Based on the above embodiment, the filtering device 8b is configured to filter impurities in the squeezed semi-finished edible oil, so as to make the semi-finished edible oil be called as a finished edible oil, the filtered edible oil flows out from the third oil outlet pipe 8c, and the top of the filtering device 8b is lower than the first oil outlet pipe 4c and the second oil outlet pipe 6c, so that the squeezed edible oil can flow into the filtering device 8b autonomously.
As shown in fig. 10, the top cover 8d further includes a first oil inlet 8d1 and a second oil inlet 8d2, and the first oil inlet 8d1 and the second oil inlet 8d2 are respectively vertically disposed on the top cover 8 d.
Based on the above embodiment, the first oil inlet 8d1 and the second oil inlet 8d2 are used for receiving the edible oil flowing out from the output ends of the first oil outlet pipe 4c and the second oil outlet pipe 6c through hoses.
This application has realized carrying out the work of wasing the slagging-off to squeezing the raw materials through slagging-off belt cleaning device 1, realized carrying out the work of drying to the raw materials through drying device 2, realized the first work of squeezing device 4 transmission towards the raw materials after drying through first transmission device 3, realized carrying out preliminary work of squeezing to the raw materials through first squeezing device 4, realized carrying out broken work to the cake of material or the filter cake piece after squeezing through breaker 7, squeeze device 6 through the second and realized carrying out the work that the secondary was squeezed to cake of material or filter cake piece, realized unifying filterable work to the edible oil that squeezes through filter equipment 8. This application can be the full automatization wash raw and other materials, edulcoration, dry, squeeze and filter, need not the manual work, and production efficiency is high, and the processing quality is good.

An edible oil production line is characterized by comprising a deslagging and cleaning device (1), a drying device (2), a first transmission device (3), a first squeezing device (4), a second transmission device (5), a second squeezing device (6), a crushing device (7) and a filtering device (8);
the drying device (2) is arranged on one side of the deslagging and cleaning device (1), and a feeding port of the drying device (2) is arranged right opposite to a discharging port of the deslagging and cleaning device (1);
the first conveying device (3) is arranged at a discharge port of the drying device (2), and a feeding port of the first conveying device (3) is positioned right below the discharge port of the drying device (2);
the first squeezing device (4) is vertically arranged on one side of the first conveying device (3), and a discharge hole of the first conveying device (3) is arranged right opposite to a feed hole in the top of the first squeezing device (4);
the crushing device (7) is fixedly arranged right below a discharge port of the first squeezing device (4);
the second transmission device (5) has the same structure as the first squeezing device (4), and a feeding port of the second transmission device (5) is arranged right below the output end of the crushing device (7);
the second squeezing device (6) is vertically arranged on one side of the first squeezing device (4), and a discharge hole of the second conveying device (5) is arranged right opposite to a feeding hole in the top of the second squeezing device (6);
the filtering device (8) is vertically arranged at the side of the second squeezing device (6), and the input end of the filtering device (8) is communicated with the output ends of the first squeezing devices (4) and (6) through hoses.
2. The edible oil production line of claim 1, wherein the deslagging and cleaning device (1) comprises a support platform (1 a), a cleaning box (1 b), a washing basket (1 c), a hinged plate (1 d) and an electric push rod (1 e);
the cleaning box (1 b) is arranged on the supporting table (1 a), and the cleaning box (1 b) is a rectangular box body with an open top;
the washing basket (1 c) is arranged in the washing box (1 b) in a sliding mode, an opening (1 c 1) is further formed in one side of the washing basket (1 c), and the hinged plate (1 d) is hinged to the opening (1 c 1);
the electric push rods (1 e) are provided with two parts, the electric push rods (1 e) are arranged on two sides of the cleaning box (1 b) relatively, and the output ends of the electric push rods (1 e) are fixedly connected with two sides of the water washing basket (1 c) respectively.
3. An edible oil production line according to claim 2, wherein the drying device (2) comprises a support frame (2 a), a synchronous belt conveyor (2 b), a dryer (2 c) and a material gathering plate (2 d);
the synchronous belt conveyor (2 b) is arranged at the top of the support frame (2 a) in an inclined state;
the input end of the synchronous belt conveyor (2 b) is positioned right below the opening (1 c 1);
the dryer (2 c) is arranged at the output end of the synchronous belt conveyor (2 b);
the material gathering plate (2 d) is fixedly arranged at the output end of the dryer (2 c).
4. An edible oil production line according to claim 3, wherein the first conveying device (3) comprises a collection box (3 a), a screw feeding rod (3 b) and a servo motor (3 c);
the material collecting box (3 a) is arranged at the discharge port of the material collecting plate (2 d), and the material inlet at the top of the material collecting box (3 a) is positioned right below the discharge port of the material collecting plate (2 d);
the spiral feeding rod (3 b) is arranged on the side wall of the material collecting box (3 a) in an inclined upward state, the lower end of the spiral feeding rod (3 b) is a feeding end, the upper end of the spiral feeding rod (3 b) is a discharging end, and the feeding end of the spiral feeding rod (3 b) is communicated with the interior of the material collecting box (3 a);
the servo motor (3 c) is fixedly arranged at the end part of the lower end of the spiral feeding rod (3 b), and an output shaft of the servo motor (3 c) is in transmission connection with the inside of the spiral feeding rod (3 b).
5. An edible oil production line according to claim 4, wherein the first pressing device (4) comprises a first mounting frame (4 a) and a first pressing apparatus (4 b);
first mounting bracket (4 a) is vertical to be set up subaerial, first equipment (4 b) of squeezing is vertical state fixed mounting in the top of first mounting bracket (4 a), one side of first equipment (4 b) of squeezing still is provided with one and is used for supplying the first oil pipe (4 c) that the semi-manufactured goods edible oil that squeezes out flows.

An edible oil production line according to claim 5, wherein the crushing device (7) comprises a crusher (7 a), the crusher (7 a) is fixedly installed in the middle of the first mounting frame (4 a), and a feeding port of the crusher (7 a) is arranged right opposite to a discharging port at the bottom of the first squeezing device (4 b).

the second mounting bracket (6 a) is vertically arranged on one side of the first squeezing device (4), the second squeezing device (6 b) is fixedly arranged at the top of the second mounting bracket (6 a) in a vertical state, and one side of the second squeezing device (6 b) is also provided with a second oil outlet pipe (6 c) for allowing squeezed semi-finished edible oil to flow out.
8. An edible oil production line as claimed in claim 7, wherein the second pressing device (6) further comprises a waste bin (6 d), and the waste bin (6 d) is arranged right below the discharge port at the lower end of the second pressing device (6 b).

An edible oil production line according to claim 8, wherein the filtering device (8) comprises a mounting base (8 a), a filtering apparatus (8 b), a third oil outlet pipe (8 c) and a top cover (8 d); filtration equipment (8 b) is vertical to be set up on installation base (8 a), and third goes out oil pipe (8 c) and sets up in the bottom one side of filtration equipment (8 b), and third goes out oil pipe (8 c) and the inside intercommunication setting of filtration equipment (8 b), and the top of filtration equipment (8 b) is located in top cap (8 d) lid.
10. The edible oil production line of claim 9, wherein the top cover (8 d) further comprises a first oil inlet (8 d 1) and a second oil inlet (8 d 2), the first oil inlet (8 d 1) and the second oil inlet (8 d 2) being vertically disposed on the top cover (8 d), respectively.
