进行辊压合,再传送至压花机上,对铝箔层的另一面进行图案压花,图案摩擦纹能防止脱胶和起泡等现象。最后在收卷机和切割机上收卷、分切成10cmm宽40m长的呈卷产品来进行包装,即得本案例所述的主要用于营运客车内的一种环保阻燃铝箔胶带。
实施例2:
本实施例是按本发明提供的内容,改变以下参数同实施例1制备的主要用于营运客车内一种环保阻燃铝箔胶带:
第一胶层和第二胶层的阻燃水性压敏胶,配方重量比如下:主黏剂1000份、ASE-60增稠剂9份、70份拉开粉BX和磷氮复合阻燃剂50份。选择固含量为44%的氢化松香改性的聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯共聚复合乳液作为主黏剂:溶解有4wt%氢化松香,所用聚氨酯丙烯酸酯前驱单体和丙烯酸酯前驱单体的重量比为7.5:10。选择含磷量27%含氮量41%的磷氮复合阻燃剂。鼓风机加热到80℃烘干7min,烘箱中在120℃下固化4min。
实施例3:
本实施例是按本发明提供的内容,改变以下参数同实施例1制备的一种主要用于营运客车内环保阻燃铝箔胶带:
第一胶层和第二胶层的阻燃水性压敏胶,配方重量比如下:主黏剂1000份、ASE-60增稠剂4份、80份快T和磷氮复合阻燃剂90份。选择固含量为52%的氢化松香改性的聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯共聚复合乳液作为主黏剂:溶解有7wt%氢化松香,所用聚氨酯丙烯酸酯前驱单体和丙烯酸酯前驱单体的重量比为9:10。选择含磷量31%含氮量37%的磷氮复合阻燃剂。鼓风机加热到85℃烘干6min,烘箱中在140℃下固化2min。
对上述实施例得到的产品和市售的常见同等规格的油性阻燃铝箔胶带、水性卤系阻燃铝箔胶带和普通不阻燃铝箔胶带进行性能测试,作性能对比来进一步阐述本发明的有益效果。测试时均为将牛皮纸层撕除后进行测试,其结果均为多个胶带试样的平均数值或表现情况。
根据GBT2406.2 2009、GBT8627-2007试验方法、Q-FTA259-2017检测指标和JT-T1095-2016指标限值得到各项性能见下表1。

参照GBT15903-1995压敏胶粘带耐燃性试验方法,进行阻燃性能测试:将300mm*25mm的胶带样品一端粘贴有宽25mm高30mm的等腰三角形滤纸,垂直放入防护罩中,点燃滤纸后立即移开火源,关闭防护罩门,观察试样的燃烧情况,直到火焰自动熄灭,其结果见表2。

根据GB/T 4852-2002压敏粘带初粘性试验方法中的斜槽滚球法,所用球号为16#钢球,斜槽倾斜角为21°30’,测定试样的初粘性。参照GBT4851-2014胶粘带持粘性的试验方法中的方法A,根据实际客户使用要求,试样所粘贴的材质为表面光滑的304不锈钢板,下端悬挂500g砝码,裁剪试样,使其与钢板的粘贴面积为10*10cm,在24℃的常温和85℃的高温下,在胶带保持力试验机上分别测定500g砝码位移1mm所持续时间。其结果见表3。

由表1和表2可知,本发明提供的一种环保阻燃铝箔胶带,在阻燃性能上,较油性阻燃铝箔胶带和水性卤系阻燃铝箔胶带有更优异的表现,且TVOC含量较低,耐燃性试验时释放出的烟气较少,无毒无害,更具环境友好性,各项性能达到JT-T1095-2016客车内饰材料阻燃标准。由表3可知,本发明提供的一种环保阻燃铝箔胶带在提高阻燃防火性能时,其黏性得到了保证,在85℃环境下仍具良好粘性。

Claims (6)

1.一种环保阻燃铝箔胶带,其特征在于,以铝箔层为基层,在铝箔层上依次设置有第一胶层、玻璃纤维丝网夹筋强化层、第二胶层和覆膜牛皮纸层;
其中,所述第一胶层和第二胶层均为阻燃水性压敏胶,包括以下重量份的组分:主黏剂1000份、增稠剂2-10份、润湿剂20-100份和磷氮复合阻燃剂40-100份,所述磷氮复合阻燃剂为添加了阻燃增塑剂磷酸三甲苯酯,主要成分是磷酸铵盐、三聚氰胺、聚磷酸铵和氢氧化铝,含磷量27-32%、含氮量35-42%的复配阻燃剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保阻燃铝箔胶带,其特征在于,所述主黏剂为氢化松香改性的聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯共聚复合乳液;所述增稠剂为ASE-60,所述润湿剂为拉开粉BX、渗透剂JFC、快T中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保阻燃铝箔胶带,其特征在于,所述氢化松香改性的聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯共聚复合乳液的固含量为42-52%,氢化松香含量为4-7wt%,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯前驱单体和丙烯酸酯前驱单体的重量比为7.5-9:10。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的环保阻燃铝箔胶带的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)阻燃水性压敏胶制备:将40-100份磷氮复合阻燃剂加入1000份主黏剂中搅拌均匀,用球磨机湿磨40-60min,再加入增稠剂2-10份、润湿剂20-100份、中和剂,用搅拌机高速搅拌1-2h,静置12h-15h使胶液中气泡消除。
(2)在涂布机上,将铝箔平铺,将(1)所述阻燃水性压敏胶均匀涂布到整个铝箔层上,用鼓风机加热烘干,制得第一胶层;将玻璃纤维丝网裁剪贴合在第一胶层上,制得玻璃纤维丝网夹筋强化层;再次在玻璃纤维丝网上涂覆同等厚度的阻燃水性压敏胶,加热烘干后制得第二胶层;最后置于烘箱中在120-140℃下固化2-4min后,冷却至常温。
(3)覆膜牛皮纸放卷、裁剪后,将牛皮纸覆有离型膜的一面与(2)中第二胶层贴合,待完全贴合后在复合机上进行辊压合,再收卷、分切成各种规格的成品进行包装。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中:所述中和剂为为氢氧化钠、醋酸钠和氨水中的一种或多种,调节pH值至6-8。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中:所述鼓风机加热鼓风温度为80-90℃,烘干时间为4-7min。
