The cleaning mechanism (4) comprises a lifting plate (41), a first guide rail (42), a movable table (43), a movable rack (44), a fixed seat (45), a transverse pipe (46), a booster pump (47), a conveying pipe (471), a hose (472), a driving component (48) and two first screw rod sliding tables (49), wherein the two first screw rod sliding tables (49) are symmetrically arranged at the top of a maintenance vehicle (8), two sides of the lifting plate (41) are fixedly connected with movable ends of the two first screw rod sliding tables (49) respectively, the first guide rail (42) is horizontally arranged at the top of the lifting plate (41), the movable table (43) is slidably arranged on the first guide rail (42), a through groove (411) is formed in the lifting plate (41), the movable rack (44) is arranged at the bottom of the movable table (43), the bottom end of the movable rack (44) is positioned in the through groove (411), the fixed seat (45) is arranged at the top of the movable table (43), the transverse pipe (46) is arranged at the top of the fixed seat (45), the top of the movable table (45) is horizontally arranged at the top of the maintenance vehicle (47) at equal intervals, the two ends of the conveying pipe (471) are respectively communicated with the input end of the booster pump (47) and the water tank (82), the two ends of the hose (472) are respectively communicated with the output end of the booster pump (47) and the transverse pipe (46), and the driving assembly (48) is arranged at the bottom of the lifting plate (41).
