Abstract
The invention discloses a floating grain storage tank on the sea and a grain unloading system, which comprises a large grain storage type cargo ship, wherein the large grain storage type cargo ship is provided with a grain storage tank and a lower grain storage cabin, the upper grain storage tank is connected with the lower cabin through a grain conveying funnel, the bow of the whole ship is provided with a grain unloading and splicing channel, and when a ship arrives at a port, the grain is conveyed through a conveying system of the grain unloading channel. The floating grain storage tank can improve the offshore grain transportation and unloading efficiency and is suitable for long-time offshore storage period.
Description
Technical Field
The invention discloses a maritime floating grain storage tank and a grain unloading system, and particularly relates to a large grain cabin storage type cargo ship and a specific grain unloading mode thereof.
Background
In common speaking, people eat food as daily. China is a big country with fourteen billion population, and ensuring sufficient supply of food is particularly important for social stability. In each harvest season, the harvested rice can be intensively and uniformly stored in the granary for the need from time to time. With the development of economy, the demand of different industries for different varieties of grains such as wheat, soybean, corn, rice and the like is increasing, and the grain transportation tools are changing continuously. More and more transport means such as automobiles, trains, ships and the like are continuously added to grain transportation. However, a considerable part of the grain transporting ships selected at present are used after being simply modified and cleaned by the traditional sand transporting and coal transporting ships, and the grain transporting ships lack the speciality and do not have the temporary storage function of long-term berthing on the sea.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to meet the requirement of long-term grain storage at sea, the invention provides a large floating offshore grain storage tank system, and a large cargo ship carrying grain storage tank system.
The grain storage tank is preferably constructed by adopting a full-foaming material for the shell, so that the integral strength is enhanced, and the long-term offshore mooring requirement can be met; the grain storage tank is communicated with the grain storage cabin on the lower layer of the deck, and grain is stored and conveyed in different cabins by the electric control grain storage hopper.
The working steps of the ship grain unloading system are as follows:
(1) the ship is berthed against the wharf in a mode of berthing at the bow according to the appointed navigation plan, and the grain unloading pipeline is used as a splicing support rod to enter a special grain unloading channel of the wharf.
(2) The grain storage tank unloads stored grains into the grain storage cabin from the tank through the grain conveying funnel, the grain storage cabin is of a separated space bulkhead structure, and a temperature and humidity monitoring system is arranged in each grain storage cabin, so that short-term grain storage is facilitated.
(3) The grain in the grain storage cabin is discharged into the grain conveying crawler belt below through the funnel again, conveyed into the grain discharging channel through the grain conveying crawler belt, and discharged at the other end of the grain discharging cavity under the assistance of workers.
