Description

弹性材料与基材粘合的方法 和由所述方法制备的制品
本发明涉及将包括至少一种弹性组分和至少一种热塑性组分的弹性材料粘合至基材上的方法。本发明还涉及包括弹性材料和与其粘合的基材的制品。
本领域中众所周知,将弹性材料施于一次性吸收产品如尿布、大小便失禁防护品、裤式尿布和卫生巾上以便当他或她行走时使使用者身体更加舒适。弹性材料通常沿边部分(腿和/或腰边部分)施用以便自此处实现良好密封,从而防止流体和/或排泄物从制品中渗漏。用于一次性吸收制品的弹性覆盖材料也是已知的(即不只是沿边部分的隔离材料)。更确切说,覆盖层(流体接受表面层和/或阻挡流体的外层)可以是完全弹性的。当施用隔离弹性单元时,通常将其施于制品覆盖层(即流体接受表面层)与阻挡流体的外层之间。弹性单元通常由借助粘合剂至少在其末端部分粘结的弹性橡胶线组成。
与两层之间的弹性单元的传统叠层结构相反,人们还知道,在许多应用领域中将弹性单元或另外的弹性材料层通过(例如)粘合施于单层或基材一面上。例如SE450454公开了可将由不具体的弹性或非弹性线股组成的网以未具体说明的方式固定于制品的另一材料层上(特别参见13页第19-28行)。
EP-A 60405描述了包括橡胶或合成橡胶弹性线的弹性胶带,其中一些缠绕于相对非弹性的天然或人造纺织纤维线中。在EP-A60405中一点也末讨论弹性胶带与基材的固定。
FR-A2452537描述了包括(例如)被编织的(例如)橡胶或Ly-craR弹性线环绕的相对非弹性棉线的弹性材料。当该弹性材料自其伸长状态收缩时,在非弹性线上的两个连续结点或针脚之间由相对非弹性线形成线圈(特别参见图2和3)。该说明书中并未给出为什么这种弹性材料可粘结到基材上的说明。
FR-A 2643925公开了一种弹性材料,它是通过将通常的合成或天然橡胶弹性经线与相对非弹性纬线一起编织得到的。该说明书中也未给出该弹性材料怎样与基材粘结的任何说明。
本发明的主要目的在于可不用粘合剂(即胶水)粘结弹性材料。
本发明的另一目的在于可将弹性材料与基材一面粘接,即不必施于两层之间。
本发明的又一目的在于可通过熔接本身无热粘合性或熔接性的弹性材料使其与基材粘合。
本发明的再一目的在于当这些材料按此方式粘合时得到一次性制品。
这些目的可通过描述的方法和制品实现,所述方法的特征在于将弹性材料的热塑性组分与基材粘合,所述制品的特征在于弹性材料包括至少一种弹性组分和至少一种与基材熔接或热粘合的热塑性组分。
优选经超声熔接将弹性组分与热塑性组分锁合并将热塑性组分与基材粘合,这样弹性组分与基材间接粘合。因此该热塑性组分在基材与弹性组分之间起到类似桥的作用。
本发明粘合弹性材料的一个重要优点是可通过熔接和热粘合将不能熔接和热粘合的弹性材料粘合于基材上。解决方法是通过将弹性组分锁合(即借助摩擦或化学粘合)至热塑性组分上使粘合间接实现,该热塑性组分再与基材粘合。
本发明的这一粘合方法完全避免了昂贵的粘合剂和这些粘合剂带入生产过程中的缺点,如在机器部件和产品内的材料上的不需要的沉积、堵塞粘合部件等。
另一最有价值的优点是能够弹性化简单材料层,不必将弹性材料施于两层之间而这在通过粘合剂粘合时是必须的,原因是用粘合剂覆盖的弹性材料必须被覆盖,这样粘合剂不再与产品中其它材料层等接触。
本发明将参考附图更详细地描述,其中:
图1表示根据本发明生产的一次性尿布,图2表示本发明尿布的分叉处截面图,图3表示本发明卫生巾的平面示意图,图4A和4B分别表示根据本发明固定的透过本身已知的弹性材料的平面示意图和横截面图,图5表示本身已知的弹性材料放大透示图,该弹性材料可用于本发明方法中,图6表示按照本发明通过超声熔接粘合于基材上的图5中的材料横截面图,图7表示所谓的水缠绕(hydroentangled)弹性材料的透示图,此材料可用于本发明方法中,图8表示按照本发明通过熔接固定于基材上的图7的弹性材料截面图。图9表示由弹性层和热塑性层组成的弹性材料的截面图,所述材料被粘合于基材上。图10和11表示相似于图9,但其中熔接在弹性层中有燃烧孔的粘合的截面和截面透视图。图12表示本发明方法的另一变化。
图1表示尿布21,它带有弹性材料条22以保持尿布紧贴在使用者身体和腿上。该尿布通过数条带23结合在一起。弹性条已预先固定于尿布覆盖层之间,即流体接受表面层和流体阻挡外层之间,或已胶合到任何一层上。在本发明的这种产品中,对于此情况按照本发明方法将弹性材料的热塑性组分通过超声熔接(一种非常清洁和简单的弹性化外层的方法)固定于尿布外层上。
图2表示尿布的分叉处的横截面图,它具有一吸收体1,该吸收体1有一流体不渗透覆盖层2和面对使用者一面上的流体可渗透覆盖层3。在其边上,通过传统的“夹心”方法设置两个弹性单元4。两个直立支撑点排列于尿布纵向,该两支撑点由按本发明设置于液体渗透覆盖层3上的弹性单元形成,所述弹性单元由至少一种弹性组分7和至少一种热塑性组分6组成。在相应支撑区域内流体渗透覆盖层3不与下面的吸收体粘合。在支撑点处弹性材料具有与FR2452537中描述的弹性材料相同的形状(见该法国专利说明书中的图1)并示于本专利申请的图4A、4B中但按本发明方法固定于基材上。相似于FR2643915中给出的弹性材料或任何其它弹性材料如共挤出或共聚材料都可在权利要求1或8的范围内使用。在图2的实施方案中,仅将弹性材料的热塑性组分6固体于基材上(在此情况下,热塑性组分6是液体渗透覆盖层的内面),由此以非常简单的方式实现弹性材料与覆盖层内面的单面粘合,而不损坏弹性组分7。液体渗透覆盖层3在点16处与吸收体1粘合。
图3表示本发明另一卫生巾实施方案,其中8表示可为图5所示类型的弹性材料条,它们固定于背对使用者身体的液体密封覆盖层9上,该覆盖层9覆盖吸收体10一面,标号11表示将卫生巾固定于使用者衬裤上的粘合区域。
图4A和4B分别表示相似于FR-A 2452537所给弹性材料的平面图和横截面图,该材料按照本发明方法例如通过熔接固定于基材上。相应于图2所示的部分以相同的图标表示,因此标号7表示弹性组分(在此情况下为弹性线),标号6表示热塑性组分,它在此情况下通过超声熔接连接到基材上。
图5表示相似于FR-A 2643915中描述的弹性材料的放大透示图,其中将非熔接性弹性纵向经线7与横向可熔接热塑性纬线6一起编织形成弹性带,如图6所示可通过熔接热塑性纬线6至基材3上使其固定于基材上。熔接在点12之间进行而不会影响弹性经线7。
如图7所示可用于通过本发明方法生产的制品中的弹性材料的另一个例子是所谓的水缠绕弹性材料,其中7’表示通过水缠绕摩擦锁合的弹性纵向线,在此水缠绕方法中,将网中的松滞纤维置于高压水流下并围绕纵向弹性线(在此情况下为橡胶线)相互移动和缠绕,这样在弹性组分和热塑性组分(纤维)之间会出现摩擦锁合作用。热塑性水缠绕纤维织物6’的熔接在弹性线7’之间与在边上的所述线外面区域内进行。当然弹性材料可以是任何长度、宽度或每单位宽度的弹性线数的弹性材料。
图8表示在弹性组分(在此情况下为橡胶线7’)之间和之外的熔接点12’处固定于基材3’上的这种水缠绕弹性材料的横截面图。
到目前为止,已经描述了通过弹性组分与热塑性组分之间的摩擦结合在一起的弹性材料。下面将描述使用弹性材料的一些实施方案,在这种弹性材料中弹性组分与热塑性组分通过化学粘合、共挤出或共聚结合在一起。在图9的一个例子中,由相互化学粘合的弹性层7”和热塑性层6”组成的弹性材料在点12”处连接到基材3”上。在与基材粘合过程中,例如使辊上的加热针通过孔,使其与热塑性层接触。弹性层也可为网状或格子形状,将熔接针插入中间空隙使其与热塑性层接触。
图10和11表示一实施例,其中由弹性层7和热塑性层6”组成的弹性材料已固定在基材3”上。在点熔接过程中,穿过弹性组分7”焦烧孔13并形成使热塑性层6”和基材3”粘合在一起的熔接点。
图12表示本发明方法的一种变化,在该方法中,将弹性组分(在此情况下为纵向弹性线)于熔接时埋入反向辊15中的凹槽内16以避开用于超声熔接的超声焊头14所经路径。然而调整热塑性组分6使其与反向辊的横向表面接触并在与基材熔接过程中在焊头与反向辊之间的缝隙处被焊头碰击(该图中未示)。当然本实施例也适用于纯粹热粘合,即可将弹性组分埋入旋转辊中的凹槽内,而将热塑性组分排列于辊的横向表面外,这样后一组分可在两个辊之间的缝隙内与加热的第二个辊接触。
权利要求书
按照条约第19条的修改
