3 | High dose group | 100 | 6 | 94% | 92% |
4 | Middle dose group | 100 | 10 | 90% | 89% |
5 | Low dose group | 100 | 28 | 72% | 68% |
6 | Pulsatilla oral liquid group | 100 | 26 | 74% | 70% |
At the end of the test, a small amount of chickens in the medium-dose group, the low-dose group and the drug control group of the Chinese pulsatilla root granules for livestock and poultry have clinical symptoms that excrement adheres to anus.
2.2 statistical analysis
The chi-square (X) test shows that the death rate of each medicine group is extremely obvious and is higher than that of the medicines without infection (P is less than 0.01), and the cure rate is also extremely obvious and is higher than that of the medicines without infection (P is less than 0.01). The animal Chinese pulsatilla root granule high-dose group and the animal Chinese pulsatilla root granule medium-dose group are respectively extremely obvious or remarkably higher than the low-dose group (P is less than 0.01 or 0.01 is less than P is less than 0.05), the animal Chinese pulsatilla root granule high-dose group and the animal Chinese pulsatilla root granule medium-dose group are also extremely obvious in difference (P is less than 0.01) and compared with the animal Chinese pulsatilla root oral liquid medicine control group, and the animal Chinese pulsatilla root granule low-dose group and the animal Chinese pulsatilla root oral liquid medicine control group are not obvious in difference (P is more than 0.05).
Discussion of 3
3.1 the result of statistical analysis of the cure rate shows that the low dose of the Chinese pulsatilla root granules for livestock and poultry has lower curative effect on the chicken colibacillosis. The curative effect of the high and medium dosage is obviously better than that of the low dosage, the cure rate of the low dosage is less than 80 percent, the curative amount is obviously insufficient, and the cure rate of the medium dosage group is obviously higher than that of the low dosage and the medicine group without infection, which shows that the obvious curative effect can be obtained.
3.2 the curative effect between the high and medium dose groups of Chinese pulsatilla root granules for livestock and poultry is not statistically different, but individual chickens have obvious symptoms after the test of the medium dose group is finished, so the high dose is suitable for serious infection, and particularly, when intensive chicken raising groups occur, the feed intake is obviously reduced, and a part of seriously ill chickens are difficult to take enough medicaments in the initial stage, so the proper dosage increase is favorable for achieving the purpose of quick radical cure.
4 evaluation
4.1 the Chinese pulsatilla root granules for livestock and poultry are added with 2L of water per 1g, so that the Chinese pulsatilla root granules are not enough to obtain obvious treatment effect on the chicken colibacillosis.
4.2 the Chinese pulsatilla root granules for livestock and poultry are added with 0.67-1L of water per 1g, so that the Chinese pulsatilla root granules can obtain obvious curative effect on chicken colibacillosis and are superior to a reference drug Chinese pulsatilla root oral liquid.
4.3 according to the test result, the recommended medication scheme is that 0.67-1L of water is added into each 1g of water or 1-1.5 g of the product is added into each L of water, and the medicine is continuously used for 3-5 days.
Application example 2: in vivo bacteriostasis test
1. Strains and culture media
Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Pasteurella, Bacillus subtilis, and common agar culture medium.
2. Sample and method
Making radix Pulsatillae granule into series of concentrations of 1.75, 1.5, 1.25, 1, 0.75, 0.5, and 0.25 mg/ml. Adding a proper amount of test bacterial suspension into a plate paved with a bottom layer culture medium by adopting a tube-disc method, placing a small stainless steel tube after solidification, accurately measuring 0.3ml of each sample by using a pipette, adding the sample into each steel tube, and culturing for 24 hours at 37 ℃, wherein the measured results are as follows:
