1. A road water-absorbing cleaning device, comprising:
the hanging car comprises a hanging car body (1), wherein an opening (2) is formed in the hanging car body (1), and at least two stop blocks (3) are fixedly connected to the inner two sides of the opening (2);

a third bevel gear (9), wherein the third bevel gear (9) is installed at the other end of the double-shaft motor (7);
the lifting assembly (10), the lifting assembly (10) is installed on the upper side of the trailer body (1), and the lifting assembly (10) is used for adjusting the position of the cleaning assembly (4);
the dewatering component (11) is mounted on the cleaning component (4), and the dewatering component (11) is used for dewatering the cleaning component (4); the cleaning assembly (4) comprises guide blocks (401), first bearings (402), first rotating rods (403), first driving wheels (404), first belts (405), first clamping blocks (406), annular sliding rails (408), annular sliding blocks (409), telescopic rods (410), special-shaped limiting blocks (411), first springs (412), water-absorbing sponges (413) and first bevel gears (414), each block (3) is provided with a guide block (401), each guide block (401) is internally provided with a first bearing (402), the first rotating rods (403) are arranged between every two first bearings (402), each first rotating rod (403) is provided with two first driving wheels (404), each first driving wheel (404) is close to the guide block (401), the first belts (405) are wound between the first driving wheels (404) on two sides, the outer side of each first belt (405) is connected with at least eight groups of first clamping blocks (406), each group is two, the outer side of each first belt (405) is provided with a placing groove (407), an annular sliding rail (408) is arranged in the placing groove (407), at least eight annular sliding blocks (409) are arranged on the annular sliding rail (408) in a sliding mode, each annular sliding block (409) is located between each group of first clamping blocks (406), each annular sliding block (409) is fixedly connected with a telescopic rod (410), a special-shaped limit block (411) is fixedly connected to the telescopic rod (410), a first spring (412) is connected between the special-shaped limit block (411) and the annular sliding block (409), the first spring (412) is wound on the telescopic rods (410), a water absorption sponge (413) is rotatably arranged between the telescopic rods (410) at two sides, a first bevel gear (414) is arranged on one first rotating rod (403), and the first bevel gear (414) is meshed with the second bevel gear (8);