1.将包括至少一种弹性组分和至少一种热塑性组分的弹性材料与基材粘合的方法,仅弹性材料的一种或多种热塑性组分(6)与基材(7)粘合;所述弹性组分在粘合过程中保持拉伸,其特征在于粘合通过超声熔接进行且弹性材料仅与所述基材粘合。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于弹性材料通过弹性组分(5)与热塑性组分(6)之间的摩擦结合在一起。
3.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于弹性材料通过弹性组分化学粘合至热塑性组分上而结合在一起。
4.根据权利种要求3的方法,其特征在于化学粘合通过共挤出或共聚合进行。
5.根据权利要求1-4任何一项的方法,其特征在于在粘合时或粘合之前使热塑性组分处于基本不负载状态。
6.根据权利要求1-5任何一项的方法,其特征在于热塑性组分是相对非弹性的。
7.根据权利要求1-6任何一项的方法,其特征在于在弹性材料的热塑性组分(6)与基材(7)粘合过程中,一种或多种弹性组分(7)通过在粘合过程中借助弹性材料的热塑性组分(6)与基材(7)超声波熔接粘合移入凹陷或空隙内使其免于损坏。
8.根据权利要求3的方法,其中弹性材料的弹性和热塑性组分是通过化学粘合例如共挤出结合在一起的层,其特征在于热塑性层与基材直接接触并通过超声熔接与基材粘合。
9.根据权利要求8的方法,其特征在于与基材的粘合在多点进行。
10.包括基材和被预拉伸并与基材粘合的弹性材料的制品,其中弹性材料包括至少一种弹性组分(5)和至少一种热塑性组分,其特征在于弹性材料仅与所述基材粘合,所述热塑性组分通过超声熔接粘合至基材上。
11.根据权利要求10的制品,其特征在于弹性材料的热塑性组分通过与所述弹性组分摩擦锁合。
12.根据权利要求10的制品,其特征在于弹性材料的热塑性组分通过化学粘合例如通过共挤出或共聚合与其弹性组分结合。
13.根据权利要求10-12任何一项的制品,其特征在于制品为一次性吸收产品如尿布、大小便失禁防护品、裤式尿或卫生巾。

Claims (14)

1.将包括至少一种弹性组分和至少一种热塑性组分的弹性材料与基材粘合的方法,其特征在于仅弹性材料的一种或多种热塑性组分(6)与基材(7)粘合。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于弹性材料的热塑性组分被热粘合或通过熔接粘合至基材上。
3.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于弹性材料通过弹性组分(5)和热塑性组分(6)之间的摩擦结合在一起。
4.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于弹性材料通过弹性组分化学粘合至热塑性组分上而结合在一起。
5.根据权利要求4的方法,其特征在于化学粘合通过共挤出或共聚合进行。
6.根据权利要求1-5任何一项的方法,其特征在于在粘合时或粘合之前使热塑性组分处于基本不负载的状态。
7.根据权利要求1-6任何一项的方法,其特征在于热塑性组分是相对非弹性的。
8.根据权利要求2-7任何一项的方法,其特征在于弹性材料的热塑性组分(6)与基材(7)粘合过程中,弹性组分通过在粘合过程中借助弹性材料的热塑性组分(6)与基材(7)热或熔接粘合移入凹陷或空隙中使其免于损坏。
9.根据权利要求4的方法,其中弹性材料的弹性和热塑性组分是通过化学粘合例如共挤出结合在一起的层,其特征在于热塑性层直接与基材接触并通过热或熔接粘合于基材上。
10.根据权利要求9的方法,其特征在于与基材的粘合在多点进行。
11.包括弹性材料和与其粘合的基材的制品,其特征在于弹性材料包括至少一种弹性组分(5)和至少一种热粘合或熔接粘合至基材上的热塑性组分。
12.根据权利要求11的制品,其特征在于弹性材料的热塑性组分通过与所述弹性组分摩擦锁合。
13.根据权利要求11的制品,其特征在于弹性材料的热塑性组分通过化学粘合例如共挤出或共聚与其弹性组分结合。
14.根据权利要求11-13任何一项的制品,其特征在于该制品为一次性吸收制品如尿布、大小便失禁防护品、裤式尿布或卫生巾。
