A tobacco processing rod maker cutting arrangement as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the output end of the second motor (23) is fixedly mounted with one end of one of the rollers (19), and the tops of the second flow guide blocks (27) are fixedly mounted with the bottom of the first connecting block (26).
5. Use of a cutting device of a tobacco processing strand machine, characterized in that a cutting device of a tobacco processing strand machine according to any of claims 1 to 4 is used, comprising the following steps:
s1, one end of the prepared tobacco is placed on the rollers (19), and then the second motor (23) drives one of the rollers (19) to rotate and the conveyor belt (22) to cooperate, so that the prepared tobacco is conveyed in groups through the second guide block (27);
s2, when the stripped tobacco is conveyed to a position where the stripped tobacco can be cut, the electric telescopic rod (15) is started to drive the pressing plate (16) to move, and then the conveyed stripped tobacco is fixed through the pressing plate (16);

s4, simultaneously starting the two hydraulic rods (6), driving the cutting sheets (12) to move by the two hydraulic rods (6) through the first U-shaped block (8) and the connecting plate (9), and cutting the cut tobacco strips;
s5, the cut tobacco rod will fall from the rectangular hole (28) onto the filter screen (30);
s6, the filter (30) then separating the tobacco powder from the tobacco rod;
s7, the separated tobacco powder directly falls into the concave block (33), and the tobacco rod is directly guided into an external collection box;
s8, when the concave block (33) is fully collected, directly taking down the bolt rod (35), and then driving the concave block (33) to rotate through the first cylindrical block (32), the second connecting block (31) and the second bearing, so as to pour out the tobacco powder.
